Sadly, this Walgreens is generally a disorganized mess, and staffing issues are making things even…read moreworse. Waits at the pharmacy are extremely long, and while most of the staff are extremely friendly (with the notable exception of the older gentleman with the Newports hanging out of his lab coat pocket who gets WAY too familiar with some of the customers), they are clearly in over their heads. I wish Walgreens would funnel some of the personnel and resources from this location over to the Robbinsville store a few miles down the road, which has a much nicer shopping experience but far worse hours. As a result, this location is my "only when I have to" store, which due to the Robbinsville location's reduction in hours for both the store and pharmacy occurs more often than I'd like.

This isn't one of the more well travelled Shoprite's…read more The population density in the surrounding area is not as high which makes the experience a little more enjoyable. Contrast this experience with other Shoprite's nearby and the others are a little more congested, both within the store and in the parking lot. I've never used any of the counter help, seafood, meat, or bakery, so I can't vouch for the freshness but what they have wrapped up at the meat and bakery counters always seems fresh. Maybe my impression is skewed because I generally visiting during off hours. But even during off hours, I'm never hampered with staff blocking aisles to restock shelves and yet they always seem to have most items in stock and on the shelf. The pandemic understandably affords them a reason to slip here but they do a good job here keeping stock rotated. Lastly there always seems to be enough staff to checkout, even during the recent holidays when I made a large purchase for a local donation to a food bank. They also recently installed two new rows of self checkout which means I never have to wait for a register in the evenings.

A store associate kindly explained they weren't getting the calendar frame until the next day and they would call me. She was very kind and I understood. Days went by and no call (this was for a same day pickup order mind you). I finally got a call and voicemail saying it was ready. I excitedly went to the store and a store associate rudely told me it wasn't ready yet. I told her I received a phone call that it was ready to which she responded rudely and loudly in front of all patrons, "it doesn't matter if you got a call! It's not ready!" I was shocked. She then asked to see the voicemail and when she saw it was an automated message she raised her voice and said "don't listen to this, it's automated! You don't come in for that!" I said how am I supposed to know? It said my order was ready. She continued to argue with me and publicly try to embarrass me. I am livid. I have been coming to this CVS my entire life. No one deserves to be treated this way, especially when the problem that occurred was on the store's end. I am a customer and there was zero customer service given to me today. For reference, I went on 2/1/23 at 4:30PM and the woman had short, blonde hair and wore glasses and had a smokers voice. I intend to contact the manager and have this addressed because I am certain this woman must talk to everyone this way. I want to avoid having someone else be treated this way. I have worked in customer service my entire life and even when a customer yelled at me and may have been wrong, I still remained calm and polite because you represent the company you are working for. If this happened once, it'll happen again. And I refuse to continue patronizing a store allowing their employees to treat customers this way. I also still do not have my calendar order that I needed today, February 1st, for work. Update: I contacted corporate about this employee and they told the store manager, who called me to apologize. She was very nice and I appreciate being reached out to.

Worst pharmacy ever, I thought the problem was my doctor, I almost switched to a different one…read morebecause I have several issues with medications. I went to my Dr's and they faxed one prescription to them in front of me and another one to another pharmacy. I went to Walmart and they said they didn't receive anything, went to the other pharmacy and my prescription was ready. So my doctor called again and nothing, next day called again they faxed over the prescription again and called, nothing. Today 10 days later went to the Dr. again (I couldn't believe the pharmacy was the problem) after driving 35 minutes they faxed over in front of me, waited 20 minutes called pharmacy and guess what? nothing, Tried again and finally 1 hour later they received my prescription, when it will be ready? 4 hours!!!. I had been there before and sometimes they are not doing anything, but they still tell you 4 hours, if you start making a show and screaming they tell you to wait 10 minutes. Changing all my prescriptions somewhere else, even if I have to pay more. Worst pharmacy ever.

We so enjoy talking to the people there -- they check into things, they answer questions, they keep excellent track of our records. What with Covid, you can now pick up prescriptions curbside and that has worked out beautifully. We were able to take care of my husband's shingles vaccines without a problem; we're checking now for the Covid vaccines and have no doubt they'll handle that just as well. Nice to feel so good about doing business!

Most importantly, check their pharmacy hours, as it closes at 9 pm weekdays, 6 pm Saturday, and at 5 PM on Sunday. Given the apathy of the staff, they might put the shutters down a bit early. Also, don't plan on stopping by early before work (assuming you have a 9-5). The pharmacy doesn't even open until 9 am. Shopping center is pretty dumpy, at least there is plenty of parking!

Most of the shelves in the sections I browsed had what I needed, though there were a few gaps here and there. That kind of spotty inventory seems to be par for the course with Walmart, especially after peak hours. Still, the store itself was tidy, with no trash on the floors and aisles that were easy to navigate. The men's restroom was clean enough for a quick visit. Nothing fancy, but no unpleasant surprises either. Out in the parking lot, the cart corrals were mostly empty, which made maneuvering the van a little easier.
