Pharmacy is terrible (with the exception of the pharmacist who genuinely seems interested in answering questions and making sure you don't have any meds that will kill you if you take them together). The rest of the pharmacy staff is unhelpful, unfriendly and generally angry that they have to interact with anyone. A question will get you pursed lips and an eye roll. Ask for information or to repeat meds and it's the end of the world. No hello. No - how can I help? I may get the occasional- yeah? When they get to the drive thru window but that's on an off day. I hate going here. They are mean and genuinely angry that they have to do their job. read more

Do not book here for any Covid-19 testing. Had appointments booked and they cancelled them without notifying anyone. They advised it was due to staff shortage and could not conduct any tests that day. System had contact info from booking the test and sent reminders but would not notify any customers to say their appointments were cancelled. They just wait for people to show up and tell them their tests are cancelled. read more

This store only get worse every time I return. So it's really my fault, it's around the corner. Today was a new low, they refused to check me out. I was only offered the option of the automated checkout. There was a person to answer questions, but she would not accept my card or cash. I don't want to want to use the kiosk. I don't want to put people out of work. It makes me authorize facial recognition throughout the store and I don't want that either. Shop elsewhere. I left without buying anything. The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Expressionless and bored cashiers that read you while they ring you out with zero interaction. I paid 200 dollars for an emergency UPS overnight pick up of a hard drive for work, four days later when it still hadn't been entered in the system I went back and asked for the manager. Instead of the manager coming up and figuring out what was wrong he just sent the cashier up to tell me "it hadn't been picked up yet." I glanced over her shoulder saw the package just sitting on the counter. I pointed out that was the missing package and she just handed it to me without asking who I was or for any ID. The attitude and shitty customer service will send this place to an early grave. CVS corporate needs to fire everyone and get out while they can. read more

I would give 0 Stars if I could! The store always disappoints. Getting prescriptions filled is impossible even though they are set to Auto refill. CVS mobile app says that the prescription has been refilled and then when I arrive at the store and wait in line, I'm told that they will need another 20 minutes to fill the prescription. What is the point of Auto refill? What is the point of an update through the mobile app? 3 Trips to the store to get a prescription. . Ridiculous! I will find another Pharmacy. Sorry CVS. read more

When calling in prescriptions for a doctor I spoke with Zach Bishop RPH. He was unprofessional and rude. He made huffing and puffing noises as I was verbalizing orders. Zach asked me my name and title at the end of the conversation. As I stated my name RN and the location I was calling from, he muttered under his breath "I don't care where you are calling from." I'm a frequent shopper here and I adore the staff. Everyone is always very friendly and helpful. But I have to give a special shout out to Sal for being THE BEST pharmacist of all time. Dude does good work for the customers that fill their prescriptions there. He saved me over $100 when I had to pay cash because I was in a probation period at my new job and was without insurance. I love the rest of the pharmacy staff, too. Keep up the good work :) read more

Overall has what I am looking for, but everytime I do go in and see there is one particular cashier I turnaround and leave. She is a real life version of the Mad TV skit about a cashier that moves too slow and talks too much. It's one thing if you move quickly and are chatty but this woman is chatty and slow. read more

You know the saying fool me once shame on you, food me twice shame on me? Well this is the last time, I deal with this pharmacy. I requested a refill for my husband earlier this week and was told that the drug was out of stock. Today, I called to find out the status and was told that the Chagrin store was still out but the 8000 Euclid Avenue store was not out and I could fill it there. The pharmacist volunteered to transfer the Rx. The transfer never got there and when I called the Chagrin store to follow up they said the Rx expired just today so it could not be transferred or filled. Thanks for not telling me I had the option of another store earlier this week while the Rx was still active. Thanks for not noticing that the Rx expired today before sending me to another store. This location's lack of consideration and concern for a patient's welfare is mind blowing!!! read more

When I was giving my script to the cashier in the pharmacy, the lady seemed pretty intent on listening to the jokes that the pharmicist was telling the other workers on the other side of the room. I could barely hear the jokes, but this lady laughed like a loud hyena everytime he came to a funny line. I guess she wanted the rest of the staff to hear her. It was quite shocking to my senses, it was rather shrill and offensive. I almost told her the woman to lower the volume a little bit, while she was supposedly looking up my insurance information (which she got wrong, because she went to Blue Cross, instead of Humana, which I had told her was my insurance.). So, it was not only noisy and irritating, but it was slow too. She initially said, " I'm sorry, you're not covered". I asked her to double check, and this time she went to Humana instead. As a customer, I felt like I was the LEAST of her concerns, as she was obviously more tuned in to the humorous stories the young male pharmacist was telling on the other side of the room, about 30 or 40 feet from where I was checking in with my prescription. read more
