No human element. I always recommend to patients who have trouble there that they switch to a small pharmacy with much more reliable customer service. I will take my lunch break walking over, in the ice, to see if they have taken care of the latest Rx for our next patient. Very frustrating service.

These are who are filling your prescriptions and making sure you're getting the right medicine. I called ahead for a transfer and when arrived 30 minutes later, they hadn't called the other pharmacy. The pharmacy is very disorganized. There's a really nice woman working there who seems to hold down the fort, but besides that it's a zoo. They were very nice which always makes it hard to review, but they've got to get it together to retain customers

Greenwich Pharmacy is an independent pharmacy, not part of a large corporate entity like CVS or Walgreens. It has a boutique luxury store vibe. They offer free delivery locally (see their website for details). Once, when I had a question about a generic brand, I called and the pharmacist was very knowledgeable. After having a bad experience with a low quality generic drug (from a big name pharmacy in NYC), I'm picky about where I fill prescriptions. I check prescriptions myself - including the name of the generic pharmaceutical company. Taking a medication isn't a trivial thing - quality is vital. Consistent high quality and excellent customer service.

The store is always clean and organized. Everything is usually in stock (depending on the COVID situation when it comes to cleaning products but that's every where). I really have no complaints about this particular CVS. I only gave 4 stars because prices tend to be a bit high on certain things that I know are normally cheaper elsewhere. But that's typical for all CVS locations. There's plenty of parking and it's convenient for the location.

The premium gas was 5$ a gallon. I decided not to fill the tank and stopped after a few gallons. Later, I drove over to NY where the gas was at least 50 cents cheaper. Lesson learned. Next time I plan to fill up the tank in New York. If you want to save money, suggest keeping track of the local gas prices. The prices can change wildly in just a few days.
