This is one of two Walmart locations near me, and both feel a bit tired. Items can be hard to locate, and stock levels are inconsistent. On this visit, there weren't many staffed checkout lanes open, and there were only a few self-checkouts open. Once I was able to find an open self-checkout it worked well. As expected, prices are often very competitive, though quality can be hit or miss. Overall, I find Target to be a much better shopping experience than Walmart.

After 2 days I called the recorded line that said my med was out of stock but would be in by 8/9/23 and would be ready for pick after 11:11pm. I kept checking the recorded ling everyday or 2 getting the same message each time. I called at 7:47 tonight and got the same message. My husband had meds that needed to be picked up so at approx 8:30 pm tonight we went to pick up his meds so I also ask if my meds were ready only to be told it would not be in until 8/18/23. I ask they to check if any other CVS had my meds in stock. I was told CVS on Park Ave in Worcester had the meds in stock. I ask they to send my script to Park Ave, I was told my script was transferred and would be ready in 1 hour. I then drive from Shrewsbury to Park Ave Worcester which takes almost 20 minutes only to be told that the information was never sent over and that the meds were not in stock, So I was totally lied too. So happy that they have the MA state contract for employees, retirees and their families.
