Pharmacy people are rude and hard to work with. They will argue with customers as though the customer is stupid. When you try to transfer your medications to another pharmacy it is like they hold them hostage. Took me four different times to get all of them moved. read more

Literally the worst, service and CVS I've ever experienced. I've been in Tuscaloosa for 3 1/2 years now and always just warded it off. But after today I have to leave a review. This location is not okay when it comes to customer service, finding a solution, or even adhering to customers in a timely manner. This goes for both the front and the pharmacy. I usually go in at night for drinks and Angela usually checks me out. She's very kind and brightens my day through a pleasant shopping experience. She's very engaging with the customer and lets them know of new saving opportunities. Even though I know she helps a lot of people, after one or two visits she remembered me and seems genuinely interested in conversation. I have now picked up two online photo print orders here, and I am less than impressed. For starters, they have a photo area, but when I went over there, the person at the register called me and down told me not to bother going down to photo as they don't have anyone working down there. Uh, ok...why is there a photo area then? Which is logically where I would go to pick up photos? Second, since I placed these orders online and entered my name myself, I have no clue how they have misspelled my last name two different ways. Doesn't it just come through from the website?? Do the employees here have to do anything but pick up the photos off the printer and put them in an envelope? Finally, my latest order was 8 photos from one album and 1 from another. They came through as two separate items in the same cart, and when I picked them up (at the register!), I asked the cashier if there were 9 photos. She didn't seem to really get it, rang me up, and when I opened the bag and confirmed that there were only the 8 from one album, I had to ask her to go get my last photo, and of course it was another transaction. Which was exactly what I was trying to avoid, but clearly she was too busy ignoring me. Combined with the difficulty of getting in and out of the parking lot during construction, I am done with this CVS. Target is just around the corner! read more

I won't return to CVS to print photos. The machine screen doesn't work properly, and the whole process was miserable and extremely slow. I even tried to order the basic 4x6 photos online through CVS, and the pick-up time said the next day at 2 am. I finally left after about 45 minutes and went to Walgreens where the experience was much easier and more pleasant. The photos printed within a few minutes. read more

Pharmacy is less than impressive. Never answers the phone in a timely manner and when i do get answered I'm put on hold for more than 10 minutes. Every time i go to pick up a prescription something goes wrong and it's either not ready, or was never ordered, wasting my time and making it so i miss days of medication. read more

Corona Virus Bathroom Hunting. This was the closest place we could find after a 3 hour drive in to Tuscaloosa. Do not ... I repeat do not go here for a restroom break. I didnt not have my phone on me but wish I could have taken a photo. Very unclean restroom . The store seemed very well kept but I always say a bathroom's cleanliness says alot about the keeper of the facility. read more

I've been to the CVS pharmacy for 3 1/2 years and have never seen worst customer service ever. I am on a specific medication that I need to take everyday, and when I need a refill, it takes at least 3 weeks to get my meds here. Right now, I'm in the process of going 2 weeks without it because they did not tell me they didn't take my insurance anymore. They make sure to do the bare minimum always. Like acting annoyed when I answer, on hold for a while, hanging up on me after giving me the least amount of information possible, just so unpleasant in general. The first time I didn't get my meds, I went every 2 days to ask if it was there now, and they just said we don't have access to it. After 3 weeks, a newer employee finally answered my question and looked it up on their tracker and told me it's been at the CVS down the street. It's very difficult to get anything so I definitely don't recommend this pharmacy location. read more

Worst pharmacy. (1) Pharmacist is rude and condescending - when I went to pick up my prescription (which they didn't even have), the pharmacist was VERY rude and condescending. I was very upset (2) They never pick up the phone - Get ready to be on hold for AT LEAST 10 minutes. They all sit there while the phone says "6 Calls waiting for pharmacy". (3) They never have anything in stock - the amount of times I've dropped off a prescription and they've told me they're out of something and it will be a few WEEKS is astonishing (4) Nothing is ever what they say - multiple times I have received the automated text that my prescription is ready, only to drive all the way there and them have no record of me even dropping off the prescription in the first place. read more

CVS is our family pharmacy. They do a good job of keeping most meds in stock or can have them available quickly. The chain's large network is connected well by a very useful data base so even out of town locations can access history and Rx info. read more
