Apparently it didn't register after I submitted my info but that's okay, I still had to wait about 20 more minutes. I was there at least an hour after my appointment. They did not only that, but successfully processed my prescription (that didn't actually need a prior authorization) and called me personally to inform me of the status. I received two texts from them saying they had my prescriptions ready. Neither was ready. One they knew nothing about and the other they did not have a record of the 5 refills. I will never set foot in this CVS (or any other CVS for that matter) again. I am now going on my third day without my epilepsy meds. Just staying home waiting for a seizure to start - hopefully not. It will be a few days before CZS "might" get my refills corrected. Stay far, far away from this incompetent pharmacy if your medicines are anything more than aspirin. I was in customer service for 34 years and I know this is not the way it should be nor do I think it is exceptable. I have tried to give him the benefit of doubt, we all have bad days. Not this guy. One thing that drove me nuts her was how slow the line at the register was. There was a good line at the single register and the young lady at the register was seriously taking her time. That was not what really bothered me however, what really got on my nerves that a couple of employees walked by and did not even offer to open the other register to help out, even when one of the customers was having an issue with a receipt and was making the process take even longer.
