One start is too high for this store. Especially this experience Tried to use a coupon they gave me this morning. The coupon got caught in the slot and didn't go all the way in the machine. When this happened the coupon was voided by the machine. I asked for help and the employee came over and told me I inserted the coupon all wrong and acted like my first grade teacher. She was short, abrupt, and rude. I told her she was being rude. She replied " when someone is rude to me I am rude right back". Problem was I wasn't rude. I just asked for help. I have never had this type of experience with this CVS before. I read all these reviews and could not believe how bad they treated people. Now I completely understand all the bad reviews. Please train your folks in customer service. I would be happy to give them a hour course in how to treat your customers. They have to realize unhappy customers turns into zero customers and zero customers turns into no CVS at this location and that turns into no job. read more

I got to the pharmacy at 5:57 on a Sunday and it was closer all ready, I asked if I could please pick up medicine my daughter and thy told me "not my problem". The lady was a complete piece of work. I understand a schedule, and respect it, what I do not respect is lack of empathy and disrespect. Her tone was condescending. I highly recommend this CVS over the one at 687 Johnson Ferry Road because the staff here is much better. The pharmacist, Allison, was incredibly sweet, friendly, and super helpful. She price-matched for me with no issues and got me all the medications I needed. The whole staff was welcoming, and the store itself is clean and well-kept. Overall, a great experience--unlike the Johnson Ferry Road location, where the staff is rude and unhelpful. read more

Absolutely the worst pharmacy known to mankind. They have 50 people working in the pharmacy but only 1 pharmacist to fill orders. The other 39 are putting up inventory, which makes no sense. Why can't this be done late evening like other retailers. The drive thru is pointless as you can sit there for 30 minutes or longer. And the clerk isn't concerned that you've been waiting and Trent tells you to return in an hour to pick up your prescription. My last visit was today. I promise to not visit them again. I don't blame these employees but the corporate executives because they are clueless about customer service. read more

I'm a huge fan of this pharmacy. They answer their phones and very responsive with letting me know when prescriptions are ready. I've never had to wait long when picking up prescriptions either. Overall very well run pharmacy. Bonus is it's next to Trader Joe's too so you pick up something fun after visiting the pharmacy read more

Honestly pretty terrible. The pharmacists are usually pretty nice but you will wait anywhere from 15-30 minutes in the drive thru line. And you just have to do it bc CVS has a pretty big monopoly so there's not really anywhere else to go. Just be prepared to wait endlessly. Never go here if you are in a rush. read more

Hands down the worst customer service I've ever experienced at any CVS location. I waited in line so long after the signs for the drive thru were mislabeled and ended up having to leave and come back. Now i'm sitting in the correct line and have been while they entirely ignored me the entire time. Meanwhile another customer pulls up in the other drive thru lane and is immediately helped. We're still waiting on someone to acknowledge we've been here to pick up. Twice now. MEANWHILE they have COVID-19 testing RIGHT NEXT TO regular prescription pick up. read more

Worse pharmacy I've ever dealt with. So many issues it is going to be difficult to list all experiences here that have been just terrible. BAD BAD customer service at the pharmacy. They do not care if your prescription is not ready when they tell you it will be. My doctor has called in, and electronically sent in a prescription yet they somehow do not have it. They state they will call my doctor, yet they do not. My prescription is missed for that month. Period. Another occasion my bottle shows one refill left on the bottle they labeled, yet they said I didn't have a refill left showing in their computer system. Then who typed on my last bottle that I did? You're mistake. It's happened more than once. They are RUDE RUDE RUDE when they make a mistake! They will never apologize or say I'm sorry we have made you drive here three times today, wait a ridiculous amount of time to tell you that you will have to wait longer. If you complain when you finally pick up the prescription they rudely will say "well it's ready NOW!" and they will not apologize. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY! I like this CVS because it's small, never very busy, and has decent deals on candy... The cashiers are usually quite nice even at 2am. The problem I have with this CVS is the same one I have with most CVS... it's the sales or deals they have on the shelf... they don't ring up at the register which becomes annoying when it happens all the time... So I usually tell them the item is on sale and they have to walk over to the shelf to check it out... Just something management needs to work on making sure all sales are up to date... Other than that I had a great experience at this CVS at the beginning of the summer... I thought I was either dying, my sinuses were acting up, or I had a cold... Well I couldn't decide on what medicine to get so I walked over to the pharmacy and talked to a pharmacist and told her my wacky symptoms which were sneezing, runny nose, congestion, watery eyes, tired, achy... but only when it was really really cold under air conditioning or ceiling fans... Well she said I needed allergy medicine and I was like Whaaaaa are you forreal I don't have allergies.... Well after purchasing the medicine and using it for a few days... She was right I had allergies... but who's allergic to the AC... anyway I appreciate the help I received that day and even got a good deal on the CVS brand. So with good service and tons of candy options I'll keep coming back to this location. read more

Im going to give one extra star and make it a 5 for this CVS. The people there are freaking awesome. Especially the people at the pharmacy! Ive called multiple times this week for meds. Not only are they great answering my concerns in the store I called them at random times during the day and night and they answered everytime and answered all my questions. Call ahead to get your prescriptions ready because when you go to pick them up, regardless of when they say your meds will be ready, you're still going to wait & they won't be ready when you need them. In the drive through, I've even been told to wait as "they didn't have the prescription ready" (with a few cars behind me), what an awkward position to be put in. No doubt its beyond frustrating and this hasn't just happened once, I frequent this CVS and every single time I have to wait, even though I call a few hours before and arrive after the time they tell me it will be ready. So that should give them more than plenty of time to get the prescription ready. This is a larger store, in a prime location, therefore usually busy however this last time of waiting, I counted 6 ppl in pharmacy working. Nothing frustrates me more than an inconvenient, inconsiderate (of my time) business. I will be changing pharmacies. I have given this store ample opportunities to get my prescriptions ready and they never are. read more

I call Thursday to have a prescription transferred from Walgreens. They say it will be ready Friday. I come by Saturday, and it's not filled, but they say it will be 10 minutes and they will call me on the intercom. 30 minutes later, they still hadn't called my name so I went to the counter and she gave me the prescription. She didn't apologize and didn't seem to care that it wasn't ready when it should have been, that I had to wait 30 minutes, and that they never called my name when they said they would. read more

This is the first time I have ever written a negative review. It is not something I have ever been driven to do until now. We called at 10 AM to have a badly needed out of state prescription transferred. We were told it would be ready by 1 PM. It was not. It is now after 5 and we have been calling all day to check on it. I was on hold for 15 minutes and someone picked up the phone and promptly hung up without anyone saying a word. I called the store and asked if they could help. They said they would ask the pharmacy to call me that there may be phone problems. He called me back to let me know the pharmacy said to just keep trying to call even though they are having issues with out going calls that they would not call me directly. I also spoke to the manager asking for assistance. They had no care that I have a child who badly needs this prescription. It is appalling that there are health professionals out there that have such little care. read more

I have been using this pharmacy since I moved to East Cobb in 2012, but recently I think they probably got some new staffs and they're really not nice and patient! I had to call them several times for a prescription refill/transfer for my out-of-country trip, and they were so impatient to listening and hang up shortly. Also, seems like they didn't keep a record about your earlier calls and nobody is accountable. Very frustrating experience! read more
