Let's state that the interior is shabby and the stock is very limited. However, the pharmacy staff is beyond reproach. Professional, polite and very helpful. This CVS pharmacy rarely has someone at the front register to check anyone out and you are seemingly *required* mostly to use the self checkouts. This evening when I came in, I had a medical emergency that I was attempting to deal with and there were two girls right in the front, with 1 standing near the register that was closed. I said to the other girl at the self checkout that I did not understand why there was never a cashier register open, particularly on this occasion when there are two people *right* there. I also reiterated that I had a medical emergency. While I was checking out at the self checkout, there was a young man to my right who was equally frustrated. He went to the register because for some reason the rude associate, Cheyenne, was happy to help him. She lifted up a bell, despite standing AT the register and sarcastically said something along the lines of " see this nifty bell? Ring it." I told her that sarcasm would not work in her favor if I reviewed this place and so this is my review and I will not be back. Cheyenne then came around from behind the counter, stood right in front of me and I asked her if she had a problem. She indicated that I was the one that had the problem. I left indicating that I would be complaining about this because no one should have to go into a pharmacy who is experiencing an emergency and be treated in such a way for any reason at all. If you, or a loved one you are shopping for, have a medical emergency don't expect to get checked out quickly particularly if you're not used to using self checkouts and you're in a logical rush. This staff might want some additional training on customer service and empathy. I am 8 months pregnant and had to run across town to multiple CVS pharmacies trying to locate my glucose test strips which are obviously vital to making sure me and my baby are healthy. I had another CVS in Granger call this location to confirm the test strips were in stock. I was told to head directly there to make sure that I got them in time. When I showed up, the staff was back from lunch and when I gave them my name, one male staff scoffed and said "well we need at least an hour to fill that", without any compassion for me driving around looking for my prescription heavily pregnant. When I asked if it would really take an hour as I was told it would be ready when I got there, he told me to "calm down" and that they would get it filled. As I went to sit down, he chuckled and mumbled something under his breath. To laugh at a client/patient who is in desperate need of medication is a new low. Perhaps some empathy training would be helpful to this man. read more

The front store is good but the pharmacy is horrible, they have techs that don't even run scripts by the pharmacist that is on duty, and he doesn't seem to mind... Anyone working the drive thru looks dumbfounded and takes forever... This store is one of the least organized stores in the area I have been in, they while other stores such as the one on Ireland rd. or the one on main in Mishawaka push the care pass, this one doesn't even ask. The day manager is kind of crappy to customers and that kind of sucks but... yeah... I used to actually like this one but it has got less popular and the pharmacy never has the scripts even though they send txts saying they are ready to be picked up... read more

Jim the pharmacist is amazing. He actually cares about you as a person and not just as a figure like insurance and doctors office. The pharmacy staff as a whole have always been really nice. :) read more

This is a convenient place to come to pick up really basic items. The store is usually clean and organized but one thing I noticed are the prices. The prices are high at cvs for ordinary items a person would get else where. But cvs has a rewards program that builds up over time and I've gotten a lot of discounts and good deals when when my rewards prints off. I've gotten as much as $14 extra bucks in rewards which was awesome. So I guess the more you spend the more you save. One downfall about this location is the staffing. They're usually understaffed and have no more than two registers open regardless of how long the lines are. Some off the staff are friendly but then there's some staff that are about as friendly as a snake. But cvs is still my go-to quick place to grab quick items instead of running to the grocery store all of the time. read more

Would put 0 but isnt one. Have had medicare n priority health for years. Tryed to get Rxs filled. After calling several times and being told different things went in to see what problem was. Never have i been treated so disrespectful n rude. Even by pharmist. She didnt really care if i returned or not. Wont be!! If she had listened to me instead of being so rude i could have told her what # she needed to use. Not first time using insurance. Oh well lots of other RXs. Every time I go through the drive thru to pick up a prescription the ladies that work there are rude don't even say high and always act like I'm bothering them coming to pick up my medication. I'm going to start using a different pharmacy because I'm over it! If u hate your job get a new one please! Just keep driving unless you want to be treated like crap. read more
