Pharmacist drew at this location needs a new corporate reevaluation/Audit when it comes to customer service and how he speaks with people.
For instance, I've worked on the railroad for almost 8 years as a contracting welding foreman , if I would of ever spoken to a customer how drew spoke to my wife, and then to me, I would of received a one way ticket back to Saint louis, and told never to come back again.
Drew..... when going to college to get your pharmacy degree to dispense medication, where did it advise you to speak over every single statement a customer makes? Where did it advise you, your condescending voice/ choice of language was the proper way?
Where did it advise you to treat customers like their questions were too stupid to answer? Did that masters degree you earned advise you to speak to me like I was a drug addict? I was simply asking if you could double check your records of the EFILE from her doctor, her doctor has a verification of delivery of the EFILE for her script. My wife is almost 3 weeks past due on her medication, and this isn't opioids, this is a legitimate medication, prescribed by a doctor who went to school almost as long as you, but instead of being a rude condescending person, her doctor is a human being.
I also advised you a similar situation happened to me the previous week at your pharmacy, with the same medication. I called my doctor, they showed the verification of the EFILE. I called you guys back, ultimately to find out I had more than one profile in your system. The doctor was right, your tech was wrong. Your tech figured out the error and corrected it.
She wasn't rude, she wasn't condescending, maybe you need to reevaluate your relationships with your employees, I'm sure they could teach you a thing or two about being a human being, and then hopefully that forwards your ability of ACTIVE PROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE.
After I advised you that my wife told me she believed a tech at your pharmacy refused to transfer her to the pharmacist, they were rude, that the man talked over everything she said, made her feel like she was doing something wrong asking if her prescription was there, and they made her feel stupid.
I asked you if you spoke to her, BECAUSE THATS EXACTLY HOW I FELT TALKING TO YOU. You verbatim did exactly what my wife said a tech did to her. But rather than admitting it, your cowardice didn't allow it.
Then after calling you out on not letting me speak, you believed it was a good idea to reintegrate how I asked you not to interrupt me, after you just interrupted me. You're the first person in my life that has had enough courage to consciously actively interrupt me, while advising me you didn't want to interrupt me, while continually not allowing me to finish a sentence
After asking for the store manager, you advised they weren't in, but your pettiness doesn't end there drew, you decided it was a good idea to consciously remind me twice that you would be letting the store manager know "my name"was going to call and complain about you, and that they were in Wednesday.
Pharmacist Drew, I don't know if you're just young in your professional career, I don't know if you just got your license, but the way my beautiful wife was spoken to last week, and now how I have been spoken to this evening, at this moment in your life bud, you should have zero, I mean absolutely zero contact with any customers on behalf of CVS.
I told you I was going to contact corporate, and I did.
I told you I was going to speak to the store manager and I will, Wednesday, trust and believe.
The only reason why my family goes to CVS, is because we have Caremark prescription insurance through my work. If I had it my way, your company wouldn't get a PENNY of my hard earned money after they way you spoke to my beautiful wife, and me. read more
