However, I just had a truly awful experience with the pharmacist on duty today. My doctor sent my prescriptions on Tuesday, I went to Tiffany to pick up a prescription on Tuesday that was ready and was told that my other prescriptions would be filled today and tomorrow. However when I called this morning I was told a different story by the pharmacist on duty who has always been the least helpful one but he took his lack of regard for the wellbeing of patients to a different level today. He very sighed loudly when I asked him if I could expect my prescription to be filled tomorrow and spoke to me as if I were a nuisance. I have NEVER had such a horrible experience with ANY pharmacist anywhere. He completely dismissed me and I was so shocked that I said,"I get it, thanks", and I hung up the phone. I have been an extremely loyal customer for years and I have referred many friends and family to Tiffany Pharmacy. I am such a patient person and I don't elicit rude responses from anyone because I treat everyone with a great deal of respect, however I do ask questions. I am just so disappointed and shocked that I had to write this review, and I never write reviews. Everyone at Tiffany is such a pleasure to speak with and I mean everyone, but after my interaction with that pharmacist today, I just feel terrible. Tiffany is more than a pharmacy to me, the core group of pharmacy staff that I am familiar with such as Maria, Stephanie, Kelly and a few others genuinely care and it shows In their work. They have gone above and beyond for me as well as for my family members, always helping to make difficult times a little bit better. I have never been treated so terribly by any pharmacist or pharmacy staff member anywhere. I don't mind waiting for my prescription because I have before and I am well aware that pharmaceutical shortages are just the new normal, but these issues are always explained to me by other pharmacy staff. Furthermore, as someone in the healthcare field I understand how important it is to foster positive relationships with patients, to answer their questions and to ensure that they have the information necessary to adhere to their medical treatment. I can only imagine the detrimental effects this pharmacist could have on an elderly person's adherence to treatment when they call with questions about their medication being filled or general questions. Furthermore, my elderly mother has also had less than helpful interactions with this same pharmacist, and if not for dedicated pharmacy staff such as Maria, she would have remained confused about her medication. Everyone at Tiffany has always treated me with respect, despite being busy. My hope is that Brian will read this review and attempt to solve the root of this issue by addressing that pharmacist's behavior with him. Tiffany Pharmacy has been such an integral part of my family's life for years and I hope that no one else has an experience like the one I had today. Thank you.

Its always something with the workers. I go and try to pick up my FEDex and Mr. Dubaah (?)…read more asks for a tracking number. I only had my i.d. so he looks for it with my name. Comes back and says they don't have it. I go to my car and bring back my phone. I am trying to show him the tracking number from the phone. He insists on holding my phone. Finally I give it to him and say that I don't like people holding my phone. He allows a 5-second delay and says, "Huh?" I ignored him. He then repeats what I just said but in question form. I ignore him. He is doing all this extra reading to just take the tracking number. He lays the phone down and has the hardest time keying in my number. Finally, he verifies it is there. He and another lady go to look for it. She finds it. I said that it was right where he was looking before. He makes an excuse about the print was small and he read a different name. What a lame. Just apologize for taking me through it. He finally scans me out and tells me I am all done. On the other side, a lady is getting her passport pic taken, and it is right next to the chip stand. So I am waiting. He repeats that I am all done like he is rushing me out. I ignore him. The other lady looks at me, and I politely tell her that I want some chips but to please finish with the customer. I get my chips and go. Unprofessional, passive aggressive and rude. How do you handle customers so rude?

After answering some intake questions on a computer, I waited for about 5 minutes, then was seen by staff who checked my blood pressure and iron levels with a quick finger prick. I was then led to a reclining chair with a TV. Since a window was casting major glare, I couldn't really watch it. While you can donate platelets, plasma, and red blood cells here, they take around 2 hours each. Donating whole blood just takes 1 hour start to finish and my actual donation time was under 8 minutes for a pint. Afterwards, I had some crackers and apple juice they provided. Super friendly staff always made me feel safe and comfortable. A staff member actually gave me a whole bag of Oreos to take home for my kids. I'd definitely choose this place again. TIPS: **You can schedule an appointment online at http://www.nybloodcenter.org **Unisex bathroom **Plenty of parking in their shared lot in the back. They are much friendlier and welcoming. I will continue to donate regularly but never again at the Scotch Plains site. Awful place.

