Remember to electronically check in when you arrive. They are busy otherwise filling online prescriptions and probably won't notice you in the seating area. I made this mistake and waited 10 minutes extra. The store is clean, well kept. Staff are courteous and helpful. That first dose tho oh my arm hurt for a good day or two. They have snacks and drinks here too but not enough to make a meal out of it, but across the street in any direction there are many food options here.

John wouldn't allow a return so I had to call the corporate office, who kindly allowed the return. A few days later, hubby goes in and asks for the small, RED, pseudoephedrine pills that you can only get behind the counter. John says, "Do you want the 12 hour or 24 hour." My husband picked one of the choices thinking they're both the small red pills since he knows I have allergy throat constriction problems and can't swallow big pills. John hands my hubby the bag and it's the huge, long white pills. I asked hubby to return them for the correct one. It ended up as a screaming match between John and hubby, with John upset that hubby didn't know the different 12 vs 24 hour pills were the white ones (told John we didn't go to pharmacy school like him and he should have explained that when my husband asked for the small, red pills and John offered a totally different choice of the white pills.). John's yelling, saying hubby asked for the white pills and my hubby is yelling back saying he FIRST asked for the red pills so why would John offer a choice that isn't the RED pills. The screaming match was in front of other customers. It ended with me on the phone, letting John know we'll be calling corporate yet again. We are half year in Cali and half year in Atlanta. We don't have problems with the Cali store so I'm not sure why there are so many issues and poor reviews for this store. With CVS's stock significantly down due to rising competition, this type of optics is not a good look for the Company.

You would think a pharmacy, that sells tons of different humidifiers, would have distilled water. That's what you're supposed to use the machines so it doesn't grow bacteria. Nope, couldn't even find a space on the shelf for it to be sold. During the pandemic I had gone to three or four different pharmacies because I couldn't get any distilled water. For various shipping, people out, not being able to restock, etc. reasons. It is a disgrace that pharmacies which sell products that require distilled water could not supply people with CPAP, and other required medical equipment, with distilled water. So, I decided to write a little quick disappointment review of the store in general. When I went in, there was only one person at the front, two people at the pharmacy, and I didn't see anybody in the store. The store was trashed, it looks like there was a Super Bowlparty held in there. Ive never seen it this bad before, literal trash on the floor as well as product on the floor and half empty bins that were left out from restocking that had to be navigated around. I'm not saying it was dirty though, it seemed reasonably clean for a public store. They also no longer have push carts, instead they have little cheap plastic baskets. You have to pull along behind you like a kids toy. For someone with arthritis who has a hard time carrying things in their hand, so has to have some sort of basket it's very awkward. Not only do you have to bend over to put things into the basket, but you can only carry a couple of things at a time. So if I'd have picked up 2 gallons of water, I would not have been able to get anything else, much less picking up the water from the basket and scanning it, and either carrying it in my arthritic hands out of the store or bending over and putting it back in the basket to carry it out of the store and picking it up again to put it into the car. My insurance wants me to use CVS, I'm assuming for bulkpricing reasons, but from now on I'll only be picking up prescriptions at the drive-through. Any other purchases I'll have to make at Walgreens or the grocery store. The store employees, and pharmacists, have always been polite. Not sure what's going on, maybe there were people out sick today with bird flu or something so if you were half people have to do more jobs. But since it's a self check out and somebody has to watch the front that one employee I saw in the store couldn't possibly have gone around and clean things up or put things on the shelves. I hope they get this resolved because this is a convenient store to my job and I would like to be able to visit it again.

As I proceeded to leave the store, I turned back around to ask if they could maybe print the business cards for me and I'll cut them at home. So two of the reps did just that. After standing in the store for about an 25m.Mr Dale, the manager who cut the cards asked, how can I help. I told him I was having the cards printed again since the first batch didn't come out right and I'll just cut them at home. He got frustrated with me telling him this and walked away. After another 25m, I noticed the machine kept stopping and I asked the Manager Mr.Dale if the cards were ready. He said he didn't know since he wasn't the one helping me and I needed to ask the person who was helping me since he had already printed off "700 cards" he stated wasn't helping me anymore since I just wasted his time. I then turn to the young rep and asked are the cards ready? Mr Dale continued to talk at me as I ignored him and worked with the employee who did have a "I can help you" attitude. He said the printer kept stopping so it still had a few more cards to go. Mr Dale the manager then proceeded to reprimand his employee and tell him not to do that ssss again. The young employee stated, " it wasn't me". I continue to sit at the register and by this time, it was 6:30. I then asked the young employee again..."brother are they ready" Mr Dale then proceeded to jump in and say I messed up there printer and I'm "a photographer anyway, why would I be ordering cards from Walgreens." I ignored him and addressed the young red head employee and stated I'll just buy those because I only order 200business cards in one order, and 120 in the other. Mr Dale told the young employee we're not selling those to him because y'all (they) weren't suppose to print them off this way anyway and begin to get irate. I proceeded to tell the young employee I only order 200 cards but he had a stack in his hand as big as a text book. I asked him how many did he have since there should've only been 25 sheets of paper. (each sheet printed 8 cards) Mr. Dale then said, "it don't matter you're not getting them, get out." I continued to talk to the young red head employee who wanted to help, but at this point Mr. Dale made it a point to set a example and told me to get out or I'm calling Sandy Springs. I asked for him to call them. As I was looking at him, his eyes were wide and he was shaking. I asked him if he was ok because he was shaking and he stated I was provoking him. I asked him, provoking you to do what, with my eyes now wide. I've been shopping at Walgreens for years and have never experience such disrespect and rudeness. He did call the police and gave them my tag number as he taunted me on my way out the store. I recorded the whole incident on my glasses and will be sending it to management as high as I can go because it's obvious that people like Mr. Dale aren't a good representation of the company.

When this happened the coupon was voided by the machine. I asked for help and the employee came over and told me I inserted the coupon all wrong and acted like my first grade teacher. She was short, abrupt, and rude. I told her she was being rude. She replied " when someone is rude to me I am rude right back". Problem was I wasn't rude. I just asked for help. I have never had this type of experience with this CVS before. I read all these reviews and could not believe how bad they treated people. Now I completely understand all the bad reviews. Please train your folks in customer service. I would be happy to give them a hour course in how to treat your customers. They have to realize unhappy customers turns into zero customers and zero customers turns into no CVS at this location and that turns into no job.

In addition to that they have some supplies of everyday items that range from household to food to electronics .... etc. Prices are high, but you kind of know that coming in. They do have a rewards program (that is free) that gives some pretty good perks if you want to keep up with them. They didn't have what we were looking for, but we had forgotten to bring some waters (for a concert we were going to), so took the opportunity to grab those while we were here. In addition we gots rselves bunchs smrtr cause theys was Smart Waters (Sorry couldn't resist). Probably wouldn't have any reason to be back to this location (nowhere near where we typically are), but if we were we would stop here if we needed something they carry.
