I have been a patient at Tiffany Pharmacy for years. Brian is wonderful, and most of the other pharmacy staff are as well. However, I just had a truly awful experience with the pharmacist on duty today. My doctor sent my prescriptions on Tuesday, I went to Tiffany to pick up a prescription on Tuesday that was ready and was told that my other prescriptions would be filled today and tomorrow. However when I called this morning I was told a different story by the pharmacist on duty who has always been the least helpful one but he took his lack of regard for the wellbeing of patients to a different level today. He very sighed loudly when I asked him if I could expect my prescription to be filled tomorrow and spoke to me as if I were a nuisance. I have NEVER had such a horrible experience with ANY pharmacist anywhere. He completely dismissed me and I was so shocked that I said,"I get it, thanks", and I hung up the phone. I have been an extremely loyal customer for years and I have referred many friends and family to Tiffany Pharmacy. I am such a patient person and I don't elicit rude responses from anyone because I treat everyone with a great deal of respect, however I do ask questions. I am just so disappointed and shocked that I had to write this review, and I never write reviews. Everyone at Tiffany is such a pleasure to speak with and I mean everyone, but after my interaction with that pharmacist today, I just feel terrible. Tiffany is more than a pharmacy to me, the core group of pharmacy staff that I am familiar with such as Maria, Stephanie, Kelly and a few others genuinely care and it shows In their work. They have gone above and beyond for me as well as for my family members, always helping to make difficult times a little bit better. I have never been treated so terribly by any pharmacist or pharmacy staff member anywhere. I don't mind waiting for my prescription because I have before and I am well aware that pharmaceutical shortages are just the new normal, but these issues are always explained to me by other pharmacy staff. Furthermore, as someone in the healthcare field I understand how important it is to foster positive relationships with patients, to answer their questions and to ensure that they have the information necessary to adhere to their medical treatment. I can only imagine the detrimental effects this pharmacist could have on an elderly person's adherence to treatment when they call with questions about their medication being filled or general questions. Furthermore, my elderly mother has also had less than helpful interactions with this same pharmacist, and if not for dedicated pharmacy staff such as Maria, she would have remained confused about her medication. Everyone at Tiffany has always treated me with respect, despite being busy. My hope is that Brian will read this review and attempt to solve the root of this issue by addressing that pharmacist's behavior with him. Tiffany Pharmacy has been such an integral part of my family's life for years and I hope that no one else has an experience like the one I had today. Thank you. read more

My doctor phoned in a script at 11 am. Contacted pharmacy myself at least 6 different occasions and was assured the rx would come to me . In a last ditch effort the 6th person assured me the script would Definetly be delivered by their days end. 6 pm came and went. Surely this could have been handled better. Horrible service. My doctor called in two prescriptions left in a voicemail on Sunday night one of them is filled and one is not. They are not willing to help. Not checking their voicemail dismissing me that I am wrong. However, this is not the first time this exact situation has happened. I recommend they find a system to keep track of voicemails for patient's medication. I hate coming in the pharmacy and only use for the fast delivery service. Every time I come in to pick up a prescription something is wrong. Update: My doctor said they didn't want to fill the prescription because they thought he was a dentist. Please be careful getting your child vaccinated here. My five year old was given her 2nd covid shot here and it wasn't even close to her deltoid. It was clearly subcutaneous and almost in the back of her arm. Overall I think this is a good business, but unfortunately this is a consequence when unqualified people are administering vaccines, especially to special populations like kids. read more

I had never had a prescription filled at a non-chain pharmacy before our pediatrician told us that our son needed Prevacid. For infants, Prevacid needs to be made into a compound so that you can measure doses with a little plastic syringe (and also because infants don't know how to take pills). Your average $4 prescription pharmacy doesn't generally do compounding. Enter Tiffany Natural Pharmacy. The folks at Tiffany always go out of their way. Our first prescription was the Friday before the hurricane. John made sure to get the precription done before their lab closed so that we weren't stuck inside with a screaming baby during the storm. More recently, I accidentally put the Prevacid in the freezer instead of the refrigerator. When we called to see if that was a problem, John said it shouldn't be, but offered to test the pH just to be safe. I highly recommend Tiffany. read more

