(For lunch, I like their sandwiches and moji sushi) The self-checkout lines go quickly and there's always someone there to help out if people have issues at the register. Also I've gone to customer service and they were really helpful.

That means you have to walk back to the store to return the cart. What an inconvenience. Do they even like their customers here? There also the largest sign in front stating they have camera surveillance. When I say huge, I mean HUGE!. Then when you enter there's a guy yelling at people that the entrance is one way. If everyone he yelled at was like me then they went back out looking for the carts. Who knew you had to pay bail for a cart. Hire a cart guy and build cart corrals. What if I was an elderly disabled veteran with no change or cash? I'd guess I would have to balance everything in one arm. Okay let's shoot to the checkout. The self check out lady came and planted herself right next to me while I was checking out.no smile, no are you okay, just a stern look. I like ShopRite but not this one. It's straight out of the mid 80's.
