Prescriptions are delayed again and again, no information is ever supplied as to the reason for it. Prescriptions can show as "in progress" for days on end. I've moved a few prescriptions to the local CVS (and intend to move all the rest of them) and was amazed that I receive texts explaining any delay and prescriptions are filled much quicker.
