Awful service with no direct phone line to speak with the RX staff. Extremely long fill times.

They are horrible. They wouldn't fill my prescription so I could go out of the country to go see my husband's family before he had open heart surgery. They said it was my vacation so it was my problem. This may have been the last time my husband saw his family, if god forbid something happened. They have NO empathy. Luckily he made it through fine but I'll never set foot in that store! I've never complained about anything they've done but this crossed a line! I actually waited a month for my medication because they were out of stock and I just let it go. They have No bedside manner. They're supposed to be in health care but they show NO compassion. Even the store manager wouldn't help me. This store is a disgrace! I should've reported them to the board of pharmacy because they can't refuse to fill a med they have in stock. This time was even worse than the first. They were out of stock on my prescription, so on 6/29 I get a text saying it needed to be special ordered. Two weeks roll by and I haven't heard anything, so I call the pharmacy to ask about it. Lady on the other end says she doesn't know when it will be available again and this b*tch just hangs up. A week later (yesterday) I call again and some guy answers and says while the prescription expired, they would try and fill it and that I'd be notified of there were any issues. About an hour passes and I go to the store and the lady behind the counter tells me they are filling it right now and will expedite it, so I sit at the pharmacy for another fifteen minutes when I hear my name called. I go to the counter, and the lady there stops and shouts back about something on her screen came up in red. I'm then told the prescription expired and I can't have it. Why the hell did you fill it then!? On my way out, comparing this process to pulling teeth, I hear someone basically say "it's the state," no, it's not the state that didn't let you send me a text letting me know it's getting filled, expired, etc. If I didn't say anything, that text about the script needing to be ordered would have just sat there and been the end of that. I've also been going to the CVS in Abington and was told my script ended up there. When I called them, they said it was still in Rockland and that the pharmacy can push a script's time out of they weren't able to fill it. Today, I call this store, one last time about getting this script filled, as there was one on file that said not to fill until 7/31. Seeing as how they let my previous one go to waste, I was hoping they'd fill that one early. The girl who answered said she doesn't see it on file. I'm clearly frustrated about this, so I let out a sigh, and say "okay-" I didn't even get to ask my next question when this f!@*ing b*tch hangs up on me! This place has completely ruined my experience with CVS and going forward I'm going to a different pharmacy. I'm done. read more

I was so disappointed with this location and I will be switching all my prescriptions out of this location. I had prescriptions to pick up and a colonoscopy in a few days. I decided to go in and pick everything up at once Well I couldnt find the recomended OTC medice recommended and I waited in line...got my prescriptions, asked about the other medications I needed because I coulnt find them anywhere. I asked the clerk, she gave me my prescriptions and told me the aisle to go down. I quickly found out why I couldnt find them....They were on the bottom on the selving...and I actually had to get down on my hands and knees to reach way in the back to retrieve the items I needed. But I wasnt sure if I had the correct items. I go back and wait in line again. Get to the same clerk, as I approach I said I think I got what I need but I would like confirmation. She says yes you have the right stuff but can you go to the front desk with the other things you have? Why? Why do I need to wait in line three times and I bet the cough medicine I had in my basket was going to require someone else to come. Good=bye to 80 Market Street for me. THE WORST read more

Customer service in this store is lacking. They would not accommodate someone who physically counted walk into the store. Called to ask for one item to be brought to the pharmacy so it could be picked up with prescriptions. And they flat out refused with rude tones and laziness in the time as well. This is why I would and do my services with CVS. read more

Do not use this pharmacy. Two times in a row I've had issues. One time they told me the prescription that my doctor filled out was not legal in the state of Massachusetts (which has to be a joke) and then more recently they didn't take the call for my prescription, and it was not filled after giving them plenty of time to fill it before picking it up. Choose a different place. read more

