Unbelievable experience with this pharmacy. Very unprofessional, they never open on time, been there twice past 9am and no one in sight. I've tried 5 different times to pick up ONE prescription and it's been that no one is there or there was an issue with the way prescription was written but they never contacted the doctor or myself to let me know there was an issue. Pharmacy customer service rated poorly. Employees Personal small talk opinions should be kept to themselves. Drive thru 1 open lane about 7cars deep waiting. Employee inside discussing openingly she would never pull up for drive thru service and sit in car. Employees should be mindful and not assume why the customer need to come through drive thru. Customers don't come to the pharmacy because of wants it due to needs. Ms. C pharmacist work on providing great customer service even when it appears your day is going bad. read more

This pharmacy does not work efficiently. There was 5 people in the pharmacy and only one register and that register needed the pharmacist to come speak to the customer but the pharmacist was on the phone. They took 40 minutes of waiting to open a second register and there was a good amount of people in line. And they put a paper up to close the drive through lane. This is by far the worse pharmacy I have ever experienced. They told me they didn't fill my prescription the last 2 months because they thought I couldn't afford it. It's only $250. Also i get it every single month. Now this time after the doctor confirmed that it would be filled YESTERDAY, they said they will not fill it because I only get 1 medication there and it's controlled. Like im sorry lady, I don't need other medications. There are rude and unprofessional. They will LIE to the doctors office and say it's filled then tell me its not. The service could improve regarding the vaccination appointments! I had a 5:30pm vaccination appointment today and checked in before 5:30pm; And they told me to sit in the waiting area until they called me. Now all the staff are back there kee keeing and chismeando! People are walking in and they are getting served! What about the appointments?! I ended up calling to pharmacy from the waiting area and asked what the kcuf is the appointment for? I have been waiting 30 minutes! Oh ma'am did you check in they said? I'm like yes over 30 minutes ago! Then HA called me back and gave me my vaccinations! Finally! Thank you Ha. This is the worst Pharmacy ever, CVS has lost a long time customer because of it. I went in to fill my prescription that I have been getting here for years there's a new guy there named David he was so rude refused to fill my prescription for no reason. His words where you can come talk to the manager tomorrow when he gets here. I go back today to follow up and the manager John is just as rude. These two boys (real men don't behave that way) are on a power trip want to be more important than the doctor writing the scripts. That is the SAD part. I see why they have a 2 on yelp should be a 0. It's sad that as customers we are treated badly thats what's wrong with these employees they forget we are the reason they have a paycheck. If big corporations start firing these employees and start showing them that's not how they should treat customers this ill behavior would stop. This place is horrible they make u come inside to apply a coupon this stand in line forever then have to step to another line to apply coupon then get back in the line u was just in to pay n check out even after the line is now long. They don't answer the phones and it seems they don't answer because they are too busy having personal conversations. All these people inside and calls are constantly on hold and the line is long and line outside long as wella. They are rude and very sarcastic. This is my go-to Cvs. There's always someone available to help. The pharmacy is quick and if u use the app, u can pay online, and just pick up quickly they the drive thru. During this time, I would recommend this. They open pretty early and close at 9 which is mostly all day. They have everything I need, I'm trying to avoid high traffic grocery store and they have it all! Milk, juice, soap, meds, makeup, snacks, batteries and even stuff like tank tops and sandals. They always greet me with a smile, love this store! read more

This has been my pharmacy for over five years now. They are often very busy with lots of people waiting in line outside to get their prescriptions. But honestly that just goes to show how efficient they are! There are two service lines for the pharmacy so you can use either one when picking up or dropping off prescriptions. They are often so busy they don't have a lot of time to answer the phone but honestly you can text CVS when you want to refill a prescription and enable text and email notifications to get updates when you have a prescription to pick up. So you really do not need to get someone on the phone. Basically all pharmacy services are available by text and on their website. These guys are great, people need to give them a break! read more

I have been using this pharmacy quite heavily for several years as we have a special needs daughter who has a bunch of meds. The store used to be kind of dumpy and dirty, but since the remodel the environment is a lot more inviting. I can't say enough about the pharmacy staff. They always call me by name, help me out, and treat me like family. On numerous occasions, they have gone the extra mile to assist me even with my daughter's weird medication and correcting billing. The pharmacy is always very busy, but they are very friendly and helpful and deserve credit to taking some of the stress off of care-givers like us. read more

