I wanted to pay for gas at their kiosk station and the nasty young woman inside was in the phone. She finally acknowledged me after 3 minutes of standing there , as she seemed to be having a good time on the phone. She asked me " what do you want?" I wanted to pay for my gas with my card and she said you can pay at the pump and rolled her eyes. I have never experienced such bad customer service in this gas station . I was so mad I called corporate and felt compelled to write a review of this person that sent me to the pump. I also wanted to buy a beverage, but I was so enraged that I just walked away. I also called corporate in case this means nothing to that store management.

They suddenly tell you now it's in a different location. They never have anything in stock. They are never there and they will just send you wherever when they get busy. Go to Customer Service, I said "Oh to Hell with it" no one wants to do their job. I'm sure the Shoplifters laughed themselves all the way home! I see the Aisle for Pickles, so go down and 2 huge jars of Pickles are sitting there. No others. 3 Aisles later there's Pickles! I've never been in a produce department of a grocery store that no longer carries the ties for produce, but lo and behold this Walmart does not. I felt like I'd entered the Twilight Zone!

We went to the Syracuse WalMart auto department today at noon to have our car serviced for an oil…read morechange. We were told it would be about a 2-hour wait and we didn't mind since we had shopping that we needed to do. We returned to the auto department at 2 p.m. to check on the car. It was still sitting there waiting to be serviced. We asked how much longer, and we were told about another hour and a half. The manager approached us around 3:15 p.m. and asked what car we were waiting for, and we told him. He said because we had been waiting for almost 3.5 hours, the service would be on him. He expressed that the only way he could give us a free oil change was for us to pay for it first, and then he would reimburse us. Guess what? We didn't get a free oil change. We still had to pay for the labor. Needless to say, we were not too thrilled to have waited almost 4 hours and to be deceived by the manager. Don't tell someone the oil change is on them and that we wouldn't have to pay for anything. What also bothered us was that as we stood there waiting to pay, the manager was in the back silly, stringing the female workers. No wonder we had to wait so long. I hope no one else has to go through this and that the manager is held accountable for his actions.

Now they're my full-time pharmacy, they go out of there way to do whatever they can to help you, even if it has nothing to do with their pharmacy. Called about my prescription and went over the cost etc. Verified that I wanted it refilled ASAP…read more Told me that they were filling it. Had me drive 2 and 1/2 hours to pick it up only to be told that they hadn't filled it and couldn't until almost a week later. Offered no fix. Just deal workout your meds if you want it come back. No care at all for the possible devastating issues that could arise from not having meds. No regard at all for patient care or safety.
