The total lack of advance notice, communication, or any contingency plan showed a complete disregard for patient health and caused tremendous stress and danger. While regulations are important, better preparation and care for long-time patients could have prevented this. Just got a text message that said my prescription was ready so I went there and the guy demanded to see my phone to see the text message and I said there's no way I'm giving my phone to somebody through the drive-thru. They keep all the items well merchandised, including beauty and cosmetics; even their supplements, which I have found to be scarce at other stores. Yes the reviews were not good at all but there was an item I needed and I couldn't find it anywhere and this Walmart had it in stock. When u walked in, I noticed the "greeter" hidden in the corner on her cell phone. I walked past her and headed to the cosmetic section to get what I needed but when I got there, I noticed a huge majority of the products in the cosmetic section were locked up and inaccessible to customers. Either in a glass case or locked on the shelf with the red magnetic lock. Ummm okay. So that likely means there is someone working in the area that will unlock it for me. I looked around for the call button and found it nearby. After pressing it the first time, I waited about 10 minutes or so and no one came. Then I pressed it again...no one. Then I noticed other people gathering on the aisle that also needed items that were locked up. After waiting about 15 minutes, I started asking associates whom I saw walking around the store. One woman told me she was "off the clock" and kept walking and another associate came over when I got her attention but said she doesn't have the key. However, instead of her going to call someone to get a key, she went about her way. Then I walked over to another associate who told me to go to customer service. The woman at customer service said ,"I'll call the associate on the intercom and send them over there for you." So I went back to wait. Waited about 10 more minutes BUT no one came! I really needed this item and it was sold out EVERYWHERE. The item was RIGHT THERE within reach...I could see it, I could touch it...but I couldn't slide it off the metal piece because it was blocked with a lock!!!! Lol! So I went BACK to customer service and this time I spoke with a manager. I told her there were so many people waiting for items that are locked up and asked, "don't you think it would be better to have an associate there at all times?" Her reply was a very non chalant one citing something about the associate possibly being on break and maybe no one covered her...but in a super monotone, shrugged shoulders, unconcerned...unbothered kind of way. Then she grabbed a random associate and told him to help me. As me and said associate are headed over, another associate began beckoning him. He told her "I need to help this lady...hold on." But the employee ignored that and said to him, "BRO COME HEEEEERE!" He seemed tempted and paused as if he was going to go to her. I said "sir...please help me! I've already been here for way too long!" At that point, he began walking with me again to cosmetics only to not have to correct key so he had to leave me to go get the key. I literally begged him..."please don't abandon me." He returned within a few minutes. Here is the kicker and I'm CRACKING UP as I write this. He unlocked the item for me and handed it to me and I placed it in my cart and then he walked off and helped others. I looked at the item in my cart and thought to myself...they have the item locked up, I waited SO LONG to get the item that is so valuable that they kept it under lock and key...only for him to place the item in my hands and walk off. Wasn't he supposed to escort me to the register? Orrrr maybe hold the item for me under safe keeping until I got up front where I would pay for it because clearly I wasn't allowed to grab it myself. Because I might take it without paying right? But YOU can hand it off to me so that I can walk off with it in one direction while you go in the opposite direction. Like WHYYYYY are you putting in so much extra effort to keep these items safe only to hand it off to me JUST LIKE THAT...same as if I'd grabbed it myself and put it in my cart, no?!! No extra added measures to keep the item safe from me thieving it? Furthermore, if this store does have a problem with shoplifters then how about you utilize the HUNDREDS OF CAMERAS in the ceiling and in the aisles attached to the shelves. INSANE!

Every time I have been here the cashiers haven't been too attentive. What I really go here for is my prescription because it is the closest one to my house. The pharmacist are helpful but service takes a little while. I definitely suggest going inside to get what you need, I've waited in the drive thru like for like 30 minutes the few times I have been, and I was the next car up. I like getting my make up at Walgreens because they have a great selection at a great price. I do feel that they charge a lot for their wine and alcohol, but you are also paying for convenience. Another thing I like about Walgreens is they make it easy to order and print photos.

All of them in the freezer are expired, one expired a month ago. Gross! What if a mother came to buy milk in a rush for her child and didn't realize the milk expired a month ago? I tried speaking with the manager, Mr. Vidal, he said that the delivery guy is supposed to take the expired milks. Mr. Vidal seemed unbothered by this and acted as though it's not his job to remove all the expired milk from the freezer. Talk about a liability. The cashier just said it was the wrong item and when I contested this telling her to look at the numbers, she rolled her eyes and called the manager. (Second eye roll) I told her to forget it and just ring the soda. She didn't even blink and got on the PA and said 'cancel manager' Horrible service.