I had been a CVS customer for a decade. Every time I went in there I was spoken to rudely and left annoyed, deflated and outright angry. We had one prescription we had to fill at Tiffany Bc CVS didn't carry it. My husband finally suggested I move all my prescriptions to Tiffany. I cannot tell you the extent to which it has improved the quality of my life. It sounds facetious but it's true. They are friendly, helpful and deliver medications quickly which is so appreciated. For the most part, this is a great neighborhood pharmacy. However...it depends on who works with you on your Prescription. The Pintos are great...always look and act professional, as I was taught in Pharmacy school, and I'm sure they were as well. One Pharmasist there is ALWAYS abrupt, rude and condescending. Brian and Maria are never to busy to answer a question, no matter how many times I have already asked it before. Lol. Seriously both know their stuff, very professional and caring. Actually all of the pharmacist are excellent. They remember my name. That's amazing in today's busy and impersonal world. Staff is great. This review is long overdue. I have a CVS AND a Walgreens within walking distance of my home. I prefer to make a 15-minute drive to Tiffany. Brian Pinto and his staff are top-notch professionals. I am 56yrs old and have been under care and needed medication since my early 20's so I have seen many pharmacies, it is nice to finally have one that treats me with respect and have more knowledge than some doctors I have seen, from medication to durable medical goods. My wife needed a very special prescription, to be compounded. The folks there were real nice, and worked with her to find the right taste masking. They took care of filing with insurance, and then were prompt about letting her know when it was ready. This place does get crowded at times because it is so good. Came across reviews of this pharmacy on yelp and had to add my comments. Perhaps not everyone knows but they will compound meds for pets. Our family's beloved cat had a major surgical procedure several years ago. After discharge from the vet hospital he wouldn't eat. The vet recommended a compound medication to encourage eating. The kind pharmacist filled the Rx within an hour- and the medication did the trick in helping our sweet cat begin his recovery. Our family will never forget the kindness of Tiffany. read more

In a fit of aggravation with CVS, I drove over to Tiffany with a new prescription. After having my prescriptions filled at CVS for about 5 years and Rite Aid for maybe 5 years before that, Tiffany is a breath of fresh air. The people who work there LISTEN and CARE and give you correct information that you trust. The people at CVS always seem so frazzled and disgrunteled, I never trusted their information. Tiffany took the time to go thru my two insurances to see which way was more beneficial to me. I ended up paying way less at Tiffany than CVS was going to charge me for a pretty expensive perscription from my dermatologist because CVS wasn't processing it correctly. Also - they fill prescriptions very quickly (like 5 minutes for antibiotics) and can deliver if you need them to. As long as Tiffany stays put, I will never go back to a chain pharmacy. read more

I've just returned from a large chain pharmacy while running errands with a friend and overheard one of the pharmacists mocking one of the customers because she dropped off 5 prescriptions and wanted to wait for them I could see the line was at least 15 people deep with only 1 person waiting on them. This prompted me write a review which is long overdue praising Tiffany Natural Pharmacy. I've been going to Tiffany for years and usually have my prescription filled within 5-10 minutes but never more than 15. They have a designated drop off counter that is always manned, many times I'm still trying to decide which Yankee candle or pair of earrings I want to buy when my name is called and if you don't want to wait they will deliver to your home. I did read in another review where someone wasn't satisfied with one of the pharmacists and I think I know which one he was talking about because I've dealt with her too however the excellent service I get far outweighs one moody person. The owner and the rest of the staff go out of their way to accommodate me. I'll change my rating if this continues but as of now I stand firm at 5 stars read more

I was just looking online for Tiffany's hours for today and saw the Yelp reviews...it's high time I give them a five star review, too! I won't go anywhere else for our prescriptions, the pharmacists are WONDERFUL, the counter staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Tiffany's has a remarkably large selection of vitamins and homeopathic remedies, braces, bandages, etc. I've ordered shower stools and rented a "knee cart" ... This is a store and Pharmacy that reminds you of what Customer Service is all about. Brian Pinto the Owner and his staff go above and beyond to make sure they could do the best they can for a customer, may it be by finding a medication from another store and having it delivered so you don't have to wait. When i do have to wait there for 15 minutes (Maximum) I have seen how the staff goes to help customers and assists them in finding the best possible solution for what they need. This is exactly what is lacking in the retail environment of the local Rite Aid, Walgreens, and Cvs' in the area. It is just a breath of fresh air to know that this pharmacy and the staff as busy as they are will find the time to speak with you and help you with all your needs.
