I did a walk-in so it actually worked out pretty well. I waited around for a few because I had to let them prep the vaccination but it let me do all the paperwork. Customer service here was really good because the lady who was at the front was having a good time talking to me. We get along really well and she was super cool. Actually everybody I talk to was super nice and really friendly. For customer service alone. They definitely get five stars. And they said that the vaccination was covered by my insurance, which was the nice thing on the cake LOL. But this spot would definitely be a go-to if I needed something. I was a little bit obscure that I couldn't get from a CVS.

I like the fact that once you disconnect your device (no Bluetooth for me) your pictures automatically disappear & aren't saved in CVS cyberspace. The pictures of my GrandBlessings came out pretty clear. For 2 4x6 prints - $1.16, which you can't beat that for the quality & quick output. Quick as there were no ahead of me. To save time & if you don't mind your photos being in the universe, you can print from home & pick up when they're ready. Nonetheless, I look forward to building my memory books at this location. I've never been to this one until last month, when my hubby needed a COVID test to return to work. We scheduled ahead of time online but were running super late as I had just got off work and was already fighting traffic - add an accident to that and we were really behind. I called before even leaving our apartment, letting them know the situation. I can't speak on the retail staff, but the pharmacy staff was really nice and said they would still take us when we got there with an ETA of about 10-15 minutes. When we arrived, unfortunately, we ended up stuck in the drive-thru line behind about ten cars or so. We decided to just wait it out and see if they would still take us. We would've just gone inside if it was for anything other than a COVID test. By the time we got up to the front, it had to have been about 5:30. So we were like 45 minutes late or so at this point, as opposed to the projected (already late) time of 5:00. The gentleman who greeted us at the drive-thru counter behind the glass was not going to accept us at first. Thankfully after explaining that we called ahead and were stuck behind an accident and stuck in the pharmacy line, he and his co-workers decided to still help us and process my hubby's test that evening. We were so thankful, considering they didn't have to. From there the rest went smoothly. My hubby self-administered the rapid molecular ID now test and got his results in less than an hour, very quickly (and thankfully, negative!) The results were emailed to us without issue, just like the other locations do. We have no complaints with this Walgreens as a test site and were very thankful for the compassionate staff that still got us in, so my hubby could get back to work. We would come here again for testing if need be and recommend it to you if you need one and are in the area. So far Walgreens as a whole has been my favorite business to COVID test with as the process is generally smooth and results are quick!

When I finished my shopping, there were 6 to 8 people in line with only 1 register open. The manager was actually counting the drawer for the other register right in front of all the customers. He called up an employee over the intercom and asked them to recount and verify the drawer. All of this was going on while the customers waited in line. It was one of the poorest examples of customer service I have ever seen at a Walgreens. I don't think I'll return to this store anytime soon.

I had a good experience with Integrity Compounding Pharmacy in Sandy Springs. I had my compounded…read moredrug in my hands in six days from the time I was prescribed the medication. This included a weekend and a weekday that my PA was off (I had an outstanding question to her before I committed to buying the drug from Integrity). Integrity's customer service was good. I'd never heard of compounded (or compound) drugs before now. It's when multiple drugs are mixed together. Apparently, you can't get them at a conventional drug store or pharmacy like CVS, Walgreens, Publix, Kroger, etc. My PA told me that the compound drugs are mixed and delivered by local pharmacies. She suggested Integrity. I was prescribed azelaic acid 10%, kojic acid 2%, niacinamide 2%, and tranexamic acid 4% in an anhydrous topical cream to treat a scar on my leg. My PA told me if Integrity quoted me more than $60 for 30 grams to let her know because it shouldn't be more expensive than that. I was quoted $75 (that's what my question to her was about). She said prices must've gone up, so I went ahead and paid the $75. This included UPS Ground overnight shipping to my home in Midtown Atlanta. Integrity gave me the option to pick up the drug at their office in Sandy Springs. If I did that, I would've gotten the drug a day sooner. I approved the drug order and paid over the phone this past Wednesday. The drug was mixed by pharmacist KT Tran, RPH, and shipped on Thursday. It was delivered to me on Friday. The drug was securely packaged and came with paperwork including a "Prescription Information Sheet," also known as a "Universal Claim Form." Integrity doesn't contract with any insurance companies. All customers must pay 100% out of pocket. Through my research so far, I discovered that most insurance companies do not cover most compound drugs. However, in the chance that your insurance company does, Integrity provides the Prescription Information Sheet so that you can submit it to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. The sheet has prescriber and prescription information, including drug NDC numbers and quantities. I'm still doing the work to determine if the compound drug that I got is reimbursable through my company's benefits plan. It's taken several phone calls and a couple emails so far. I learned that RxBenefits does not offer any sort of benefit. The next step for me is to call CVS Caremark. Everyone I've spoken to at Integrity has been polite and responsive. I don't remember all their names, but they include Portia and Amber. I emailed Integrity a question this past Friday and they called me with an answer in about an hour, which I thought was fast.

I thought this was really nice and convenient. I had really just went to grab a few things and noticed that I was able to purchase some to go meals, that I could easily prepare at home the next day. I was able to quickly find and locate everything that I was looking for, from a birthday gift to snacks and to coffee for my trip home. The only thing that kind of took me back with how clean, bright and vibrant this store was, was how unkept the bathroom was. I utilized the family bathroom and there were leftover items from a previous child that had been in there, there was no toilet paper on the roll and there was barely any paper towels available. But overall, I really thought this was a very well kept store. I was able to find everything I needed and able to get in and out in a timely manner.
