Techs seem to change constantly, and several don't recognize medications by their generic names--so I've been told "no prescription on file" when I'm literally asking for a refill that I already requested and was told would be ready. The attitude can be curt, and simple pickups turn into long waits. At this point I just want the bag handed over and Express Pay charged so everyone can move on. I want to support a local business, but this experience is pushing me toward a "set it and forget it" delivery option like Amazon.

When I got to the pharmacy counter, there was a huge sign saying, "Covid vaccine check-in." So I stood at the counter under the sign and waited patiently. While I was waiting, customers started walking up to the "pick-up" line, and the middle-aged white woman starting waiting on the customers in the pick up line. After about 10 mins, she turned to me and said, "what are you waiting for?" I said, "I have an appointment for a Covid vaccine and I would like to check-in." She said, "there is only one line" and pointed for me to get at the end of the pickup line which was empty when I got there but had since filled up. I pointed to the large sign above my head and the fact that there was nothing indicating that the line was closed. She said, "I'm just one person so there is just one line." She could've told me that when I got there. She had seen me standing there when no one else was there and said nothing. Needless to say I walked out without getting my vaccine, and I will never go back.
