The shop is located between Ortley beach and seaside heights accessible easily walk from the beach side too. Very closer to the board walk. There are plenty of parking spots. The store is well stocked with essentials and medications. You can also find lot of beach items to buy here. The store has limited staff and mostly self checkout. If I could leave negative stars I would. I am not a review type person. Unfortunately I had to find a new pharmacy to use when rite aid closed down. I was a lifelong customer of rite aid and always was very happy. Since then, it's been maybe 9 months, CVS has not gotten any of my medication correct or on time. It's tough because I work a lot and it's literally down the street. But the pharmacy is a joke and they mess something up close to 100% of the time. read more

I've been using this pharmacy for 10 years and have always been professional and attentive. The few times I've had minor issues, I simply have a chat with them and are very accommodating to my request/s. I treat them with respect and they return the favor. It helps to joke with them when picking up prescriptions or asking for help to find an item. read more

The pharmacy is terrible Twice they said they could not find my RX from my Dr. Another time the pharmacist never showed up for work About five people were waiting for RXs. They told us they were trying to find another pharmacist to come in. Do yourself a favor and use the pharmacy at the Acme across the street!!! read more

While leaving the Jersey shore we stopped in here yeah and got a few snacks and drinks for our 3 Hour Dr. to Connecticut. So I went in there and use the restroom it was kind of dirty small on the inside prices were pretty expensive for what we got but I got the job done read more

I've been going there for over five months. I have to go back 4 to 5 times to get my prescriptions. I've asked them several times. Please have all my meds come at the same time they can't get it together. Today I went to go pick up my prescription and they gave me two pills went home and had to go back had to pay for a second order because they already said they prescribed it and can't take it back, I believable I'm done with this place read more

Beyond annoyed. Don't ever write reviews but when they hand you the wrong type of pills and you come back after receiving them and they don't do anything about it because "they can't take it back" after you paid out of pocket already it's just ridiculous. Maybe hand the correct type of pills so people don't have to pay out of pocket more than once for pills they can't even use.... I got both of my Covid Vaccines at CVS. Two days after my second dose, I got a text that I missed my appointment and I need to come in for my second dose. Obviously this was a mistake. I called CVS and the representative (obviously from a call center from India) said he did not have the capability to help me. He said he would transfer me to someone who could help me. He then hung up on me..... I called again and the next representative said I have nothing to worry about if I got my second dose. The notification was sent by mistake. He just wanted to get me off the phone as soon as possible. Next I called the pharmacy that gave me the vaccine. The pharmacist said that I would have to go back and show them the vaccine card for them to help me. I traveled a far distance for the vaccine so I do not want to go back. She said that I could go into my local CVS and they could help me. I waited in line at the local CVS and the pharmacist there said I needed to call the dispensing pharmacy so they could help me. After waiting on hold for 20 minutes, they were connected and they said that they could not help me. Even thought he pharmacist I was with could see my vaccine card and the pharmacist on the phone could change their records. CVS went from incompetency to incompetency. While in person the pharmacy and store are fine, average, expected service. Nothing great, nothing horrible. CVS's online, text, phone pharmacy management is so unorganized, clunky, and frustrating to navigate. I expect better. read more

I have been using this CVS for 4 years now. pharmacists and assistants are always helpful.

I'm a 55 year old man with high blood pressure and wasn't feeling well one day when I decided to run down to this CVS and have my pressure tested. I called ahead to double check that they even offer that service and was told by a very nice young lady that I could come in anytime. A hour later I walked through the door up to the consultation counter and was not approached or acknowledged for about five minutes listening to all employees including the pharmacist complaining about how busy they are and how short handed they are right in front of customers until I excused myself and asked if someone may help me and get my blood pressure checked. The pharmacist looked at me with such distain and said to me 'Huh, I'm not sure I have time, we used to have a machine where you could check your own', not sure what that meant. She wasn't even looking at me when she was addressing me. Another young lady said to the pharmacist 'I think there is a machine under the counter, no one attempted to get it or help me because it wasn't a convenient time for them. I would hope that they would want to be more attentive to the elderly population since they advertise on tv that anyone can walk in to get their blood pressure checked. I will never return to purchase anything from this CVS. read more
