    Lack of choses of cough drops. Many areas nearby also have limited supply

    It becomes frustrating to walk in and every time something is moved. I can in looking for cough drops and not only have they been moved but there wasn't much to chose from. I am noticing that selves are empty and items becoming hard to find.

    CVS Pharmacy on Pacific Ave in Stockton, California Yelp Challenge. 90 /100 I used to only come here for just the Redbox outside. So I stepped inside to see what's crackin. It's basically the same type of CVS from here to Lodi. Nothing special at all. They do sell all the junk food here and Rockstars. At this location, we come inside to grab munchies. When we leave the library down the street. I don't have much to say about this place. The staff here never talks to me and they always seem like they are in a rush. But I'm in this area a lot and I find myself coming here. Oh well, I needed to get this review out. I'm backed logged. Sincerely VD

They notify you when your prescription is due for a…read morerefill via email and all you have to do is click reply and send and they take care of the rest. They will notify when your prescription is ready for pick up. Another method...you can scan the barcode on your prescription bottle using the Walgreens app, they refill your prescription and notify you when it's ready to pick up. And you can pick up your prescription at this particular store 24/7/365...using their drive-thru service. All very convenient! BUT...do not try to get through to the pharmacy on the phone. Their hold/wait times can be unacceptable. I called a couple months ago and was on hold for over 30 minutes. Yesterday I needed to speak with the pharmacy and was on hold for 23 minutes. During that 23 minutes I drove across town and was sitting in their drive-thru line by the time they answered!! That is totally unacceptable. There's a good chance that I might have to transfer my prescriptions to another provider. I do hope they read their reviews and fix the problem!

Unfortunately, time slipped away while I was caught up in a meeting, and by the time I remembered, it was already 5 PM--and the pharmacy had closed early for the holiday weekend, as the pharmacist had kindly reminded me beforehand. Even though they were closed, I still left a voicemail, hoping someone might hear it. To my surprise and immense relief, the very next morning I received a call from Marie. She was kind, patient, and incredibly thoughtful--truly one of the most caring individuals I've ever spoken with in customer service. My pet depends on these eye drops because he doesn't produce his own tears, and we weren't scheduled to return to town until July 14. Marie went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of during a time when most wouldn't even return a call. Thank you, Marie, for thinking of us and for going above and beyond. Your compassion and professionalism are not forgotten. You are appreciated more than words can say. Respectful Tiny Basilio and family.

There doesn't…read moreseem to be too many options to fill my specific prescription in California, not within over an hour drive for me, but they're usually able to fill it and ship it to me within 1-3 days of receiving it from my doctor, overnighting it for a reasonable extra charge. I'm not familiar with their broader selection, but they had what I needed and their website will offer more insight into the other compounded medicines they offer! Thanks Donald! - Natalia, Juana, & Gina (And others whose names don't immediately come to mind!) Edit: I forgot to mention, they also offered my prescription between $20-50$ cheaper than the other three pharmacies I reached out to when comparing pharmacies.

    Before opening an account, I had a number of specific questions that neither the receptionist nor…read morethe pharmacist had the patience to explore with me. The receptionist interrupted each attempt at discussion and then put me on hold for a pharmacist. He also frequently interrupted - either to get me to transfer the account - talk later / or, give him a specific prescription to fill. When I attempted yet again to detail my needs, he hung up! (mind you, no unpleasant words, criticisms, or doubts - just wanting to be sure that Calmont Pharmacy would be a good match in filling my needs) In short, 25 minutes (mostly on hold) wasted. Sadly, Calmont Pharmacy seems to offer no greater responsiveness to their customers individual needs than their big box brothers. The majority of pharmacies can manage a smile and prescription processing. I sought out an independent pharmacy based on my individual needs which had been so well served by now defunct independents in past years. Being knowledgable and local means little or nothing when they lack the patience to hear out a new customer's needs. To interrupt for the sake of expediency or hang up when the customer is not going to fit into their call management routine leaves me frustrated, but forewarned. Brusque, automated processing of my prescriptions is something I can find at any of their competitors, including those online. (At least the latter usually allows for e-mails in which one can clarify their needs and expectations.) For those seeking better service and a measure of human responsiveness, I hope that you too will discover, sooner rather than later, that Calmont does not provide that exception.

    This review isn't about Walmart in store purchases. This is mainly about my experience ordering…read moreonline for delivery at home & curb side pick ups. With curb side- Items were missing from my order a few times, called the customer service number and they refunded it. Not a problem but defeats the purpose of why I ordered it to be picked up by the curb because now I had to make that trip to get the items anyways. Moving along. I placed an order for 3 items online giving them a benefit of the doubt once again to have it delivered at home but to my surprise, these items were scheduled to delivered at 3 separate times, honestly, news to my ears because why would I want 3 different deliveries for one order that was placed together and they were small items to begin with. Had I known this prior, I'd not bother ordering. First item arrived, with no issues. Great. What can go wrong now right? Wrong! 2nd item was delivered past 6pm and was left outside of my apartment complex on the entrance gate. Yes no contact, no phone call from the delivery person whatsoever to even make it to my unit. He just left it there and left. I found out about this particular delivery after, a pic was sent on my phone about it being delivered. I mean, who leaves a package at a gate? Regardless, I walked around the complex, hoping it was still there but of course, someone must have picked it up being it was on the outside of the complex. Frustrated, I reached out to customer service yet again and they refunded my money and this is when I was informed that Walmart uses 3rd party delivery services so, somethings are out of they control but they are sorry for the "inconvenience " Cherry on the cake. I received a text the next day about my last delivery being delayed so I tired to cancel the last item because by now, I had enough of them but then I was hit with "cancellation may not be guaranteed" but "you'll get a response in 48 hours"- so basically they said- "You paid for your item to get it on time" but now, you have to wait for what's convenient for us? Seriously, wth is going on with their online and delivery services? As a customer, who frequently purchases at Walmart being it's close to where i live, I can definitely say I will not be using online anything at Walmart anymore after my last item is delivered. Thanks but no thanks. Way too many issues.
