He never said "excuse me" or even spoke a word to greet us in the beginning. As he was bagging our groceries, he proceeded to throw everything into bags and sling them into the buggy not caring if there was anything breakable or what not. Techs seem to change constantly, and several don't recognize medications by their generic names--so I've been told "no prescription on file" when I'm literally asking for a refill that I already requested and was told would be ready. The attitude can be curt, and simple pickups turn into long waits. At this point I just want the bag handed over and Express Pay charged so everyone can move on. I want to support a local business, but this experience is pushing me toward a "set it and forget it" delivery option like Amazon.
