Each employee I've dealt with has the same attitude. I could not recommend them more. And on a side note, when reading the two negative reviews below, neither was from a customer. One complained about an experience with a friend that had worked there. The other complained about an incident while driving.

Even though it's location is nowhere near convenient for us. We might be done here. The reactions we received in the pharmacy department tonight were very disappointing. I had ordered a prescription and had evidence of it on the app on my phone. The attendant looked at me several times as though I were from a different planet. She clearly thought I was out of my mind...even though I had called in my prescription and received confirmation via email and text. My wife asked the pharmacist for assistance on over-the-counter medication for one of her children. The pharmacist had a suggestion and gave us a general description as to where this item might be in the store. We had a stocking clerk helping us for quite a few minutes and found nothing. Finally, the pharmacist came out and it took her all of 15 seconds to find the item. Hope this place returns to the great customer service we started going there for in the first place.

As I pulled up to the window it the clock had just clicked 1:27 just as I let out a sigh of relief that I'd made it in time, the extremely cranky lady closed the curtain on the window and threw a sign up in my face saying closed for a meal break. I proceeded to press the call button. The lady then opened up the curtain, picked up her phone and told me they were closed for a meal break. To which I responded that I'd just driven twenty minutes to get there and reminded her that it was not yet 1:30, not time to close. With a blank stare she replied "no sir it's not quite 1:30 but it will be soon" hung up her phone and shut the curtain in my face for the second time. By far the rudest I've ever been treated by anyone in any business. I typically avoid this pharmacy because they rarely ever get my prescriptions filled within 48 hours of the dr sending them in. Even when I'm notified that they are ready for pickup I have waited in the drive thru (unable to get out of line) for over an hour and 15 minutes. I've had prescriptions come up with "delayed pharmacist reviewing prescription" for a week with no one ever contacting me to inform me of the problem or doing anything about it. I will never do business here again and suggest anyone who expects prompt quality service to seek it elsewhere as this location has let me down every single time. If could leave 0 star ratings I would.

The doctors they are to just fill the medication's not play the doctors they are to do what they are told by the doctors and that's it because us patients are suffering I have Cancer I'm on pain medication to ease my suffering so I hope corporate sees these reviews because they need to know the public is suffering by incompetence at their stores.

They even tried to tell me it was too soon to fill a prescription, a doctor called in just that morning. And if they were actually able to fill the prescription, then they were not capable of processing the insurance properly. I called Eagle Pharmacy in Lindale, and they pulled the prescriptions, processed the insurance, and I had everything I needed in 24 hours. Customer service here is not just awful, it's non-existent. Even after speaking with them and them assuring me the right prescriptions would be filled, days later, they still had not done it. I mean, who needs blood thinners? That's not important. I would never recommend CVS.

Woody Weavers has been my Pharmacy for 10 years and i can truly say they have gone the distance in…read morefulfilling all my needs from my medicine to check cashing to bill paying...I had the pleasure to take care of my mom until she went to Heaven and of course Woodies did all the things to help me keep her safe and comfortable but most of all the whole staff cares and are very sweet...In this world it is hard to find people that just want to help you but Woodies is indeed that place...Their prices are by far the best in town and i myself would not shop anywhere else...These people are the best!!!!!!
