Today is Wednesday 01.07.2026 I was trying to look for essential oils and I was walking around and I seen some candy that I purchased before so I asked the cashier if they were going to get more in and she said she wasn't sure. What really hurt me was she seen I had one item in my hand but instead of her asking me to come to her line to ring me up she asked two young ladies that were the same as her ethnicity. The two young ladies seen that I had one item in my hand do you think they said go ahead and go ahead of us NO... They didn't. They have a prepared foods area on the aisle by the eggs in front of the meats. I bought recently some beef tamales, 6 in a bag, well prepared plenty of shredded beef. Just cover each with a wet paper towel and place in your microwave 2 minutes turn then one minute and they will be ready to eat. I also bought a Herdez green salsa can at the store to serve on the tamales. I will try other prepared foods but I recommend their tamales read more

On the wall they advertise to download the app and get $10. I signed up and open it to view deals. As many of us do I like to shop for deals and I spotted the Pepsi 1.75, but you must by 4. I picked the 4 and at checkout they charged $1.98 the cashier was shown the address online, she said that's not us. She called the manager who told me that she didn't care what the advertisement said that she would not honor the sale price via the digital ad. I asked why do you have the banner then if you won't honor it, she told me the price is correct take it or leave it. We'll that's the last time I have a rude person speak to me like that. I will shop Safeway and pay the extra, or SuperSave a local market. Anywhere but food4less. For the difference of 0.92 cent you lost a customer and everyone i can tell. The workers seem to always be very pleasant, polite and helpful. The meat department workers are very helpful and polite, even when they seem to not be knowledgeable about the meats. The store is very clean. The prices are reasonable compared to other stores. The produce is in pretty good shape too. This store is one of my favorite places to shop for my groceries. My number one shopping place is walmart because they have their parking lot numbered where I can easily locate my car when I'm ready to leave lol read more

Food 4 Less in Eastland Plaza in Stockton, California. Hey I shop to save and at food 4 less I save a grip. Back in the day this was our go to store because we didn't live too far from here. They sell everything from mayonnaise to butter. When I'm in the mood for some top ramen and hot dogs. I'll slide on through and get my daily fix. I'm a bit sad because they don't sell the infamous food for less Chinese food here. That's the real bummer, the Chinese food is on hit especially when you have the drunchies Note: Drunchies is like munchies but your buzzing or drunk lol. When I'm about to get my swerve on. Food 4 less carries the drinks of choice. What I like about food 4 less is they keep it OG, because they still carry 32 ounces of beer and 40 ounces, that's my type of stuff. I could go on and on about King Cobra and Mickey's 40 oz's of freedom. Pretty much write a thesis on how to brown bag it and sip on dem 40's :) Note: But hey if the people want it then let me know. So I could write a review on a liquor store and show you all how to post up like a mailbox while sipping on that drank. Back on track :) the parking lot is always packed. Inside when I come its not really dirty or beat down or anything like that. I fit right in with everybody that shops here. Maybe that's why I prefer this location a little bit better than the one on March lane. So yeah when you're planning your next party or your future backyard boogie. Growing up this is where my parents went for their groceries.... and they still do... BUt I can't do it anymore... only if my mom makes me go fetch milk or flour or sugar last minute. I am beyond done with this food 4 less! Went shopping yesterday and picked up a 4 pack of pork steaks the young man was putting out while I stood there looking at them so they should be good and fresh right. Looked at the date, Jan. 19, 2018. Good. And bought them. Got them home to rewrap for freezing and they are rancid! I went to the Food For Less on Wilson Way and left there completely feeling disrespected . I've never been so humiliated .. I mistakenly brought the wrong card and didn't have enough cash to pay for everything . When the checker found this out she got even more of a rude snotty attitude then what she started with .She called the manager and very rudely told the manager to take this "shit" off of my tab The checker let me know right away that she did not want to ring up my items she was grunting and moaning the whole time she was ringing up my groceries . So I said you are very rude and you should get a different job where you don't have to work around people because if you're gonna be in this kind of business you have to deal with people every day all day and she said I just rang you up I don't have to listen to this BS , and one of the male employees overheard the conversation and told me hey if you don't like it, you don't have to put up with that you can leave . This cannot be good for business. I am a faithful Food 4 Less customer go there almost every day but I will never go to this location again . I don't know maybe the owner of this Food 4 Less doesn't mind if his checker is rude and belittle the customers and make the customers feel regret for going in that location . I'm sure I'm not the first and sadly probably far from the last . I love every other Food 4Less I have ever been in . My grandma and I were only supposed to go here for her to get medicine for her health , well we were supposed to go to a store close by but I wanted to see my dad. So we stopped there and I saw my dad so I decided to stay with him instead of going back to the house with my grandma. while there I met a few of the workers, i'm not sure of their names but most of all they were all nice to me. while my dad was working I had to wait in the staff room where all my members take their breaks and things like that. when i was up there one of the workers Emily, handed me chips I accepted them because I knew that she had just opened them but didn't want them anymore and I was also really hungry. While there I seen that the workers/ staff are really nice. they all keep the store very clean, nothing is out of place. in the front of the store there is usually a lot of trash, but this time that i went there was none. and the lines are never ever long, so when you need help they are there at the registers 24/7 they work really fast. I am for sure going to go back again. something else that I would like to point out is that every thing is organized. when walking around the store sometimes you will find employees stacking shelves and cleaning. The food there is always fresh from my experience. when I go with my family to grocery shop the food is always good the produce, dairy products never have mold on or in them. at other grocery stores such as wall-mart etc you will always here from someone that they found some sort of bug or mold in their food, but you never here anything like that from food 4less. this means that the staff is extra careful when placing things on display. I like that this establishment is never on the news for anything bad its always good. The prices are super reasonable, nothing is overpriced. say you want the buy a jug of milk, it is only about 3 dollars plus tax, so about 4.50. and also parking is never hard to find its always a lot of space. read more

