Very disappointed with the lack of support and service from this pharmacy. I take several special-order medications for migraines, and Walgreens let me down month after month for nine straight months. Orders were frequently delayed, sometimes for more than a week, and I had to call daily without getting real answers. While a couple of staff members seemed to care, most were indifferent and unhelpful. For context, I was filling more than $8,600 worth of prescriptions monthly -- yet my needs were consistently overlooked. I finally moved all of my prescriptions to CVS at March Ln and Quail Lakes Dr (see my review for them) and couldn't be happier. CVS has every medication ready on time, even the "special orders" Walgreens struggled with, and they usually arrive the next day. Plus, their app actually works and makes managing prescriptions so much easier. Walgreens lost a loyal customer for life. read more

I don't remember her name but if I'm correct she is a manager or supervisor. She is so sweet! She helped me out at the photo counter, she was absolutely amazing! I printed a photo and it wasn't coming out right. She literally did it like 3-4 times for me, just to get it perfect when she didn't have to do that. We got to talking about how they're open 24hours and even on holidays and that sucks so bad, I felt for her, but she still had such a positive attitude and she was just so sweet! She is the definition of amazing customer service! My favorite Walgreens in Stockton! Best service, always open, plenty of parking. Inside is always clean, neat and stocked! Do NOT use their ATM machine here. We made a withdrawal and the machine did not dispense anything. When I called the atm mahh ch one company, it said if the machine didn't dispense, call your bank. read more

It is unfortunate that the Walgreens pharmacy staff is not knowledgeable or simply does not care about the customers who choose to have their prescriptions filled at their location. My parents are elderly and have experienced so many issues with their prescriptions not being filled correctly, missing refills due to the pharmacist/staff's lack of support in understanding how Medicare works for these older adults. It is frustrating that there is a lack of professionalism among the pharmacists and staff. Walgreens should stop conducting pharmacy services because "service" is not what they are known for. read more

Awfull !!!! Understaffed and underpaid Pharmacy staff so the Walgreens can make extra profit. Walgreens latest profit scheme is to run out of pain medicine. Two times in the last 4 refills, Walgreens has been out of my prescribed pain medicine dosage (Norco 10/325). However, they say they can give me a lower dosage of pain medicine Norco (7.5/325) or I can wait days (without any pills) until the correct pain medicine arrives. read more

First of all, I am rating for the Pharmacy! I have an "express" account, whatever the heck that means, because I am tired of waiting in the lines and going to the regular window, where everybody is so rude! Now, every time I use the express pick up window nobody looks happy nobody says I'll be with you in a minute nobody smiles nobody cares and I still have to wait! I have experienced horrible service and long lines at the regular windows so that is why I went into the express window but it doesn't make any difference! They ignore you, and there could be five people walking right by you, and no one will even look at you! I am writing this review for the pharmacy(although it doesn't look like it will make any difference because they just don't care!) my dr called my tonight to let me know she was putting in a scrip for me. I don't normally use Walgreens because I am an Adventist health employee but their pharmacy is closed on evenings and weekends. I requested Walgreens because they are 24 hrs. At least one hour after the prescription was placed, I went to the drive-through. They told me that my prescription would not be filled until the 21st. I asked them why if this was a brand new prescription? They said there was two prescriptions in their system for the same thing and instead of noticing that they were duplicates and filling the proper one, they decided to not do either after. After questioning them, they said OK and then told me that it would be an hour before they could fill it. I asked them why it would take an hour when the prescription was put in a while ago and they couldn't give me a reason. I went home as I only live right around the corner two minutes away. As soon as I walked in the door, I received a text that my prescription was ready. Wtf! This place needs help and no one seems to want to do anything about it. My husband(who has difference insure) has recently switched all his prescriptions to Costco because he continues to have problems with them as well. Do better Walgreens! Negative stars for the pharmacy if possible. I scheduled a booster for 9 am, it's now 9:40 and I still haven't been checked in. People who are filling prescriptions do everything online if you can or have your doctor call it in because you'll be waiting for days. Rescheduled can appointment with a different pharmacy after waiting and still not even being able to check in. 40 minutes is plenty of time! read more

