I'm done with this place. The pharmacist asked me if I wanted a flu shot and I thought sure why not. Then he jabs me and pushes it in so fast, it burned and it never felt so awful before. I get one every year so I'm used to what to expect. Will get one at doc's office from now on. Why unnecessarily hurt people? Then I recently went to pick up refills and I walked up to the counter. A young lady behind the counter was busy with something right in front of me with her back to me. I waited and didn't want to disturb her. I have a lingering dry cough so I had to clear my throat a few times. This lady in a white coat comes out from the back and says "You don't have to clear your throat--just say hello!" I was just shocked! So rude..perhaps someone at a pharmacy counter has a dry cough!!?? read more

If I can give a 0 I would! I always hesitate coming here to pick up my prescription, the male pharmacist is so bad! Customer service at its worst! The only reason why I go here is because they are open late and I have no choice since I have to go to a CVS because of my insurance. I have received a couple of texts saying they are getting clarification on my new Rx. I followed up the next day and I was advised they will send my doctor another fax to get some clarification on my prescription. 6 days later I called to follow up, this time they have no record of ever getting the new prescription from my doctor. I asked what happened, obviously I did not get an answer other than they have no record. I insisted I have a record they got the peer because they sent me a text. I have refrained from giving this review for many years...but today, well they just made me do it. They were not helpful at all. As a local pharmacy, you should have the phone numbers of doctors, you shirley able to see my doctors number on my profile, don't ask me for his number, especially when you have to call them for questions about my prescription. How did they have my prescription one week and not have it the following week? How did it magically disappear from your system? Is this a glitch on your infrastructure? Pharmacy tech lied and said they didn't have my medicine and when I asked if they can help transfer it to a pharmacy who may have it he said no call your provider and I don't know what you want me to do. So I did call my provider and as I'm waiting for his boss to help another employee says that they do have my medication, I informed her that the other guy said they didn't have it (he didn't even bother to look) and she looked surprised. Anyways she was helpful but I'm still not sure why he lied I'm not sure that was even legal. read more

Careful for this place! writing this on behalf of my mom, she received the wrong medication, and the wrong amount of 50mg pills was mixed with 100mg pills. Even the doctor said it was wrong! read more

I understand that it's cold and flu season but this location is unorganized and doesn't communicate well. I came to drop off a prescription at 12:30pm they said they had to call the urgent care and confirm the prescription. They waited for an electronic copy to be sent over for almost 40 mins before trying to reach out about it again. It resulted with me having to drive back to the urgent care and wait until I confirmed they sent it over. I come back to the pharmacy and have been here for another hour and they STILL have yet to fill my prescription when I was told they were working on it over an hour ago. So now I've been here for over two hours and had to make an extra drive back to urgent care and haven't received my prescriptions. Insane wait and lack of communication. read more

Terrible customer service at this CVS/Target location. The representatives are rude, insincere, and uncaring. They weren't interested in transferring my prescriptions from my former CVS Pharmacy. My health advocate contacted the manager, and although he was reluctant, he agreed to transfer the medications. Unfortunately, the next hurdle was that he wouldn't fill the medication because it was not in stock at this particular CVS location. I expressed to the manager that he doesn't seem very helpful and that I'd appreciate it if he'd fill my medications. His response was to ban me from service at this CVS location while making up an obsurd fictional story about one of his employees crying her eyes out because she overheard me tell the manager that he isn't helpful. Ridiculous! I called CVS later that day to get the store number and report it to Corporate Headquarters. When I called to speak to the manager to get the store number, his assistant answered and told me that James (the manager) is on lunch break. I asked if he'd give James a message, but I was told that James doesn't like to be interpreted while he's eating his Wong-Tong Soup. That's completely inappropriate! Worst service ever! read more

This review is of the employee: Serina. She was not wearing a name tag, so I had to ask her in front of the manager, before he had to take over... What terrible customer service and complete unprofessionalism displayed from Serina. While waiting 10+minutes in line, she sighs loudly and says out loud; "oh great there's a line" Rudely says to me: "are you here to ask a question, or are u picking up?", I looked above her and I was standing in the correct place, where it said "pick up" I responded: "I'm trying to pick up" She did not say "how can I help you or even a "hello" She was complaining out loud to her coworkers that she needs to clock out -Yes, Serina, your rude behind needs to go home! She was talking so loudly that I asked her to be more discrete for my privacy and she jus got louder. She must of asked for my first and last name (had to slowly spell out for her), phone number, address, and full birthdate at least four times within a 2 minute period. She said out loud "how do I do this" and someone had to come and help her (in the middle of helping their own customer). She also can't read; she mispronounced every single one of my family's first name and last name (simple English well-known names lol) Because she didn't respect my privacy at all and kept talking so loudly everyone in the line behind me could hear all of my personal information; including my insurance information, the provider, doctor names, my family's prescriptions names, etc; I asked if I could write all the information down for her so she would stop asking me to repeat all of my personal information out loud. She said no because she "didn't want my germs on her pen". Oh wow... I then asked if someone else could please help me. I saw James and asked if he could please help me; and my pick up order was complete in seconds.! James is the only one who knows what he's doing there. Every time I go there, there are new people who don't know what they are doing and make mistakes on the profiles and now require me to give way too much of my personal information!!!! All of which are NOT discrete, inconsiderate, and completely unprofessional. It used to be only first couple letters of name and birthdate OR phone number... not a person's life story. read more

I came in this morning to pick up my prescription. There's no one in line and two employees in the back. A man and woman. They both see I have approached the line. And instead of greeting me with. Hello how May I help you? The man goes. Do you need something?! Yes you idiot. I need my prescription. Do you really think I just felt like loitering in front of the cvs pharmacy line?! Seriously. They out did themselves this morning. They are never nice there but today was the tip of the iceberg for me. They must be trained to be rude and cold at that pharmacy. Pharmacy was organized and customer service was fast and friendly. I had my doctor sent in electronic prescription last week. After thirty minutes, I received the text letting me know my prescription ready. Vaccination on site is a plus too. read more

This place sucks. They refuse to give my dad his proscription back so we can go somewhere else, they say one thing and then change their minds, they say they will help but they don't. It's been over a week and my dad has been cutting his meds in half because he won't have enough. This place is ridiculous!!!!!! This used to be target pharmacy. CVS took over, wait times went through the roof and staff is rude. Way to ruin a great pharmacy CVS.

Very unprofessional. James at the CVS pharmacy in Target said he knew more than the Primary Dr's himself Gave my girlfriend the pneumonia shot which she did not need when we strictly went their for the Covid vaccine. He was terrible at explaining to us and even stumbled on his words when we brought in someone who actually knew about administrating shots. He also decided to be very unsanitary by using no gloves while giving out the shots and did not even care to clean his hands after each person. I'd recommend you to not go here or at least to him when getting vaccinated. Also when he gave me my vaccination he forgot to give me my vaccination card. If my girlfriend didn't ask for it he wouldn't have given me it. Last thing he didn't even put the bandaid over the spot where he gave me the shot lol i thought that was funny cause he completely missed it so definitely unprofessional, very careless and unsanitary. read more
