    Packaged wedding cupcake

    A month ago, we ordered custom cupcakes for our daughter's wedding. The cupcakes were perfect! They were all ready when we arrived, very yummy and fit the decor perfectly with gold and silver sprinkles.

    This Sam's Club is bigger than the other one that is nearby, definitely wayyy more selections. I rather come to this one instead.

    The fuel Island has the best price around. The store prices are reasonable. The quality is usually good.

    The owner of this store purchased a $5,000 order from my Wholesale Company to resell on Amazon and…read morein her store. Within 1 week, Brenda was demanding a refund and threatening with a chargeback due to "Buyers Remorse". After agreeing to 100% manage her account, and do more work than we would even make money on, she agreed to move forward with the order. Halfway into the order, she removed access for our company to complete the order, and demanded a refund again and threatened with a chargeback. When I called Brenda to speak with her about this matter, she refused to take any of my calls/voicemails, or return any of my texts for 2+ days. Finally, I called her company phone listed on this page, and she picked up. She denied being Brenda, the owner, THREE times before I finally got her to admit that it WAS in fact her (Brenda) that I was speaking to. I told her that I wanted to speak with her about resolving the matter and getting her the full refund she wanted. She told me she would have to talk to me in an hour, as she was checking out with a customer, but confirmed she would call me back. After an hour, she texted me back letting me know that she would not be calling. She also advised me that some of the products that we had delivered for her HAD in fact already sold, so that we wouldn't be receiving back all of the products we sold her. Buyers and business-to-business owners BEWARE of this company and owner. She has not only cost me $5,000 on this order, but over a week's labor that she agreed to in our Terms Of Service. She waited 3 weeks after ordering to complete the necessary actions needed to complete her order, and didn't give us the full 30 days per TOS to complete the order as we agreed. This really hurts my business, staff, family, and well being when someone takes advantage of us like this, and others should beware of this as well.