Can't help but give this place a good review. Is it biased? Absolutely. On what grounds? Location Location Location. ...er, and price. It's the closest grocery store where I can get everything needed, or some form of a substitute. Some of the best prices mainly for fruits and vegetables, and this is one of the chains biggest strengths. Not to mention the variety of accessories non grocery related, like bathroom items, medicine, vitamins, are really advantageous for convenience. The size of the grocery store is the largest of the three on the same street within blocks from each other. The fact that it is the only grocery store open 24 hrs a day gives it unparalleled kudos. The only negatives you have with this chain is that, compared to some other grocery stores, the freshness of some items is sometimes less, some of the healthy whole foods variety missing, and some newer cooler condiments that other grocery chains carry haven't made it into the store yet. But bang for your buck, economy style, with quality still a slight concern, this would be the go to grocery store in the area. read more

Wow what a big difference from the Weston Ranch Food 4 Less! I was here only because I had stopped by Sally's Beauty Supply for some hair dye. Anyway, the meat...the meat, people, was beautiful. Fresh. Perfect. The produce was also fresh with no fruit flies and mold to be seen. Surprisingly more selection as well. Of course, no hummus, portobellos, Kind bars, Clif bars and all the other goodies that Safeway has but screw this on an emergency...I'm trekking up to the Wilson Way Food 4 Less. read more

The prices are amazing and their employees are always willing to help. It could be considered on bad part of town and situations do arise where it can be a little scary, but the employees always seem to know what to do and how to take care of it. Went in for just a couple brews, decent deal for 3 25oz Budweisers.... got to the register n some fool kept tryna sneak thru line to buy a damn Starbucks chocolate drink thing. Finally 1 of the 2 cashier's had enough n just pushed ol'boy along thru to get him out.... so my total is less than $7 and I swipe my card, lady at the register says it didn't go thru, I swipe again and yup she's telling me I have insufficient funds... well I have an alarm via my bank app go off everytime there's payment activity and it goes off twice. I open the app and I've now been charged twice for this insufficient funds claim haha.. I show the lady I literally have 300 times the amount owed in my account and than I show her that I've been debited twice for this purchase. 42 minutes later I'm able to leave the store after paying twice, giving my information on my card and Drive Lic.... not very happy with that and I would give 5 stars if not for the fact another manager or smething tells the main manager, which he was cool as shit, that the office computer has been fuckin up lately and screwing over customers.... hmm.... that + no initial service policy to handle said issues at night.... pretty shitty... staff was great tho!!!!!! read more
