Same store and business model weather here or New York. What I love about CVS is the ability to walk into any of their stores and go directly to the items your looking for as they're all designed the same. It makes a huge difference to go to a store you're familiar with when you're traveling. It's not easy to review a location on one visit but I feel like I have been to enough CVS locations to give an opinion on this store. This store follows the same path as the all the other stores. It's big and bright on the inside and the building has easy access in and out, plenty of parking. One thing that was how helpful everyone was there. Always greeted with a smile and a hello. I like the CVS chain and this store demonstrates their commitment to their customers. I absolutely recommend the CVS chain. I came here specifically to use the Kodak printer and apparently there were problems. I was definitely impressed that a team member came out to help me. CVS, originally named Consumer Value Store was founded in 1963, in Lowell, Massachusetts. Now the chain's exact nomenclature is CVS Pharmacy and is the largest pharmacy chain in the United States. Now... for the fun stuff. I love the concept of this store. One large portion of the store is health, medications etc... The other large portion of the store is chips, cookies, junk food, candy, beer, wine and frozen foods that have nothing to do with health, ha! Basically, this store is a great presentation of our beautiful vast land and nation. Located on McNab & University this location will always generate tons of traffic and is convenient to many on the way to and from work. PSA: They do sell in the aisle AcquaPanna water which comes to us by way of Tuscany Italy! It's the silkiest and smoothest water you'll ever try! read more

Drove to pick up my medications during my lunch break on Saturday. Got there at 1:36 as my last client was late to see me, but I still took care of them. The CVS pharmacy is closed 1:30 -2. There were women behind the counter filling meds so I politely asked if there was anyway I could pick up my meds early. They said not until we are open at 2. I said ok and waited. About 5 minutes later I heard them laughing about people that just walk up and talk through the screen. Extremely rude and disrespectful. I was polite and called my meds two days in advance, and tried to get there on time. They made me feel very uncomfortable. As I typed this, the same woman just said, "I try to be nice, sometimes I succeed, sometimes I don't". What a pleasant staff you have here CVS Shame on those two women: read more

Don't buy any over the counter medication or other items located behind the pharmacy counter. Some items are not refundable, but they don't tell you this. You get stuck with something you don't need, and your money is wasted. The prices at CVS are usually higher than other merchants. It's generally a better ideas to get non-prescriptions items some where else. Answering the pharmacy phone seems to be a problem at this location. You have to wait awhile to drop off a prescription before anyone attends to you. The drive-thru is a wreck, with long lines and slow service. It seems staff members are always changing, so you get varying degrees of effectiveness and customer service, ranging from rudeness to indifference. read more

Worst pharmacy ever! They do not answer the phone. I waited in line at the drive-through for 45 minutes with only two cars in front of me. I finally got tired of waiting and went inside, which took another 30 minutes because people were in front of me in line if you call the pharmacy, it rings and rings and rings and no one answers EVER! I had to pick up some medicine for my aunt. Super friendly young women in the pharmacy. Another older women on the floor heard me and my mom discussing that I needed a neck pillow and she directed us to where they were located. Lovely customer service. Only thing I found wrong was that the stationary section was lacking. That could be because the kiddies went back to school but I needed a small 5 subject notebook and there was none in site. read more

For years this location has been making mistakes. Today was the third time we were given the wrong prescription and when we corrected them they were nasty about it and hung up on us before we were finished with our inquiries. We won't be using this location anymore there's a CVS on every corner do your self a favor and go to the next one over so you don't get the wrong prescription or have to deal with their attitude. This by far the worst CVS Pharmacy! Definitely I will be transferring my prescriptions to Walgreens. I spent over 40 minutes in the drive-through without being knowledge, although they saw that I was at the window. this CVS pharmacy has the most inefficient staff and incompetent pharmacists I have ever encountered. I've received wrong medication's, I have waited over 40 minutes through the drive-through, and my phone calls are never answered. I've been coming here for the past two months and noticed that they hardly ever restock a lot of items including: cereal, margarita mix, nail polishes, etc. The shelves have been scarce for a while now. But overall it satisfies for a quick hit and run, the employees are super friendly and the store is always clean with a great air cooling system. read more

The male pharmacist is very nice. They do tend to take a while in the drive-thru, it's usually faster to go inside unless you can wait. The cashiers up front are pretty nice. I generally have no problem with this store. Wish they had the Burt's Bees makeup line at this location though. read more

I have been using this pharmacy almost a year now I have been inside to pick up prescription aprox. 4 times and only waited 2 times inside this area of the store is filthy they never clean the seats or floor or walls and windows inside and out and you have to wait very long wether pick up at window or inside majority of the time one person handles both . Recently filled a prescription for medicine that required to be mixed. When I picked up the medication, the pharmacy returned it back not mixed and with an extra bottle. I thought it was very careless and bad that I had to make another trip out with a sick child. Tip: Always check the bag! read more
