I also asked the cashier what the $1 "Custom Item" was on my receipt and she moved a bottle opener out of the way to show me a sticky note on the register that mentions a $1 charge for using a card. My bad for missing that, I guess. I can understand a local business needing to raise prices to survive right now, but this was practically deceitful.
