So, in addition to not getting the automatic refill, they didn't notify me that I would need a doctors appointment for the next refill. I am having to go without medication for several weeks.

I just had the worst experience of my life at this Walgreens. I came in to print some letters and…read morepressed the bell for someone to come to help me. An Asian man came and I could tell he was already angry, maybe that I pressed the button?! I don't know. He "helped me, " except he didn't help me at all and was extremely rude to me when I asked him to help me print some letters. He accused of trying to "steal his information" when I asked to use his hotspot in order to download my pdf/png file of the letters to my phone because the WiFi was not working. He left me after that. Without helping me. I eventually figured out what to do in order to download my file without WiFi. Then another man came up to the desk and I asked for his help because I just downloaded my file. He was a tall man with a beard and he was even worse to me and NO help. He was also angry with me for asking questions and for help in order to print my letters. He just kept telling me I can't download any files to the kiosk. To which I asked if there was any other way to print. Like if sending an email of my file for them to print. He got increasingly more angry with me and also didn't help me at all. These employees and their horrible service me eventually start crying, so I just left the store. I was very polite with them which made their actions and rudeness towards me unwarranted. I will never be coming back to this Walgreens or any Walgreens again with this kind of service and help and I have been going here my whole life especially for the pharmacy.

I have never had such a terrible encounter. I'm a pre nursing student, and previously a pharmacy tech and am very clear on what is ethical and allowed. My doctor is very well accredited and works in a very established hospital, and I've been filling the same medications since 2013. The worst bedside manor, with a condescending accusatory pharmacist. Hope you catch him on a better day. I transferred everything to Walmart. They're cheaper and MUCH nicer.

On my last 2 visits to Oklahoma, I discovered stop here for Tylenol and snacks. This last time though I did pick up laundry detergent and a few cute souvenirs and stuff for my grandkids. I notice how great people are in Oklahoma and are very friendly and nice. They were very helpful and directed me to where everything was.
