Oh yeah, if you see Laura (the girl with the curly hair), be sure and give her a hard time. You can tell her I told you to. Edit: I recently had a bad reaction with a medication I'm taking. I called The Medicine Shoppe and Chris took my call. We spoke for 18 minutes discussing my medications and how they work. The conversation was interspersed with casual conversation as well, because Chris is a very personable guy. True, our conversation didn't need to be so long, but it just goes to show how much he enjoys talking with his customers and his level of dedication to making sure everyone understands their medication.

I then had to explain to her in front of the entire waiting room that my sample is a frozen stool sample and I didn't want it to thaw. At that point she finally took it and I was able to go. If she is that bothered by a sample drop off I genuinely cannot imagine being a patient of hers. If you have to use quest, pick a different location.

(When I was 18, I was told I didn't weigh enough to give blood, so I've never had that much blood drawn.) The techs were amazing. They patiently and good-naturedly answered all my questions. My anxiety was in overdrive, so they had me lie down. There were two techs working together, so it went fairly quickly. They even told me after it was done, to just take it easy, and eat something and drink water as soon as I was able. They were awesome, and I really appreciated their professionalism and kindness.

I started going here because it was family-owned and I wanted to support that. And for a few years they were very very nice and down home. And I loved the pharmacy and I recommended them. Lately something has changed and they are rude Don't want to listen to you. And it's not a very pleasant experience I've had two strokes and be cancer. And it takes me a while to talk and get my thoughts in order. And they were rude and cut me off and the lady said can I talk now like I was not important at all. I transferred all my prescriptions from Walgreens to orchard hills because I wanted to support a family business. But they don't feel like a family business anymore. I don't know what happened but I might as well go back to Walgreens I got the same in personal treatment there.