I see by the other reviews the pharmacy and unprofessional staff are an issue at this CVS. Glad to know it was not just me having a horrible experience. My prescription was delivered to an old address in their system despite having updated my current address in their system and having prescriptions sent to my "new" address for over 5yrs with no issues. I took every step on my end to solve the problem such as putting in an inquiry with the postal service with no luck since the package was delivered. The staff offered no help or resolution about getting my prescription refilled or refunded despite NEVER receiving them. I was told the manager was not in but by their unwillingness to solve the issue and unprofessionalism thats hard to believe. Escalating the issue to corporate. After this issue is resolved I am done with using CVS for anything. read more

My allergies are killing me, I sound like Joan Rivers, I feel like I am looking at everything through an Instagram picture ... and it's late at night. I need allergy medication and a decongestant so I can breathe. So what do I do? I saddle up and head over to the local CVS. Oh wait. The pharmacy is closed and I can't get Allegra and Mucinex because even though it is over-the-counter, you still have to obtain it from the pharmacist. Why have the store open if you can't get what you need during store hours? I'm not a meth addict, dealer, or maker. I've passed background checks and all my library books are returned on time. Everytime I go through the pharmacy drive thru, the short, young girl with long dark hair is beyond rude and aloof. Often times she doesn't even look over when she is in clear sight. This is the forth time this has happened. Once, she saw me and continued to unpack a box. Yesterday, I waited in line for 10 minutes. When I finally got to the window assuming she would be back. Nope. She went back to whatever she was doing until I rang the bell. There was also another car behind me. There is no customer service email to write to her manager either. read more

BIG CVS. The clinic is great. The nurse there is great. They have just about everything here. Parking lot is pretty tight.

When I moved to Rockland, I transfered my scripts to the CVS because I figured it would be easier than going to a new pharmacy. The pharmacists are slow and many times they don't even have my full refill. I want to go to a different pharmacy. read more

Most stores have a policy that if you are in the store because the doors aren't locked, then they have to help/assist you. I'm not sure if CVS abides by this rule, but I walked in at 10:01pm tonight and immediately heard a man yell "we're closed". When I looked to the counter, a woman then said "yeah, we're closed" SHE was not even close to being friendly in her statement of them being closed. There were 3 people in line, or standing at the counter waiting to be rung out/being rung out. Not for nothing, but I drove way out of my way to go there under the assumption that either the CVS or the Walgreens were 24-hour. Neither are, but the CVS had all interior and exterior signage lit up. I was trying to get some cream for my 1 year old nephews rash, but I guess it can wait since they were more concerned with getting me out of the store. Lost a customer to that CVS with absolute certainty. read more

This cvs is terrible , the workers throughout the whole store are rude. The pharmacists act like the gestapo and they watch me EVERYTIME I shop like I am a thief because I buy a lot of supplements and vitamins. I had my gallbladder out and went to fill some prescriptions. They said 20 mins and I patiently waited over an hour and a half only to be told there was an insurance issue. There was no issue and 20 mins later I got my prescriptions with a nasty "" its your fault "" attitude. I lifted up my shirt , showing the lady my bandages and told her I hoped she had a good day. I have had some of the worst experiences at CVS with their customer service than I have ever had anywhere. read more

Every time I go to pick up a perscription I spend half an hour waiting when when there's no one in line in front of me. Having to wait this long when you are sick and in pain after a long day is the worst. They have canceled automatic refills on me numerous times. I get calls telling me I need to refill medications I am no longer taking and when I asked them to stop the calls they said they couldn't. I have several different medications and I want to make sure it's not a call about one I am still taking. I have to go in several times a month to pick up several prescriptions because they can't figure out how to manage medications so that I only have to get my prescriptions once a month. first issue is they NEVER have my 4 scripts that i get montly or they have a partial order like 2 of 90.. ya idk. Besides being rude the pharmacy also takes forever and now this is second time they had insurance issues and i had to wait 4 days on meds i shouldnt be off of before someone realized the mistake they had in system. then i get my scripts and 1 is a partial order (obv) and then my Adderall is missing half the beads inside all the capsules. And this is not the first time i questioned it after noticing some were dented. I cam straight home from cvs only in my position and 10mg of each 20mg capsule was gone. guessing they figured my insurance wpuldnt go thru after those 3 days? switching pharmacies read more
