First of all, the parking lot is a small, crowded mess. If you have a vehicle bigger than a VW bug, navigating the these tight spaces while dodging dumbasses mindlessly wandering looking at their cell phones is a chore. Then, if you find an open spot, a dumbass has straddled the line instead of parking in between them. Do they teach this in Drivers' Ed in Tuscaloosa Co? Just curious. Then, if you get inside, it's like surviving the Walking Dead. The narrow aisles are filled with zombie- like people wandering or waddling and will not get out of the way. Soon after I made it inside, two 300lb plus female land mammals almost engaged in mortal combat. Once I got passed them, every aisle was virtually blocked by people standing around, looking at phones or yacking. I endured this only to find that they didn't have most of what I was looking for. In the future, I'll pay extra to not deal with this.

However, there is more than one female who is exceptionally rude. I would complain but was told that one of those women is the pharmacy manager and that certainly wouldn't help. I was there recently trying to get an antibiotic filled and she was embarrassingly rude to me in front of a line of people. In some sort of indignant tone she actually said loudly "what kind of drugs did you come here trying to get from us, "which came out like I was trying to get a controlled substances or to do something wrong. Even if I had been trying to fill a pain prescription, that alone would not have been wrong if it is a person's legal prescription. I don't know what the attitude is about, but someone needs to talk to those women about how to treat a customer politely while also maintaining their privacy
