The pharmacy this morning had a line of over 7 people. There was only one person helping get prescriptions and check people out. Pharmacist was never offered to go over prescriptions we've never had. However after waiting an ungodly amount of time just to get the prescriptions for my terribly sick 10 month old, who was losing her mind and coughing so much she vomited all over herself as we left the store, I wasn't going to wait for a pharmacist. Thank goodness for YouTube. May just switch to Amazon pharmacy after this experience. Please do better. read more

Just waited over 30 minutes in the Pharmacy, to find out my prescription pick up was not even ready even though I was told it was ready. This head Pharmacist is the most ignorant unqualified individual. Very slow and puzzled, I'm really surprised how individuals like herself can work in that position, For shame!!!!! read more

This is hands down the worst pharmacy. They open late at 10 and close early at 6pm which is hard fir working people they only ever have one person working even though there is typically 6-8 people in line between 4-6pm, It's like this every single time I come here. read more

This does it! I'm changing my pharmacy to Walgreens. Or target. Or Safeway. Anyplace else Where customers get better care. I I am a long time CVS customer. Now they have changed their pharmacy hours to close and 6 pm. It is nearly impossible for me to get here from work by that time. What kind of customer service/care is this? I am having surgery tomorrow and the doctor just prescribed something for me to pick up at 4:00p today. I got there shortly after 6 and the techs were still in the back putting stuff away. I told them if my plight and all I got was a SORRY. well I'm sorry too. I don't know what I'm going to do tomorrow. And I'm really angry. Plus, in yelp the hours show that they're open until 9. The hours need to be updated to add PHARMACY hours. These hours are STORE hours, but they are labeled as PHARMACY hours. read more

Please update your hours on here . It would be extremely helpful to have the correct hours and not drive all the way over to your location and it be close when yelp states your open for another hour. Especially when people are sick and need medications from the pharmacy or over the counter. Thank you read more

I went in to get a prescription and they told me the customer in front of me was the last customer they're helping before they go to lunch, which is understandable. From never being able to get medications in a timely manner, to the slowest counter help of all time. For some reason I stuck it out because I did not want the hassle of moving my prescriptions. Today I went to pick up a much needed narcotic for my Mom with Alzheimer's (a refill not a new script) and they refused to fill it because she had previously picked up a different narcotic. Are you kidding me? Her MD is well aware of what she has had and what she is currently receiving so how in the world can they tell me they will not fill it. Plus they kept the triplicate so I can't just go try somewhere else. I will be changing pharmacies and never go back once this is resolved. Angry, frustrated and confused about how to resolve this as Mom really has horrible pain and needs this medication. Ugh!!!!! read more

With two little one's, my wife and I go here on a fairly regular basis to visit the pharmacy. The store seems nice, we're always welcomed when we come in with a friendly hello. I'm really impressed with the pharmacy, specifically the pharmacist Mr. Le. Today I went in to get two shots, my wife I insisted I go when he's there, she too is very appreciative of his kindness and professionalism. Mr. Le greeted us, sat me down and told me all about the shots I would be receiving, just a very kind and warm man. This was one of the biggest CVS stores I've been to. I was really impressed with the layout. Perfect if you need to quickly get something from grocery to small household items to hygiene products. They have a pharmacy in the back as well. The two girls working both registers were very friendly and helpful. It was a pleasant quick in and out stop. read more

It is incomprehensible to me, that after spending 2 days in urgent care for a potentially life threatening leg infection, having surgery on it, that my wife would meet with the pharmacist, who was holding my needed prescription in hand, and being refused delivery of that medication because his cash register was already shut down for the night. Are you kidding me? We have used this pharmacy for 17 years, but never again. What did we do before we were slaves to our technology? Oh, we used to write stuff down, to satisfy the immediate need, and update proper records later, if it meant doing the right thing. Not let someone like a valued customer, ha, ha, suffer needlessly while they withhold your medication, because they can't think for themselves, and act like a responsible caring person instead of an automated machine. read more

This pharmacy is disorganized and disengaged from customers. I have used this pharmacy for too long and tonight I have decided it's time to go elsewhere. They never have my prescription in stock and it is a monthly recurring prescription. My son needed a cough syrup dr called it in I went to pick up and they said it was not received called back again to see if office called it in and after a few minutes she tells me she has a message on the phone. Sure enough it was for the prescription then she tells me they don't have it in stock. She made a tiny effort to contact other cvs but of course they don't have it in stock. This is a totally messed up situation and who suffers a child. I absolutely am changing pharmacy stores , maybe I will have better service at Costco. read more
