The spicy muffin as a breakfast sandwich is not too spicy has just the right amount of spice- the eggs taste fresh any breakfast sandwich with some cheese and bacon is an added bonus for a delicious English muffin! The environment is super cute and friendly. It's a nice cool zone because they do not skimp on the AC. There's a TV with games on for ones viewing pleasure and music playing lightly in the background. System all around here. Investing for customers and ample seating. I needed a new coffee shop to try. I was passing by Stir It Up Coffee house and Cafe just simply needing a Sugar-free Vanilla latte. As soon as I walked in the doors, it was decorated so cute. Very colorful, vibrant, and designed to impress. I also noticed they take pride in keeping their little coffee shop clean. I noticed the menu is extensive and impressive. I'm giving this place five stars for the service alone. An older woman came by to check on us, and she was truly the sweetest -- warm, attentive, and just genuinely kind. That kind of service really makes a difference. I ordered the cookie butter latte, which I'd rate about a 7/10 -- good, but I've had stronger versions elsewhere. Normally I yelp for new places but decided to check this place out while driving by. We came in for coffee, and had to take a minute to step back and explore as the menu is so extensive! The two guys working today were such a treat, you can tell they are proud to work here and love their job. I ordered the small Cobb salad and it was generously portioned, fresh, and absolutely delicious. My friend and I both loved our drinks. We ended up staying for about three hours just chatting and relaxing. It was quiet with minimal foot traffic, which made it even more enjoyable. Prices were surprisingly affordable given how expensive things are these days. Everything felt very reasonably priced and worth every penny. Cozy little coffee shop in Spring Valley. Came on a Sunday around 130pm. Two people attending for everything, cashier, making food and coffee, so we did have to wait to get our coffees. Place is nice and clean. They have a great variety of options from traditional coffees to specialty lattes, blended frappe and lots of food options from Breakfast Sandwiches, Deli, Crepes, Acai Bowls and other. We ordered a Talitha, which is a simple Iced Coffee with Oatmilk and a Stir It Up Pink Latte with Soy Milk. It was an ok drink, but not to make me want to come back. Opened since December 2024, the shop from the outside is small and unassuming - contradicting it's big hospitality and warm, friendly energy. Once you walk inside, the place is bright and fun, with lots of photo posting opportunities. The menu is bound to have something for everyone, from froyo to frappes, sandwiches to smoothies. Crepes! Acai bowls! Today I chose the large, iced house coffee with three breakfast sandwiches to go, all for under $30. I had the Sunrise on a jalapeno cheese bagel, which had eggs, tomato, spinach, feta, and mayo. It was a generous size, toasted and delicious. I could only eat half. The kids devoured the Champion sandwiches I brought home, made up of eggs, ham, bacon, hash browns, cheddar, and provolone on a plain bagel. The matcha flavor was a little light and wouldve like more matcha taste but it was decent. The Mango Matcha was more Mango flavor than matcha. Again the matcha flavor was light. Both drinks were good but we both wanted a stronger matcha flavor. Waiting for my drink, I watched as several breakfast sandwiches were made. They looked and GREAT!!! Packed w meat, cheese, egg, etc. Behind the bar and the interior appeared very clean. The menu is extensive which can be worrisome. My experience is place with too many items dont have the same flavor as places that perfect their smaller menu items, but I have not tried their food so I cant say. There were 2 guys working and they stayed busy the whole time but it took over 10 mins to get coffee. We didn't try the food. Man this place was not good. We ordered an iced coffee, a cortado, and two breakfast sandwiches. We waited for maybe 10 minutes before the sandwiches came out and were simple but good. We asked about the drinks (how long does an iced coffee take to pour?) and they said it was coming. We sat down and had our sandwiches and still didn't have drinks by the time we were done eating. We asked again and the iced coffee was made (kind of..) but the cortado was not yet done. They handed me the iced coffee and I was shocked; I asked if it was correct because it looked like an iced tea (watery, very light color) but they said it was. I tried it thinking maybe it just looked weird but no - pretty sure an iced tea would have been stronger than this "iced coffee" since it was pretty much just water. The shop was quite full when we got there, but it only took a few minutes to put in our order. We ordered a Stir It Up Pink coffee and a breakfast sandwich. It took forty minutes to get my drink. It isn't an overly complicated drink - 2 shots, condensed milk, whole milk, cold foam - and my husband had his sandwich brought out and he ate the whole thing before I got my drink. I would understand too because the shop was quite busy, but customers that ordered after us (by at least 10 minutes) received their drinks (multiple) before we got mine. I was not a fan of the drink either, which was a let down after waiting so long. However, my husband said his breakfast sandwich was tasty. Just disappointing experience overall. read more

Love coming here for my açaí bowls, but they have sooooo many other options as well. I prefer coming here for my açaí bowls since they are very generous with the fresh fruit. I feel like most places hardly even give you any fruit, or it's not that fresh. Also the bowl they use just makes so much more sense, it's easier so get a bite of everything all together! They also sell the viral Dubai chocolate bars, as well as those Dubai chocolate strawberry cups (they make them to order) so everything tastes fresh and it still has that crunch. I haven't tried their breakfast sandwiches/bagels that they offer but I would recommend trying them since they have a wide selection! It came with a very good amount of flavorful ham, the cheeses were well melted, and the egg lightly seasoned. I would order this again.
