She is rude,disrespectful, dismissal, & refuses to answer questions by ignoring you & making like she doesn't hear you while you're standing right in front of her.Me along with many people I have spoken to have refused to shop there since she started working there,she is making you loose business! My 1st encounter was when I tried to exchange something that she said couldn't be exchanged because it was not exchandable (LIE) When I asked for the manager it took 20 minutes of me waiting & everytime I asked when she was coming she either ignoring me or had a nasty response, when the manager finally came she said I could definitely exchange it,not only does she not have any knowledge of your policies but she gets nasty & rude when asking her a question. My next incident was trying to make a photo, she refused to help & told me to go somewhere else. In the over 10yrs that I am patronizing this CVS I have never had a problem with the previous workers they were always extremely helpful, you are definitely loosing business due to her rude & dismissive attitude, numerous people have told me they won't shop there any longer if she is working there. This is the 1st time indy 70 years of life that I've ever written a review on a worker,she should not be in a customer service job,I worked for years as a teller at Chase Bank & would have either been Written up,given a Warning or FIRED.I'm advising you to reavaluate who you allow to represent your store & realize that she is bringing your business down,my friends & I are starting going to Walmart just not to deal with her,hopefully you realize what is happening in your Arden Avenue store & make the appropriate decision before it's to late & everyone chooses Walmart just because of this horrible girl that is working there,nobody wants to deal with her! When I took my receipt, I figured out I paid for items, but did not get the free ones. Worse than that, the Customer Service failed to let me know the items were free after buying equal ones. The story doesn't end. When I asked for return, a poor knowledgeable manager (very young ) told me it's too big amount. She said it is a fraud returning over $50, while this happened due to their mistake! So even $60 for them was huge amount. I ended up only getting $30 back. Finally, the CVS manager (very young) was afraid of my attempts to tell her how to solve the problem. All these multiple mistakes are the results of poor management, and working with non-trained people. Good luck on CVS company to hire the right managers and train their customer service!!!

This local 718 number does NOT go to the store - this goes to the call center where you then have to tell them you want them to speak to the store. What is the point of having this number then? And the staff there? RUDE AF. They have sometimes 6-7 people working in the back, laughing and having a grand old time - meanwhile there is a line literally almost out the front door of the store. They move like snails and offer zero help but 100% sick attitude. I have had it. I am switching my pharmacy. The owner Mike is a staple in our community who is always finding ways to join forces with local business' as well as holding events like pre -diabetes management, participating in events held in Staten Island with lots of free goodies as well as knowledgeable nurses informing people of vaccines and premeasured medication dispensary packs, that is available for our convenience. This pharmacy reminds me of the old mom and pop stores from back in the day, where the staff knows you by your name and is willing to bend over backwards to make you happy. I've recently moved to NJ but refuse to change pharmacy; because I know I will never find the one-on-one experience I have experienced at Super Health Pharmacy.

The phone service is an absolute joke. You get put on hold for 20-30 minutes just to ask a simple question, and then they come back with an attitude like YOU bothered THEM. The pharmacist acts overwhelmed and disorganized constantly, also a rude dick. Prescriptions are never ready when they say they will be, nobody communicates with each other, and every visit turns into unnecessary stress. What happened to professionalism? This is a pharmacy, not a high school hangout spot. The staff acts annoyed anytime someone asks a question, and the customer service is honestly embarrassing. I've had better experiences at busy chain pharmacies than this so-called "friendly neighborhood pharmacy." Honestly, I'm switching to CVS. It's closer, faster, and at least when employees have attitudes there, management actually steps in and fixes it. Here, the bad attitudes are apparently encouraged because nobody does anything about it. And CVS calls you to tell them they have your medications and then call you when they're ready. She isn't the owner, the pharmacist, and i'm sure i'm not the only one who has complained about her, yet, she's still there. This place will never do better, so don't waste your time. It's a shame. I support small businesses, but unfortunately, a lot of small businesses, especially on Staten Island, don't care. I guess because they're just miserable and arrogant to begin with and feel as if they got it like that and they're entitled to be a jerkoff because they're having a bad day. The first young lady, had me on hold excessively then sent me on a wild goose chase calling the other pharmacy for no reason. When I called back she was just as clueless when I asked her more questions on getting this taken care of. Another person, a man, then got on the phone & was outright rude. It's unfortunate that my attempt to support small & local business was met with such apathy, but I can see why places like this are going under. It's unfortunate, because the big chains cannot really compare to a family business that's run properly.
