Overall, it was a decent visit but then not have Hydrogen Peroxide for 2 days in a row is disappointing. The cell service in the waiting room was poor, so I couldn't fully check in through the CVS website. I ended up using the kiosk instead. I was called back right on time. When I met with the provider, they told me they didn't actually have the treatment in stock. They explained that the product expires too quickly and that it's rarely requested, so they don't keep it on hand. The appointment was canceled, and I was advised to buy what I needed over the counter.I checked the price of the products on the shelf at CVS and it seemed fairly expensive. I then looked it up on Walmart's website and saw it was roughly half the price. Since no procedure was performed and I didn't need to buy anything there, I used the Walmart app to order what I needed with free delivery.

At one time or another, I've been shopping when theft had occurred and while they've tried security, it didnt seem to help with theft. They now have the expensive items or easy-to-steal or mostly stolen items locked-up. Which is great for the business, but not so much for loyal customers when you want to grab, pay and go. Today I didnt mind as there was time to get my items. I shop here occasionally as I am an ExtraCard member and get free shipping for items, I typically opt to use that benefit. They offer this for $5 a month plus you recieve $10 in extracareBucks each month! Its a win-win. In any event, I've never had a bad experience. Employees are always nice, I have not utilized the pharmacy in a few years since switching insurances but did notice that they are closed for lunch, so be mindful. Photo is quick, while some items/photo may be out of stock during promotional time, they are good about informing you. If you are coming at the end of the week, be mindful that couponers may have cleared some of the items you came shopping for! I have used ordering online and pickup in store at this location as well, and never had an issue. Since the last time I came shopping, things have been moved around. So glad they are still here and you can still find some amazing deals especially with the manufacturer coupons, CVS personalized coupons and the cash back "extraBucks" - it has definitely changed how couponing was pre-covid but still better than paying full price when compared to the inflation of everything nowadays!

I was able to walk right in and they had so many sales on merchandise and apparel that I was excited. I really appreciated that they had so many varieties and selections of Independence Day bathing suits. This visit was great because I found a couple of new items in the apparel area that the other Walmarts did not have yet. Yay! Great store with great items. The downside is that they did not have enough cashiers for the customers that were there. I literally saw about 20 workers just walking around the store. And then they only had self checkouts open, which was weird. With this many customers, you should definitely have enough cashiers to check them out. The self checkouts were way backed up and I think the line went about 22 people for each self checkout area.

In mid-summer, I went to this Walmart to purchase items for dinner. I split my payment between my Cash App card and my University Credit Union card. During checkout, the register froze, and the cashier called a manager for assistance. A manager named Shelia told me that I had not paid for my items, even though I showed her my receipt. She repeatedly stated that I had not paid and walked toward another register saying this out loud. I found the entire experience humiliating, especially while my already-paid items were being held onto by her. I was ultimately charged twice for the transactions. Shelia told me the charges would fall off my cards and advised me to return the following week if they did not. I later returned to the store to resolve the issue. I asked to speak with a manager, but after waiting nearly 10 minutes, I was not assisted. I subsequently contacted Walmart Corporate to report my experience, but I did not feel that my concerns were taken seriously. Unfortunately, the issue happened again. Last Tuesday morning, an employee named Leticia was checking receipts at the east entrance/exit. She stated that I had not paid for my paper towels. I told her I had paid and willingly showed my receipt. To leave the store, I ended up paying for the paper towels a second time. Please check your receipts and your bank/card transactions before leaving the store. My experience resulted in me paying for the same item twice, and I have screenshots of the receipts showing the duplicate purchase. I hope Walmart will take these concerns seriously and review its checkout and receipt-verification procedures so other customers do not experience what I experienced.

About a month ago, when I was calling to get my monthly prescription, someone new answered their phone and when I asked if they had the medication available I got an immediate "No" there's a shortage blah blah blah. I know it's been super hard to get so I asked if they were able to check their supplier because every other time I called the person would always check their supplier's database and usually they had one they could get the order. Sometimes I'd have to wait a week or so which was fine but the person always checked the supplier first before just telling me no. This new person put me on hold and then came back a couple of seconds later and said it's not in stock and they don't know when it will be restocked. I was skeptical but I waited several days and then called back again, hoping to get a more knowledgeable person. Got the same person as the week before, and got the same standard reply, no, it's out of stock and we don't know when we'll get it in blah blah blah. I asked if they could check the supplier and the person put me on hold and came back and asked me if I was a regular customer there, I said yes, gave them my information and she verified I was a regular customer and then put me on hold again. She came back and then asked me if I get prescriptions at other pharmacies? I was confused and asked her to clarify. (thinking to myself why are you asking me this, are we dating, are we supposed to be exclusive, I certainly didn't get a ring or anything!) The girl asked me again if I get prescriptions filled elsewhere and what their information was so they could transfer my other prescriptions. At this point, I asked to speak to the manager. The manager got on and I explained that I was confused about why they were asking me if I got prescriptions filled at other pharmacies ( please note this prescription is not for a controlled substance so it's not like I am trying to get extra pills or medication, in fact, I was about 3 weeks overdue because the medication is hard to get due to a nationwide shortage). Anyway, the manager gives me the same standard response they are out of stock and don't know when they will get it in. So, I ask the same question I've asked for the past 6 months, could you check the supplier to see if they have it in stock? They didn't check and I got an immediate response of the same party line. Now I'm irritated and frustrated and explained I understand that the medication is hard to get but what was so great about their pharmacy was their customer service, which the past two times I called, had been severely lacking. The manager didn't seem to care and was uninterested in trying to even "hear" what I was saying or asking. She was just interested in having my other prescriptions transferred to their pharmacy. Needless to say, I will not be going back there again! As I said before up until January they had always been super nice, friendly, and knowledgeable, I don't know if management changed but clearly something changed and it was not for the better.
