Extremely Disappointed With Target OnlineI recently purchased an item from Target online and never…read morereceived it, even though the tracking claimed it was delivered. I immediately called customer service to report the missing package. I was told a ticket would be opened, that it would take 5-7 days for a response, and that I would receive an email update. Days later, I called back because I never received any email following up. The representative informed me very casually that my ticket had been closed because Target "determined" I did receive my package. They also told me Target is not responsible for porch pirates and that if my package was stolen, it's my problem. I spent $150, and their attitude was basically "too bad." To make matters worse, I asked them to update my phone number because they kept sending verification links to my old number. The rep told me they "can't help with that" and that I needed to fix it myself in the app. I already updated it over a month ago, and it still isn't fixed. They refused to assist. With porch theft happening everywhere, it's unbelievable that Target puts the blame on the customer instead of standing behind their deliveries. I now understand why so many people are boycotting Target. I paid for an item I never received, got zero support, and was basically told it's my loss. Absolutely unacceptable.
