Called for an update on my Rx that was a day past there given pickup date for status. After being…read moreon hold for over 30 min I was by the worker that they have don't have any staff in place at this location and told me I should go elsewhere to get my Rx filled. When I asked why I was not made aware of this up front I was told they have no team or plan in place. Also had an issue where I canceled a Rx, asked specifically not to include that Rx at pick up and the pharmacist still charged me for it. They couldn't fix it over the weekend, I have to wait for pharmacy to reopen and go back in rather then just refund the mistake.

As an employer myself I would have fired her right on the spot. As for the "Pharmacist" he kept looking over his shoulder and then acted like he was going to come to the window but obviously either no back bone or maybe I was correct. Meds order was placed New Years eve around 3pm, they closed at 5 and was not opened to till today. I received a text 5:15 NYE stating meds were ready well I went today and she laughed said its supposed to be in on her delivery and then smirked. As I was leaving the truck was in the parking lot. I asked when is the delivery coming in she shrugged her shoulders and said "well it's supposed to be in around 11 but with the holidays I just don't know and I can't give you what I don't have". I only come because it's so close to my home…read more I picked up an order today not correct, no receipt, and the female lied to my husband stating she put the receipt in the bag. Husband believed her and when he brought it home no receipt. I called spoke to a manager, Isiah, who kept saying Walmart. I told him the situation, then I was transferred to the female manager on duty. Isiah doesn't know her name he says, he just started a week ago. Female manager told me on the phone my husband was a liar and she never told him she put it in the bag. I had to drive back up to get the receipt and since they already closed out, they had to return it and have me repurchase everything.

My vet prescribed a special medication for our dog to help with anxiety during the 4th of July from the fireworks. The Medicine Shoppe was able to fill the order without having to pay an outrageous price from one of the pet supply companies and wait for shipping. After mentioning to the pharmacy tech that our dog was really bad about taking pills, she offered to make the compounded prescription in a liquid form. Found out after picking it up that they went an even extra step and flavored it with chicken broth. Very kind gesture! They also texted me as soon as it was ready. Would definitely use them again!
