I work for a doctor's office that implements e-prescribing. I have sent the same prescription in twice for a patient. The patient keeps trying to pick up her medication and is told that it was not called in. The computer tracks the e-prescribing, so we know it was done. Finally, in desperation, we called the pharmacy and were told that we need to re-send it AGAIN. And if it doesn't show up in 10 minutes, that we would need to call back and give the prescription over the phone. She would not just take the prescription over the phone at that time, and she promptly hung up on us. Ironically (or not), the very same pharmacy made one of our 90 y/o patients come in twice, because they pulled the same stunt with her. Tsk, tsk. not very good patient care. read more

If I could give less stars I would. This pharmacy never has prescriptions ready on time. I can't tell you how many times they've chewed up my day. Example told me the prescription will be absolutely ready by 3 o'clock. I went to the pharmacy. Turns out can anybody guess prescription was not ready then they told me 330 I came back at 4 o'clock. It still was not ready so at this point I've been out for over an hour. They then told me 15 minutes. I waited around for the 15 minutes, went back up in 30 minutes. It still was not ready. This pharmacy is a joke. They cannot even give you adequate times when a prescription may be filled. They can't even approach the appropriate time within an hour of when they tell you the fill will be ready. I will be moving my prescriptions to Walmart. Maybe they can do a better job because this pharmacy clearly is either understaffed and incapable of giving appropriate times. read more

My favorite CVS to roam around in. I enjoy how they have started to expand their collection of dollar items and makeup to include foreign brands but wish they could also expand their natural haircare aisle (eg Aunt Jackie). The cashier today was very quick and hopped between registers to help multiple people at once! read more

I was not well and needed to be seen. My health insurance provider gives a small discount if I go to a CVS Minute Clinic. It was convenient for me as well so I tried it. I had a good experience here. I got right in. I filled out my basic info on there computer and was assessed by there NP on site. I got a dx and a rx and was out in a jiffy. I will come again if I need to! read more

WARNING! This pharmacy has since filled several of my prescriptions incorrectly. One of those incidences left me dozing off behind the wheel because they gave me a tranquilizer instead of my usual non-sedating medication. The British woman (Sarah?) who works the pharmacy counter is abhorrent. Stay away from this pharmacy if you value your well-being. Also, the area in front of the drink coolers smells like the homeless piss there every night. read more

This place is the best! Could the receipts get any longer. If you happen to be on 28 be sure to stop in and say hi to Doris this cashier is always on point. She is what makes this CVS better than the rest. I would also highly recommend there selection of beef jerky. read more

Always have to wait or have issues with CVS in general. Been waiting for days for a prescription for about a week and have had to deal with CVS and my health insurance because I had to get a Prior Authorization for the prescription of 20mg twice a day, but I couldn't get that, though a 40mg dose once a day was no issue. So there has been communication between myself, CVS, my health insurance, the pharmacy side of my health insurance, my doctors office, etc. just to get what the doctor had prescribed. The meds should have been ready minutes ago after a number of hours of CVS receiving the ok for the prescription as written, as this was a rush on all sides, but after driving over there, I was told that the pharmacist had to check it but it was almost ready. REALLY? This med is available in the same dose over the counter and I could just walk over there and buy it at a much higher price than the prescription. Had to sit down and wait; I waited a bit, and then the line was getting long and as with another person who had been sitting when I arrived, they make you go back into line. What the he** is the pharmacist going to check? As noted, the med is available off the shelf. Left CVS....just too much to deal with after a week of waiting. read more

Stoped at this CVS to pick up my meds through the drive-thru and waited over 10 minutes before I left do too they were feeling someone's prescription at the drive-thru window, very unprofessional to make a custom wait. And About a month ago I went to the same CVS to pick up my meds they weren't ready and told me to drive around the building due to a car behind me so they could help them. This is a good sized cvs. Mostly stocked up on product. My main and only problem here was the customer service. Both cashiers were extremely rude and miserable. They both had terrible attitudes and appeared as if they hated their jobs. read more
