We normally shop at Walmart and not HEB because of wider aisles and friendlier shopping experience. But the only thing that I have complain about is that in numerous occasion I noticed either I have been overcharged for items or charged for item that I did not had? The sad part about it is that now I have to go stand in line for customer service just to get refunds on over charged items, and no need to elaborate on the rudeness of customer service associate that they question excessively and make you feel guilty to bring such a issue to their attention. To top it off, having an associate at the entrance that they ask for your receipt, but they don't even catch the mistake the cashiers made.

The worst case was when I was in the drive thru for 30 minutes. No intercom response and they were all chatting it up as I see them through the window. So I had to go around to that window and I asked them how come they didn't help both windows and they said that it was easier to do one window even though there were four people at the main one.
