Online my information states discounted pricing WITH exactly how much insurance saved me. Yet when I was there she claimed to me over and over that my information is incorrect and it's my fault my insurance expired. I was met with comments like "well at least I have insurance and pay for mine" "if you want any discounts you're going to have to come inside and talk to someone else" among others. She told me she would remove any discounts on my account just because I started to become upset and frustrated. I believe I was warranted to be upset considering all of the information I gave her was correct and my insurance has not expired yet. Shame on you Michelle. You shouldn't be working in any type of health care or customer service.

Another clerk came and said she would help who was next. She helped one person and then disappears even tho the line was now about 8 people long. It was finally my turn. The clerk took my name and birthday then proceeded to press buttons on the touch screen for easily over a minute. What is going on??? If they need more help they gotta pay up and get some more staff because this is insane.

The employee greeted me and was very kind, I was the only person in there so I was in and out plus it was very early. The store was very clean and stocked very well. I also saw a lot of items that were natural plant based which is perfect as my job is strict with food due to severe allergies. My only issue was online it said they open at 7am but the sign on the door said 8am so I was very hesitant to even approach the door as it was 7:10a and it was very dark inside, but I assume since the doors slid open the store was open, but maybe fixing the sign at the front it literally says pretty much everyday opens at 8am when they're indeed open at 7. That's my only complaint. The parking lot is huge and you can easily access it.

I called my doctor's office, they said they never received a refill request from my pharmacy. So was the pharmacy lying to me? No, they just sent the refill request to a random urgent care doctor I saw 3 years prior. Not my primary doctor who refills several other prescriptions. Is common sense in the room with us?! No. I only found this out after MANY phone calls back and forth, with this pharmacy saying "well we sent the refill request, I don't know why they are saying they didn't get it". Finally, when they figured out they were not sending the refills to my doctor, and they corrected that. They then proceeded to refill the WRONG prescription. I had been out of this medication for a week at this point. It was not until I worked directly with their manager did I finally get my corrected prescription refilled. Doctor was corrected in their system, no further issues in the future, right? WRONG. 1 month later: Pharmacy: we sent the refill request, it was not approved by your doctor Doctor: we never received a refill request. LITERALLY HOW?! It's like a bad movie. Save yourself the headache. Don't come here.