The entire procedure takes about 1hr. but the actual donation takes 15 minutes. A whole blood donation is used primarily for trauma patients and those undergoing surgery. In the past I have donated platelets (cancer, blood disorder. open heart & transplant surgery patients), plasma ( used by serious burn & those with blood clotting issues) and power red (sickle cell, anemia, trauma and surgery patients. I was alerted to a severe blood shortage by email. To donate blood go to Vitalant's online site to find a Vitalant near you and schedule an appointment. I have an account set up with Vatalant and receive points toward reward cards. You begin the process by checking-in at the front desk. Your are handed a tablet with a touch screen to answer a series of questions. Step two involves having your answers checked and your vitals checked. Step three is the actual drawing of blood or blood parts. The staff is well trained with protocols which assure that your donation is correct and excuted properly. While donating you are constantly monitored to ensure your comfort and safety. They are very experienced at inserting the needle efficiently and painlessly as possible. After donating they have a snack bar set up and suggest you have a snack and drink before leaving.

Once I donated, I never received any email or app notification, but since then I receive at least 3-4 calls a week soliciting for blood or plasma and they come from all different phone numbers in the tri state area and can't be blocked. Seems like false advertising for the rewards and although I have called and sent 3 emails since then, and its been weeks, still no response, call or a gift card of any sort. I would hope if there was an issue with the app or their database, they'd at least let me know. At least the Blood Center of NJ provided what they offered.

I am new to Fanwood Pharmacy but not to the area - all I can say is what took me so long to check them out! Their customer service and care and attention is EXCEPTIONAL! I do not often give 5* ratings, but for Fanwood Pharmacy, I only wish there were more *s to give. I can't say enough about the high level of customer service that is provided by Mit. He is part of the small group of people who still aspire to treat each person with kindness and patience while making sure your prescription is prepared accurately and quickly. I'm thrilled that I switched from another local pharmacy. Should have done it a long time ago. read more

It's owner occupied and the pharmacists are great…read more They work with you and your insurance but they always put you as the client first and they make sure you get the medication your doctor prescribed. they do not let insurance companies dictate whether you get your medication or not. They never call your doctor questioning your medication. They always put you as the client first. Believe me, I've been to my share of pharmacies and this one is by far the best one I have ever been to. They treat you and your family with dignity and respect unlike the big chain pharmacies. I would recommend this pharmacy to family and friends because I know they will be taken care of. Last but not least, your prescriptions are filled immediately no waiting or long lines!

They also do compounding although I haven't used them for this and the compounding might be a bit more expensive. I have used them to fill prescriptions when other places wouldn't fill them. They are able to fill the prescriptions reasonably quickly and I think if you are in the local area then the may deliver although I haven't used them for this. If you want a friendly local pharmacy that doesn't reject prescriptions and also does compounding then this is a good place to go. The prices are also reasonable.

How can we help you afford your gas for your car?" But Loving Care Pharmacy does it.

So, I had a prescription of Iron medicine for my Kid. They provided an over-the-counter medicine charging me more than 3 times than its available on Target/Walmart/Amazon. It was not a generic / Custom medicine. Market price is around $8 and I was charged $31 for the same brand and quantity. That huge was the difference. When I understood the issue, I went back next day with the bottle (not opened and sealed and they didn't agree to take it back. If it was a custom created medicine, I would have agreed but it was just a standard medicine. Pharmacies do have a policy to not take medicines back but it's not applicable for over-the-counter ones. Sorry Colonia, I am not going to recommend you to anyone anymore.
