We were forced to use this so called professional pharmacy because of a surgery. They claim they didn't have the proper insurance info in order to process the payment. On top of that this was scheduled weeks in advance and we get no phone calls until the Friday evening before they closed. Then we had to wait until Monday where they indicate they open at 9am but no one answered the phone or returned our call until 10:30am. Not impressed and I'll be speaking with the original doctor who works with them that I'll NEVER use this pharmacy for anything not even baby aspirin. I will pay extra to go elsewhere where people are treated properly. Not creating stress for someone about to go into surgery because they are inept and cannot do their job. Horrible.

I asked a young lady that worked there if the service desk was going to be closed all day..and without even turning around to make eye contact, she responded "I guess so". Several times in the past the same thing has happened..service desk closed during hours that its supposed to be open. I was beyond irritated!! I went to my car and googled to find another Kroger nearby and the one on Glynn street in Fayetteville came up. It was about 10 minutes down the road but the further drive was well worth it. I got there and it was so much nicer than the one on Banks and so was the staff! The service desk was OPEN and the young lady behind the counter was very pleasant and professional. I decided to also do some grocery shopping while there. There was plenty of baskets, the store was clean and well stocked. The cashier greeted me and was friendly and made small talk with me. I will be going to the Kroger on Glynn street from now on and they will get a five star review..this one on Banks deserves zero stars...

The staff is knowledgeable, compassionate pharmacists that provide patient counseling, immunizations, health screenings, and more. You can download the Publix Pharmacy app to request and pay for refills. They are a bit crowded at times, but nothing nearly as the other drugstores. They have ample free parking in front of the store. I definitely recommend this location to anyone seeking a new pharmacy for their prescription needs in this area.

If you are a Newnan local that has been around for a few years, this QT is located on the former…read moresite of Sprayberry's BBQ and sits at easily one of the busiest intersections on Bullsboro! Location is convenient to 85 ramps and it is nice to have a large scale gas station at this intersection now. QT has always been a favorite spot of mine given fairly well priced gas, great priced fountain drinks, shamefully good gas station pizza and around the clock hours. This location is similar to all others that I frequent, with the exception of service being a bit "bleh" here. It's a gas station, so I do not expect high end level service, but semi-friendly service that doesn't make me feel like I am a bother would be nice. Overall, nice to have this QT. While I try to avoid this intersection at all costs, when I do find myself at the nearby retail spots, this QT is always a good option for a pit stop and/or fill-up.
