My wife just had the absolute worst customer service from the assistant store manager the evening of June 28th. My recommendation would be for the manager on duty June 28th to under go to racial sensitivity training. He seems to assume that all people of color are the same. I get that they are short staffed here, which is clear, but I'm sorry, whoever the manager is for the pharmacy here does not have a brain. The window is constantly closed. Fine. But idiots wait in line not realizing this and they don't read the sign on the window. And to make it worse the automated voice STILL comes on saying "someone will be with you" even when closed. So, the cars pile up. Those that can read wait in line thinking nothing is wrong. Manager, please have the sense to put a sign in the street, not just a small handmaid sign at the window. You know cars are piling up! I've heard people get angry over this. Do something. Someone do something about this. And stop accepting meds and patients you can't service. Disgustingly awful. And embarrassing for the manager, the district managers and the owners of this company. read more

Pharmacy is too busy to care. Long lines inside and outside. 1 cashier. 6-7 people walking around doing nothing but chatting and complaining. Always a problem finding prescriptions. Issues with almost every prescription. read more

They do not answer the phone Poor communication skills After orthopedic surgery they had me take whole day despite following all the rules to get rx filled The rx was sent by doctors and pre authorization completed and they said it wasn't I had to call customer service to get it filled I raised my voice to the pharmacist and was reprimanded As a healthcare professional and provider there was no reason to be reprimanded I apologized for raising my voice and was told I would get the rx when it was processed and hung up on Very unprofessional behavior I plan to move my rx to Walgreens after using cvs since 2000. read more

If I could give zero stars I would but unfortunately the lowest I can give is one. I called the pharmacy regarding a few questions I had based on my medication and one of the pharmacist, Sam answered the phone and was extremely disrespectful. As I was explaining my questions, he continuously sighed and ended up hanging the phone as I had more questions. I called back and was transferred to him but was on hold for 20+ minutes and never got a response. I drove to the pharmacy and Sam was being disrespectful once again. He stated that if he didn't want to talk to me, he wouldn't have called. I was then greeted by Anthony. He was very respectful and was listening and understanding to my concerns. As a company, this employee should not be tolerated or accepted as a pharmacist who is supposed to assist customers regarding their questions and health. Good place to shop for health-related items, but don't go here for prescriptions. They always seem to be out of whatever I need and tell me they'll have it "tomorrow." But when tomorrow comes around I get the same answer. If they say they'll have it "tomorrow," they probably mean next week. You have to make them do the work of finding out what store actually has your medication and the call that store to have it transferred. If you need a refill, you have to make them call the doctor to update the prescription. They don't do it automatically like I'm used to at other locations. The pharmacy staff have always been at least polite, and while I have stated that you have to make them do their job, but I want to point out that they aren't slacking. They're always very busy. I think the issue here isn't the employees themselves, but the amount of work they have to do in top of dealing with customers. They always make me feel like I'm interrupting their REAL job by being a customer. My suggestion would be to have dedicated customer service person...by that I mean that dealing with customers is their FIRST job instead of dealing with the huge stacks of delivery meds they are readying for delivery. You just need one dedicated window person and one dedicated inside person. read more

was told to wait 10 minutes, not told they were going to lunch , not told i needed an id, as i waited about 12 minutes i realized i needed my id so i ran to my car and back maybe 3 minutes i walk fast dude closed the pharmacy , this is all after he insisted i wait 10 minutes which it was not ready yet nor could i even get it as i didnt have my id. Good communication skills specially after i heard him yell " Really" when i just walked around the corner to go to my car for my id. Terrible experience and i just started coming here. read more

I have had nothing but horrible experiences with 2 repeat offender pharmacists. Matt "almighty" store manager. And Gianna Gilbert. Both obnoxious behaviors with customer's and employees. I've personally experienced and witnessed condensing behavior towards employees and customers. I've literally had to drive out of my area to other pharmacies just to get scripts filled. Regardless of narcotic or non narcotic. They treat you like a criminal on narcotics. Tell you they won't fill your script even though you've been going there forever. They fill the wrong scripts. Then, turn you away for a refund once the error is caught. I am awaiting a corporate response. Not tolerating this any longer. Very discouraging read more

This was the crappiest experience I've EVER had in a CVS, even including the time a drunk woman asked me to help her pick out cat litter (I can't stand cats!) at a Bellmawr, NJ, location! I went in to pick up a prescription that my urgent care called in (this CVS was my choice only b/c it's open 24 hours). I looked around a bit and then went over to the pharmacy to check on my script. The employee (male, in his 30's) was RUDE when I inquired about my prescription being ready and he kept sniffing (a cold or ???). Either way - ewwww! I inquired about a sale price for vitamins I bought and he was just flat when answering me. I don't THINK that he even thanked me, told me to feel better, or to have a good day, at the close of my transaction (I bought about 3 other items). Maybe how I was feeling colored this experience, but overall, this CVS did not have that inviting appeal and feel to it like other locations do. I will not be back unless I have no other choice. read more

This is a well stocked pharmacy and I've never had a problem having prescriptions filled. But I do have ONE MAJOR GRIPE: Everyone in line uses the same pen attached to the credit card signature device. So as you use that pen for your receipt signature, your hand comes in contact with every hand that has used the same pen. They used to have a big bottle of hand sanitizer on the counter; haven't seen it in quite a while. As I left the store yesterday, I brought it to the attention of the floor manager, who said she'd handle it, so we'll see, but I shouldn't need to tell her these things to begin with, especially with flu season and Covid....and in a store filled with SICK PEOPLE. read more

I grew up in the huge complex of houses adjacent to this CVS, and as a kid I adored coming to this location with my parents and chatting with the staff members. That's probably really weird, but hey. Nowadays, this location is a bit of a hike, but when I do find myself in my hometown, it's my go-to CVS. While likely not the same people, the staff members these days are still often very friendly. While definitely not the same set up inside, it's still easy to find anything you're looking for, as it's a CVS and they're all pretty similar. The parking lot is not too fun. Good luck trying to make a left onto Egg Harbor Road. I'd recommend just making a right out of the Hurffville-Grenloch exit and making a left at the light instead. This location has a drive-thru pharmacy, but if there's anyone in line ahead of you, be prepared to put your patience cap on. All in all, it's a pretty good neighborhood pharmacy option. read more

This is a pretty nice CVS. The staff is friendly and it's quite large, so they pretty much always have what you need. I've gotten some prescriptions filled here, too, and they're always timely and never give me any trouble. read more

I went to the minute clinic due to being sick. It was a wonderful way to be seen by a health care professional. I found out I had the flu and was prescribed Tamiflu. I had a great experience up until I went up to the pharmacy and asked a question about the prescription. There was an older, shorter lady with red dyed hair named "Deb" who seem disgruntled working at the pharmacy counter. before I was able to finish asking my questions I was told "It's going to take a while and that I would have to wait" Because her statement didn't answer my original questions, I rephrase and was again cut off. I immediately left the store without my prescription. the rest of the employees at the store are great. However, my experience with Deb was enough to prevent me from going to that CVS in the future. Went to the minute clinic with a very bad sinus infection. The way I was treated was soooo disrespectful and rude. The nurse treated me like I was a drug addict. She acted like I was asking for pain killers instead of an antibiotic!! She specifically said to me "this is not a drive through for medication." What is a clinic then??? Then she said writing prescriptions is an art not at a science and at that moment I realized she was a moron. Never got medicine and still sick. read more
