My complaint with this CVS is the parking lot, it is never light at night. With it getting dark early there needs to be more lighting in the parking lot, to make the customers feel safe. Also, there are obstacles preventing people with a handicap from parking in handicap spots. read more

I do not shop here per se but my adventure normally is a prescription pick up run for my mother. So at couple if things I learned was that if you don't pick up the meds they put it back and basically when you stop by they will start all over again filling the prescription. One thing I can say is that the staff is friendly. During to days adventure I had to wait again since they have to refill the prescription. So my tip is to stop by near the posted closing time so they can expedite the process. On the other goodies in the store you can get anything you will need from the regular over the counter meds to candy bars to snacks. read more

It's super rare for me to leave a review because a lot of the time I just don't waste my time. But this situation was just completely irritating. I'm waiting in line like everyone else & when it's finally my turn to come up, the employee calls next up so I walk over to her. To start, she's on her phone checking it & doesn't even look at me, acknowledge me or engage enough to say hi or how are you. Then to top it off, I hand the money to her and I don't know if it's just me? But am I wrong to think it's rude not to hand me my change back in hand when my hand is clearly STICKING OUT for you to give it back & you just simply place it on the counter for me to pick up? Come to find out she's checking her fb immediately after she drops the change on the counter. So makes sense. Get better employees CVS. 90% of the time they're rude & disengaging. What can I say about this specific CVS? It definitely needs some work. I mean, first off, the automatic door is patched up in wood, why? As for stock of items, they need to work on their inventory because I've seen way too many empty shelves here and last, but certainly not least here is customer service. I find their staff (excluding the pharmacy staff) to be quite inept. During a recent visit, I needed to get eye drops, which at this specific location happened to be locked up in a case. After searching for an employee on the floor to help me, I approached a guy and asked him for assistance. He gave me an excuse that he couldn't help me because he apparently just came from the back stock room and was only helping with vaccines and said I needed to go to the cashier in the front for assistance. Okay.... So funny thing about that was, he was also headed in that direction. As I approached the cashier and asked her for assistance, she then handed the keys to the guy I initially asked help from that told me he couldn't help me. LOL! After she gave him the keys, I pointed out to him the product I needed out of the case. He then told me that he didn't know how to use the key to unlock the case. Honestly, it was a key that only took basic knowledge to insert and turn just like you would when unlocking the door to your car, home or master lock. Eventually, he was able to unlock the case and I was good to go, or so I thought? After grabbing a few more items, I headed back to the front to ring up my items. When inserting my card into the chip reader, the machine just wasn't picking it up. I then swiped it, but it still did not pick up. The cashier and her co-worker kept telling me to swipe it, even though I continuously kept telling both of them that it was their machine that wasn't working despite the numerous attempts I made in front of them. To prove a point, I used another card which was basically new and the machine wasn't able to pick it up either when using the chip reader and swipe. I didn't know whether to be more annoyed of the fact that the cashier and her co-worker didn't believe their machine wasn't working properly as they told me that I needed to replace my cards, or the fact that their machine wasn't working at all with any cards I used. Thankfully, I had cash on hand, but I still found every situation I dealt with during my recent visit here to be quite annoying and frustrating in terms of their customer service. This store definitely needs to fix their credit/debit card machine terminals and get a few lessons in customer service to avoid awkward situations on their end. read more