The place is extremely busy and not very clean. They need to pressure wash the outside and for that matter the inside. The staff is pleasant and professional. The pharmacist were also pleasant, professional and apologetic for the wait. Took my kids and myself here for the Covid booster and flu shot on 2 separate occasions and while we had an appointment it was well over 90 minutes before we received our shots. That said it was a far better experience than the CVS Quail Lakes on March Lane, where the service has spiraled down zero stars especially after pharmacist Kent Y, Gene W, Chris W, and other pharmacist that cared about people either retired or transferred. What a poorly run store. I thought maybe just the hammer Lane & it location was this anti-customer. But nope. Went to this one & it's the same. No shopping CARTS. At all. Oh because people steal them. So I said if the Dollar tree can figure out how to keep shopping carts available then this is intentional to discourage people from shopping here. Byt if we put the poles on them u can nit take them to your car. So? At least I would be able to walk around the store and purchase things like maybe a big hug of laundry soap & a big bag of pet food. So the truth is the management who decided on this policy certainly does not want my business. No small hand baskets were available either. I am having severe allergic reaction to house Cats. Went to an Urgent Care clinic for some needed relief. Sadly, I selected this Walgreens to have my three perceptions filled. One was filled in three hours, and another needed prior authorization from my insurance company via the doctor. The third, what a drama. The "pharmacist" decided I needed a 90 day prescription rather than the 30 day as written. They contacted the Urgent Care clinic for an updated prescription. I contacted my insurance company, they said it was not needed on a first time (or any) prescription. (The medicine was needed to clear my lungs and prevent further damage). The odd thing, Walgreens had already charged and was paid by the Insurance company. I called to speak to a pharmacist; after a long discussion they said it would be ready at 10:45. No apology offered. I arrived at 1:30pm and the prescription was STILL NOT FILLED. I had to call my insurance company again, the initial charge was reversed and a new one had just come through. At this time, I heard the Pharmacist say it needs to be a 90 day prescription. When I FINALLY was called to pay for the medication, they were not giving me the medication that was filled the afternoon previously. I asked why; the response was "oh, do you want that too?" SERIOUSLY. I asked to speak to the pharmacist for a reason they decided an MD was not qualified to write a prescription as needed. She said nothing, I gave her a number the insurance company wanted her to call to explain why SHE was trying to up sell on medication. She acted completely vapid and walked away. No customer service skills at all, no explanation, not even a well placed lie. I will NEVER go back. Why is this acceptable practice? read more

The wait for the Pharmacy is way too long. Every time I go in or use the drive thru I have to wait for at least a half hour. But what really disturbed me was I had to make a phone call to this pharmacy today, just to ask a question and the woman on the phone was so rude to me! I just asked a question and she was over the top rude, still heated from the uncalled for unnecessary interaction. Ok I wish I could give negative stars for this place, just went here again and the pharmacy service is horrible. I went here late at night just to try to avoid the long wait, I was the only one in line, three different workers looked at me and ignored me. walgreens pharmacy customer service terrible! it's truly at an all time low! I stood in line from 8:10 pm to 8:36 when I gave them my refill order. At 9:24, the girl that took my script came out and asked me to write my address down! So, for a full hour i sat there in a chair and they hadn't even started my order! All I can say is WTF? I unfortunately have had to come here a couple times today for my mother in law. First attempt to pick up meds 1 hour in drive through and only 3 cars had been helped, still had 5 in front of me. Left to get lunch. Came back this time tried inside after a hour and 15 I finally reached front of line. Silly thing is there were only like 6 people in front of me so a hour 15 to serve 6 peopleonce again wtf? While waiting in line watching employees ro shambo to see who had to help customers.... really? Now here I stand in line again as My mother in laws Dr. Called in a medication 3 hrs ago and after calling numerous times they finally acknowledge they got the cLl from Dr. Off the machine. So we pay with express pay and I show up and they refused to let me pick up in express. So here I sit almost another hour now and still 5 people in front of me. Overall I like Walgreens prescription service. They notify you when your prescription is due for a refill via email and all you have to do is click reply and send and they take care of the rest. They will notify when your prescription is ready for pick up. Another method...you can scan the barcode on your prescription bottle using the Walgreens app, they refill your prescription and notify you when it's ready to pick up. And you can pick up your prescription at this particular store 24/7/365...using their drive-thru service. All very convenient! BUT...do not try to get through to the pharmacy on the phone. Their hold/wait times can be unacceptable. I called a couple months ago and was on hold for over 30 minutes. Yesterday I needed to speak with the pharmacy and was on hold for 23 minutes. During that 23 minutes I drove across town and was sitting in their drive-thru line by the time they answered!! That is totally unacceptable. There's a good chance that I might have to transfer my prescriptions to another provider. I do hope they read their reviews and fix the problem! read more
