Why have an option to pick your parking spot if you drive up to a window??? She left me on hold for 3 minutes and came outside. She gave me my items and left without even HELPING me put the stuff inside the trunk. Don't come here because they take long inside too!!

There is good selection in this store and the staff is nice enough. The prices for children's medicine seems steep. What bothers me is in the pharmacy area, there is this big sign that says "Skip the Line", pick up your prescription here or something like that. It's where you look up your prescription on a computer and then pay, on your own. You get a receipt and you have to show the receipt to someone and they get the medicine for you. Problem is, there is no one there to give the receipt to other than the person everyone who didn't use the computer is waiting in line for. Therefore, the skip the line sign is a fallacy.

Among the other Walgreens stores, this one definitely raised the bar. Staff is very friendly and…read morepolite. Restrooms are not locked for the customers. There are convenient chairs to wait for the pharmacy prescription. I do recommend this store to everybody.

I went here for the first time after my derm prescribed a particular ointment that they carry. No…read moremore than 5 minutes after my appointment ended I received a friendly phone call from the pharmacy letting me know that I can come by and pick up the ointment because it was ready. I drove there right away and there was plenty of parking available on the street and I quickly parked and went in. I was helped by the same gentleman on the phone and he was great. Instead of $35 as a copay I only had to pay $10. I would come here again if I'm in the area.

One of them called around for me to try and find a particularly hard to find medication. Must have called a dozen places. The place looks like a store in the former Soviet Union. Empty shelves. Crazy. This place looks closed. They have a giant white shade over the window. You will not believe it is open. There is a pharmacy counter but very little else. Which is unfortunate. It would be nice to buy a bottle of Robitussin or some bandaids when you are allegedly inside a pharmacy. Some insurance wont let you go to CVS. That is what I have. But again, in general helpful, friendly staff. They are generally able to fill my prescriptions without any issues. Street parking only. Well, there are some lots pretty close by. And they have one of those 15 minute spots right out front.

Only to arrive to the doors closed and other patrons equally upset and disappointed that the store for no reason decided to cut out early. Shame on you. The poor fellow that was first waiting was devastated and upset that the store decided to close. Same friend, Same. Serving the community - Nope. Closing early and upsetting people who had to travel to get to you as quickly as possible - is disgusting.

Looks vacant, right? When I first moved to Summit I walked past a dozen times thinking it was abandoned.

Then suddenly--after the delivery window had already passed--the status changed to "delivery attempted - failed." No one came to the door and no delivery attempt was made. I contacted customer service through chat and later by phone. The representatives I spoke with were Reginne (chat) and Liz (phone). The first solution offered was a refund in 10 business days. When I explained that I paid with a gift card, they said the refund could take 3 business days instead. The problem is that I needed the items that night, not days later. What made the situation even more frustrating: if I placed a new order, the website showed the same items could arrive in about 30 minutes. When I pointed this out, the representative suggested that I could place another order--which meant paying again for the same items. So the end result was: * I paid for expedited delivery * No delivery attempt was made * The only solutions offered were wait for a refund or pay again Unfortunately, this experience makes Walmart delivery difficult to rely on. I've had far more consistent experiences with Target, Amazon, and other delivery services.