Mind you there is 1 person dedicated to the drive through line, which is understandable; but what is the excuse for having 3 people wait in line for 30 minutes with 3 other techs back there? Asking for a friend. There is absolutely no acknowledgement for the customers waiting in line, to let them know "hey we will be right with you, sorry for the wait" or anything. I have been a customer at CVS Pharmacy for a few months since moving to San Antonio, TX. I live in Kirby and find the FM 78 location to be great to get to pick up medications. The people are friendly, always on time, and never a long wait for medications. Have yet to have a serious problem with this CVS and only use this pharmacy for all my prescriptions since the move here. They have been helpful with my parents in getting their COVID shots too, which has been a blessing. The candy and drinks selection is good enough to pick up a snack while waiting for my meds on the days they need to be prepared. Lastly, my mother loves seeing all the holiday decorations there, especially during the Christmas season. read more

just came into the store today and a customer had to go find a coworker because another coworker was throwing up and she had asked to leave already. That's what I overheard in the conversation between coworkers I came in to turn in my Wi-Fi box to the UPS center I did not have tape. The staff is great but every time I come here there's a pungent smell inside. Always smell mildew. They say it's from the store getting flooded with rain every time it rains but every day? Buyer Beware. You would think a place like CVS would have more compassion for a sick child. I was visiting my parents and I left my pharmacy card at home. My 1 year old daughter became ill and needed a prescription. When I went to pick my child prescription up, I was greeted by a miserable and unpleasant lady. Her name was Lindsey and she was very rude. I explain to her that I am 2 hours away from home (I live in Houston) and that my daughter was in pain. I explain to her that I have CVS/Caremark from my employer, is there any way she can look it up. After I see her help 3 other people in the drive thru, and than completely ignore me like I didn't exist. I ask for my prescription back. Knowing that it was close to 6 pm and other pharmacy were about to close on Sunday... She took an extra 30 minutes to give me back my prescription. I quickly drove to Walgreens on Rittman at 5:55 pm and explain to them what happen. The young man at Walgreens explain to me that they were closing but they will go out of there way because a child was in pain. Walgreens call Caremark, got my member ID and my prescription, less than 20 minutes. Beware of CVS. They really don't care. read more

Staff is always helpful but not sure if they do what their supposed to do in other areas. Everytime I go there their sales items in the beauty department are not displayed. I guess they are not taking the time to place their tags on the shelves for Buy 1 Get 1 50% off or Buy 1 Get 1 Free. I only know they are on sale because I receive their email and I check CVS online. I drove up to get my prescriptions & was directed to the outer lane, the inner lane was providing Covid Testing. No problem. Hit the call button but instead of getting a clerk, I got a recording, explaining it would be awhile for some one to get with me. Clerk came on and told me she would be w/me in awhile, she was waiting on people who were in line before me. Okay. Hubby said since we didn't know how long "awhile" was and we had groceries in the car, we would come back later. He wanted me to drive off, I said that was rude & I would tell the clerk we'd be back. (BIG MISTAKE EVER!) when I "called" back in she snapped at me "I told you there were people before you it's not fair to wait on you!". I said I was going to come back later I had groceries in the car. Again, she said "it's not fair to wait on you" and hung up on me. A CUSTOMER!!! without even listening to me!!! I've been going to this CVS for 5 years. I spend $300 on prescriptions a month. I DO NOT deserve this, There is no excuse for this & I will not be back. I went to the front, went in the store and tried to talk to the store mgr. No luck. She was at the register, I told her to wait on her customer before I would talk with her. She spent 5 min talking, came from behind the counter and walked the store with the customer for 8 minutes before I finally left, in total disgust. $300 a month ($2,400 a yr, x5 yrs is $12,000) is enough to be treated like a "valued" customer! CVS Caremark mail order pharmacy has no review platform (understandably) so I a writing my review here. Blue Shield (the best insurance out there, which is not saying much) has recently switched to CVS from Express Scripts and I am infuriated. Every order I place with CVS requires several texts (2 of which I received at 1 a.m., waking me up in a panic) as well as at least 1 call to "customer service" which is almost as bad as dying from the lack of the medication. Yesterday I received 2 of the 3 prescriptions I ordered (the result of 5 texts, a call to my doctor AND an earlier call to "customer service"). My second call took 22 minutes to receive confirmation that the medication I had previously, laboriously ordered would be shipped next day air. These are breathing medications, not something a person can wait patiently for. I sincerely hope that all of us with Blue Shield will complain loudly and often about this sham of a vital business. read more

A month ago my wife & I transferred our prescriptions from Target to CVS after being with them for 4 years. I do not like the direction Target is moving in. When we went in to ask about transferring, it seemed it was a bother to them. You would think they would appreciate new customers, but not the case here. Since transferring, I have been three times there and my wife has gone twice. All the times, we were treated rude by the pharmacist and his staff. They all seem it's a bother you show up. The pharmacist has never greeted us or even smiled. He told my wife once to go to Target and get one refill because it had not been transferred. How hard was it for him to call and get it transferred. Again, they seem they don't want your business. The final straw is when I went to get two refills, the girl did not even want to open the bag so I could check to be sure it was right. People do make mistakes. I have now only after a month have transferred them again to another pharmacy. Stay clear of this CVS. read more