The worst customer service experience. The person with the long nails and curly hair was absolutely rude to me for no reason. It wasn't even busy, there was no line, it was a pretty calm night. I asked for help on the self check out and they couldn't figure out how to do it at first. I tried being nice by saying its okay I can just continue with this transaction. But they snapped at me and was like "wait im trying to learn this can you please hold on!" I wasn't even being rude about it. Then they proceeded to be extra rude and treated me like I was stupid when I asked about my coupons. I asked if my coupons were gonna be valid if the transaction was voided and they were like "its not a product, what don't you understand?!" What a complete jerk! Never coming back here. Be warned, avoid that person at all cost or just don't shop there. As a matter of fact I think I might just cancel my extra care pass because of this awful interaction. Thanks a lot bud. I hope you learn the hard way what it means to show good customer service. I should know because I've done it for over a decade! Came here to look for a toy for my daughter. She hurt herself. Hubby and I wanted to cheer her up. Plus she was cranky after her nap in the car. As we walk in, I see a lot of things disorganized. Place looks a little ghetto. I walked around with my daughter. She found a small toy. I saw a bunch of cool stuff. I went to the makeup department and lots of lipstick tubes were opened. Gross! Who wants to purchase lipstick that has been opened and used?! WTF? I think CVS is a good place to pick up drinks and snacks. They sometimes have single drinks on sale. I called prior to visiting because I wanted to see if the Squishmallows were in stock. Some woman with a heavy accent answered the phone. I was on hold for the longest time until another woman with an accent answered the phone. The second woman told me there were "a couple of Squishmallows in stock", so I decided to pay a visit to the store. However, when I arrived, I looked in the holiday and toy sections and there were absolutely NO Squishmallows in the store. I saw a short, dark, curly haired Latina woman walk by, so I asked "excuse me, where are your Squishmallows?". She proceeded to walk me over to the TY toys. I was in shock because I don't know if it was a language barrier or if she just misheard me, but I did NOT ask her for the TY toys. I told her that those weren't Squishmallows and she responded "they're the 'off-brand' ones". I recognized her as the second woman on the phone who lied to me and told me they had Squishmallows in stock. I told her how upset I was and she faux apologized and pretended she wasn't the one who lied on the phone. She then told me they had "a couple of the Valentine's Day Squishmallows, but sold out really quick". Since I knew she was already dishonest, I asked her which ones they had to test if she was really telling the truth. She lied AGAIN and said "the heart shaped ones with faces". THERE ARE NO SQUISHMALLOWS THAT COME IN THAT DESIGN. I knew immediately that she was just pulling that out of her butthole, so I just thanked her and left. I have no idea why she would lie so much, but I was irritated not just because I called to see if items were in stock, but because I was blatantly lied to and wasted my time and gas driving there. I don't understand how someone who is presumably the manager is so unethical. She treats this CVS as if it were a shady shop at the swap meet and not an actual business. Absolutely the WORST CVS! Rude, incompetent ladies work here and they try to gaslight you to cover their own poor excuse for customer service or ability to do anything right! I have the cvs app where I refill and pay for my meds every month. Today I had a day left to pick up my meds so I paid over the app, and go in to pick it up, ITS NOT READY despite the app telling me "Ready for Pickup" they proceed to say oh it was ready for two weeks ago now you have to wait 15 mins! Their BS 15 mins is more like an hour or more! I have the screenshots of my receipt showing it's ready, as well as the text message saying I have a day left! Doesn't matter, they make me wait for it anyway! This has happened repeatedly, and it's not acceptable! Worse, their tone and approach is so rude and demeaning I seriously don't know where they get the nerve! As much as I always come to this cvs I dislike the service I just received from Kenny here who was working the cash register! He was very rude! We waited in line just along with everyone else, but when it came to be our turn all of a sudden the line is in a different aisle with my mom. We waited patiently and another person got in line as he yelled it out. Didn't care we've been waiting there ringing others up and could of told us politely so I said something because that was not great customer service. He should have done was "sorry the line is in aisle 12, and tell the other customers they've been waiting let me ring them up and then I'll be gladly to help you next", but instead rang up another customer when we've been waiting! He was being a sarcastic asshole to my mother and I. Making comments.. Who does that? Definitely not professional and has no customer service skills whatsoever! To still make inappropriate comments while ringing us up and also to my mom. That's ridiculous! I've never made a yelp review, but today was not okay to treat people like that. Great variety, Air conditioned (thank you Jesus), and fast service... woo hoo CVS! BUT the pharmacy side suckssssssssss. It's SUPER DUPER slow. Expect to be there at least a good 30 minutes for anything pharmacy related. Last time I went in to drop off a prescription and not only was the employee taking their sweet time talking and talking to the person in front of me she was helping, but she was also moving really slow. Don't expect this pharmacy to care about your prescriptions. They don't communication with doctors and never recieve prescriptions from doctors. They are rude and make your life hard. This has been going on since they had construction and new people. I'm going to call the CVS pharmacy corporate and tell them of this. I was there and the same situation with my prescriptions was happening with someone elses. So it can't be my doctor because it would have to be their doctor as well. I like going to cvs I can get a lot of different items here for a fair price. The other day we got the kids there passport photos done very quick and easy. My only wish here would be a better check out system there is always a line with only one or two cashiers working and the line itself is not structured as sometimes it goes across the front of the checkout counter and other times I have been there where it's going down an isle. Also I wish the bathrooms were just open you have to get a code to use the restroom not a fan. For good prices on cold and flu medicine and good open hours though cvs is a good place to go. read more

Poor customer service. I was asked to stand in line for over an hour to receive my medication when the prescription was ready to go, I just needed to pay. They had me switching from line to line to add a coupon until I blew up and asked to speak to the pharmacist directly did I get my medication. This is a lack of disrespect for their customers time. ALL their computers should be able to add a coupon code with all the money they make from pharmaceuticals. There excuse was a power outage earlier that day but my medicine was ready since the day before so that is not an excuse for making me wait 1hr to add a coupon code. NOT RETURNING EVER AGAIN. Also, I would never receive text notification when medicine was ready. Always had to call and ask. Very disappointing and a waste of my time. Save your time/money and go somewhere else. read more

pros...this place is very empty, so if you are looking for anything a normal pharmacy would stock this place is great. it is a rather big place and the a/c is just killer. it is great place to hang out if you don't have a/c in your house. just sit in the outdoor section on some of the folding chairs and then pick up your favorite magazine and then pay for some snacks and you have a very nice day outside of the stifling heat and humidity. this place is actually a good place to get most of your basic foodstuffs, cards, magazines, little gifts, outdoor furniture, stuffed animals, toys, etc. well stocked, well lit and very cool inside. they even have a pharmacist there too. cons...this place has the Jekyll and Hyde customer service. they will never go out of their way to help you. but if you ask them for help they are very helpful. i guess if you don't have to do work it's best not to go looking for stuff to do. read more

I purchased some Mexican candy at another store and had a great experience. I live a couple of blocks from this store and decided to stock up as this brand is hard ro come by outside a candy store. Through the week, I became greatly disappointed. The candy was so stale, that it wouldn't melt in the microwave. In addition, I noticed I didn't pay attention well, because a few pieces were considerably smaller. I wrote online and told my story. I was supposed to get an $8 credit. It never came. I asked about it online and got a generic response. After that, they never responded to my inquiries. This isnt a store issue as opposed to a corporate issue. This is a reflection of how they value their customers. So no surprise if you get bad service in the stores. read more
