Always a super long line at the pharmacy pick up window. I have even had to wait on the street. When I get up to the window they are pretty efficient at getting my name and finding my prescription and getting me on the road though. I think I have been inside once but usually I just drive up. Don't know what they could do to improve on the line situation but I am glad they are efficient once I get to the window. read more

This is the worst one I've ever seen everyone who get meds here should change to Kroger or somewhere the staff is the most dysfunctional and idiotic and rude and slower than anywhere I've ever experienced, I don't see how their still in business its a total joke I highly recommend transferring all prescriptions to Kroger. read more

If there was a 0 I'd give it to them. Extremely rude. Was sent a prescription from the ER. They were closed. Went first thing in morning have to wait over 2 hours before they will even fill it. Super appalled about how rude the staff was. Didn't even want to try and ask a question. read more

Bad Customer service. I have a injured right leg and can't walk on it for a long time. I asked one of the sales Associates where A product was. I was given the wrong location and the associate disappeared. I was walking around with my leg hurting looking for the product could not find it finally found a sales associate to show me where it was. read more

Terrible experience in the drive-through was told to pick up my prescription at one, came here waiting for 30 minutes, and then they got on the intercom and said that my prescription should be ready at two because everybody was on their lunch break; mind you, I have bronchitis and just drove 35 minutes to get here. Messed up my glucose monitor order and tried to place blame on the doctor then the insurance, it was the pharmacist that got the order wrong. I've been 2 days without a proper working machine and still no clue as to when it may be resolved. I was told they are only "human" and can make mistakes. Oh dear goodness. I am not suppose to have a co-pay and I have been battling them on this since discovering my pregnancy. When I asked the tech to call the number their suppose to call she refused. No one was friendly at all. Very dull conversations going on didn't even ask for my CVS card, rude as could be. Noticing I had gauze in my mouth due to teeth extractions she asked if I could possibly take it out so she could better understand. The pharmacist was on her personal cellphone the whole time I was there. Needless to say I'm switching my pharmacy. This was absolutely ridiculous. read more

Decent CVS, however the drive thru line can get so backed up that it interferes with the State Highway. Ever since they've added much needed handicap accessible parking spaces, the parking and getting around is much more difficult in this small space. read more

This local cvs is a very busy store as it is the largest store that carries the most products on this end of town. The parking lot which was recently reconfigured, is usually pretty busy most of the day. Going later at night they're usually not as many customers. The drive thru window for the pharmacy is difficult for large vehicles to maneuver through. It is also kind of dangerous at times because it blocks part of the back parking area near the alley if there are three or more cars in line. The nice thing is you can now use cvs online and the pharmacist can scan your cell phone screen and pull up all your information to get you your medicine much quicker. If you don't have a phone to do this they can still use your name and birthdate. They can also text you when any new medications are ready. The pharmacy staff seems like they are always very busy but they always are helpful and nice and just take care of each person as they come in line. They look like they don't get to sit down very often, lol. The rest of the staff in the store is also nice and they are willing to help you find any types of food or other items that you may be looking for. They also have a large selection of alcohol at low cost price, soft drinks, candy and snacks, and various cosmetics and household items. They are open 24 hours which is very convenient. They can also do photo printing either from online or in store. Use your CVS card for various discounts on the random items. read more

The parking lot is always hopping and can be hard to get in and out of but this store generally has what you need in a pinch. The staff is always friendly and move customers through the line efficiently and with smiles in their faces. Great selection on cold medicines and make-up, and usually a tidy store inside. read more

Hands down the worst Pharmacy department I've ever had to deal with. My husband uses this CVS for his prescription because they are the only 24 hour option in town and he works long/unpredictable hours. Last month they suddenly claimed his insurance would not cover his prescription (though it had not changed and we knew this to be untrue). I have worked in health insurance for 10 years and realize this mix-up could just as easily be the fault of the insurance company, so remained patient, initially, as CVS worked with the insurance company to try to clarify. Very long story short, after a full week of the insurance company blaming the pharmacy and vice versa, and being down to his last pill before refill, I will never return and have converted him to a Walgreens patron (as they are far superior and I have always used them for this reason). The issue was not the situation, but the way the staff handled it. They were extremely rude, seeming to blame me for the problem, which ended up being on THEIR end after all, and their system not updating or something (which they could never explain). I went there in person at least 5 days in a row because I was told it was resolved each day, only to get a new clerk who had no idea what was going on and I had to re-explain the situation each time, only to be denied again, asked for his insurance card, again, asked for my phone number, again... The last day I went, the pharmacy attendant literally slammed the drive through window in my face after saying I could come in if I want or call later if I wanted, claiming she didn't care. To top it off, I asked them what the best way would be to get the address on the prescription updated, and she literally said "just go figure out how to do it online - we can update it here, but the system doesn't really work, it never saves it." What?! So professional... In the end, they resolved the Rx issue and applied the insurance correctly. I refuse to ever return, however, based on their shockingly horrible customer service. read more
