Pharmacy staff is TERRIBLE! Mainly this girl with braids. She straight up lied about how long a prescription would take. I would rather take my business elsewhere. I use mail order and rarely local but needed meds for chest pain. I'll rather go to Walgreens than deal with her nasty attitude and personality. Please have better people behind the counter when dealing with people who aren't feeling well. This young lady lacked empathy. Better training is needed. read more

Left Walgreens and went to CVS. There was a fabulous pharmasist DeMario and tech Kendra. Some of the very best I have seen in years. They left and so did the professionalism and service. There can be 6 people behind the counter and you stand and wait. They will be right in the middle of helping a customer, answer the phone and go off and leave the customer standing and help the person on the phone instead of putting them on hold, or calling them back. It takes forever now to get refill if done on line. Half the time they are not ready within 24 hours. They are more expensive than Walgreens and Walmart. It is a very disappointing Drug Store. read more

The technicians working at this pharmacy are some of the most incompetent I've ever had the displeasure of working with. I waited on hold for 30+ minutes to speak to a pharmacist to see when my prescriptions would be filled. She said she would have them ready in a little over 30 minutes. I stop by later to pick them up (the drive through is also closed here, again) and one of the prescriptions is completely out of stock. The level of disconnect with these employees is truly astounding. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs. read more

All the signs on the doors and on the website says they are open till 10 pm tonight. Why are they closed at 6pm!?

When I first switched to CVS I set up my prescriptions to 90 day supply with automatic refills. I would get a text saying do you want the meds refillEd, text y or n, then a tex when it was ready. They were always ready before I ran out. Lately I get a text of meds ready to refI'll and told to call if I don't want them refilled. No text that they are ready, and a week later I go in to pick it up and was told we have it on our list it would be ready in an hour. I had run out of both my blood pressure meds and thyroid meds 2 days before. I figured they would refill it then since I was already inside the store, but no they told me to come back in an hour. I left and went home only to get a text 15 minutes after I left saying they were ready. Why didn't they tell me they would fill it when I was already there!!! Why am I running out before the auto refill kicks in??? Poor service read more

Alatanese (spelled something like that) was the most rude pharmacist I have ever came in contact with in my whole life. No wonder this CVS has an overall review of 2 stars. If you're expecting fast service, genuine nice employees, or even expect to be treated as an equal DONT GO HERE. I was looked at as if I was not her equal. read more

Absolute worst pharmacy experience ever. The lead pharmacist ( Altinese) refuses to dispense pseudophed, strictly based on her own bias that she will not do it, regardless of valid prescription. This is technically an OTC medication, but I actually get my doc to keep a refillable 'script on hand, yet they still refuse to honor and dispense it. Corporate backed this policy up, too. Meanwhile, I have to drive 30 minutes across town to the other CVS to get my legit 'script filled by a more reasonable, professional pharmacist that is willing to do their job in an ethical manner. CVS Sherwood is a shameful disgrace and undeserving of your patronage. read more

I think the other reviewer nailed it right on the head! The pharmacist (blonde woman) here was rude as could be. I couldn't believe how she was talking to me and telling me that my time wasn't important because I don't go there every week, I only get prescriptions filled once every three months. like the other review said (this woman thinks he's better Than everyone) She didn't even tell me nicely or anything she had a rude tone on everything she said to me. Now I already called CVS and tell them about her and They acted like they cared but apparently didn't get on to her too much because she still up there treating people like shit! read more

Horrible. Horrible rude woman hung up on me. That is my home town in Little Rock I have to come to a very serious eye surgery so I am going to north Little Rock early and I have new prescriptions for one month only since I will only be there one month. I have 3 meds I need a specific generic I want to move back home but CVS IN SHERWOOD WILL NOT HELP,ME SHE PUT ME ON HOLD FOREVER THEN PICKED UP THE PHONE SLAMMED IT ON ME AND I CALLED VACK AND SHE LET ME HOLD. SHE WAS TALKING OVER ME I AM A POTENTIAL NEW CUSTOMER THAT SPENDS A LOT ON MEDICINE, WITH MY PART D I have to use cvs THE CVS TARGET IN Jonesboro AR is the best. Best I have ever been to the cvs at Sherwood 107 Arkansas is rude, uncaring un kind. I am going blind I found out who was bringing me to surgery changed his mind to go to Florida an old friend stepped in and she is going to take me to my surgery the end of July. This woman at the cvs Sherwood AR pharmacy on hwy 107 needs to be reprimanded for the way she talked to me. I lived through a head injury. Now I am going blind in one eye I just needed to see what generics they use because Teva does not work on me. Omg she was talking over me she looked up I had no refills no because she would not let me say I went to the doctor July 6 to get my refills. I have so much going on you would think I would be treated like a human rather than a rabid dog. I want to move back but it looks like I will have to drive every month back to where I have lived for 15 years and hated it. At my office in Little Rock the stairs that were Broken and not fixed well I died for 4 minutes and so I am living with a head injury the suicide disease Burning Mouth syndrome noe going blind in my right eye do to macular puckers. My silvers riot makes me use CVS. NO DO NOT UDPSE THE SHERWOOD PHARMACY THEY ARE NOT KIND. read more

Avoid this pharmacy. This was the worst experience at a pharmacy I've had. Not only was the pharmacist Charles Johnson rude and unprofessional, he violated my privacy. He came out to the waiting area to discuss a prescription with me rather than a private consultation. I will be pursuing this matter further. read more
