I gave this store a 3 Star rating because the checkout woman, named Mary was impatient and grumpy with the customer in front of me, an elderly lady, who was clearly in a lot of pain. I was next in line and Mary gave me a hard time about using a $2 online coupon. If I could rate Mary, I would give her a one star: but a friendly young man named Terrell, who also mans the photo department, came to the rescue and within a couple minutes at his cash register, he had succeeded in giving me my $2 off passport photos. On 1/20/26, I spoke with the pharmacist in the early evening. I failed to get his name. My sister's husband has stage 4 cancer, and his body was full of fluids. He had an earlier appointment with the Hematologist, and it was important that he started on the water pill medication asap. We had gone to the Walgreens on Fletcher and Bruce B Downs, and we called to check on the medication later and was told that it would be available in a couple of days. I know that Walgreens is supposed to see who had it available but we were informed that we would need to check with another Walgreens pharmacy to see if they had it. I was shocked. I called the pharmacy on N. Blvd and Fletcher and they were out also but indicated after I told them what happened that they were supposed to help find the medication, not I look for it. I know he was busy but he checked 3 stores online and advised that I should be able to get the medication from one of these stores. The first store I called which was on Dale Mabry in the Village Center had it and so they advised it should be ready around 7pm for pick up. The store was busy when I got there and there was only 1 person working and 1 leaving for the day. I had been waiting in line for a bit and then the pharmacist came to help the staff. A lady jumped in front of me indicating she had been waiting for medication for a while, but she had just walked up and was determined to get in front of me. She did not ask me if it was okay. When I attempted to get the medication, the pharmacist indicated to let her go first, also did not ask. People never know what you are going through, but it is this merism attitude that their situation is priority. Why do people get medication? Because they are sick and no one should feel their situation is worse unless they let you know. Two pharmacies, I will never go to again. The one on Fletcher and Bruce B Downs as well as the one in the Village Center. The pharmacy on N. Blvd and Fletcher have been my pharmacy for years and they are respectful and usually very helpful. I feel they should be recognized for their service. read more

The worst customer service of any pharmacy I've ever used. Nearly impossible to get a live person on the phone, sometimes you wait on hold for 20 minutes then the call is just disconnected. Prescriptions are delayed again and again, no information is ever supplied as to the reason for it. Prescriptions can show as "in progress" for days on end. I've moved a few prescriptions to the local CVS (and intend to move all the rest of them) and was amazed that I receive texts explaining any delay and prescriptions are filled much quicker. read more

Every time I enter this Walgreens, it is CLEAN. They continually do a fabulous job in going far and beyond in helping me.Damien just saved me two dollars by being extra efficient and I've never had that happen before. Thanks for the great service. read more

I've been going here for years. I see that many people don't enjoy this Walgreens, and to their credit not all the staff have great attitudes, but I've never been denied service or waited around too long for anyone when I needed something. Some of the pharmacists seem like they're frustrated or overworked, but they always come through with everything I need. In general, I like this Walgreens. The phone always gets answered when I call and they always have the information I need when I ask. For me, it's not the best Walgreens I've ever been to, but it does nicely. read more

Yet another reason not to go to this Walgreens. One of the most common medications, prednisone, and they are out and have to order it. Couple more d as us they say. If district management reads this, you really should do a comprehensive review of the leadership in this pharmacy as well as several of the pharmacy technicians. Rude, condescending, minimal skill set and simply unhelpful. I really love Walgreens in general and this one is the closest to my house, but I'm going to have to start going to publix pharmacy. read more

This place always has incompetent people working , don't go to the pharmacy here, they will give you wrong information and don't know how to do their job, and a few don't even speak english! Theres always a wait time even when theres no people in line ! And the pharmacists are very ill informed and don't know what their doing. Save your money and go somewhere you can actually get your prescriptions filled at. I would of given no stars but there isn't an option for that, that's how bad the staff are here. read more

The doctor told them to fill his prescription for three eye drops The pharmacist did not read the prescription correctly and only filled 2 of the eye drops failing to fill the doctors prescription for a very important antibiotic eye drop NOT GOOD! read more

The female pharmacist Ana is the rudest woman I have ever interacted with! I have dealt with her on several occasions and always the same! She shouldn't deal with customers at all let alone customers with traumatic injuries like myself. Nasty is the only word I can see fit with her! She needs a different career and the manager needs to deal with her. I spend thousands and thousands of dollars on prescriptions and it's obvious they don't want my business. read more

ZERO STARS!! Im prescribed a higher amount than average people for a drug due to traumatic brain injury and they refused to give it to me because it was the pharmacist's opinion that the dosage is too high. Ummm you're not my doctor and you do not know why I need my medicine! I have gotten the RX from Walgreens before and there was no issues and they even pulled it up that I've gotten it from there years ago. I've been on the same medicine for years and it is absolutely necessary but apparently the pharmacists at this location are also doctors that make the end decision if they think you should get it or not. Pick another pharmacy and turn this place into a parking lot. Inconsiderate & ignorant people in charge here. read more
