After being greeted by my first name (another rarity) I told the technician my son was out of the medication and needed more. She said no problem, then confirmed the dose and refilled the medication on the spot. It added maybe 5 minutes to the trip. I was in and out with the 4 medications in less than 10 minutes. I was constantly being told " Out of Stock." I found the Kaweah Delta Pharmacy after I had seen my doctor on the 3rd floor. The pharmacy is on the first floor, easy and easy out. I paid a fair price for my prescription was $0 because my insurance paid for all of because this pharmacy is in my preferred network. Finally they actually called me " Carl" which I rarely ever hear anymore. Most places just want your birth date. In the next few months they will be handling 90% of my pharmaceutical business.

However it was a problem, bcuz he is not part of the insurance plan after confirming i was little surprised my bill was $466 for my prescriptions. So I had to make a hard decision to go to Costco where my copays are 0.. so I went into pick up 2 last prescriptions I was told by Marcelo that if Costco won't fill i can't CAN NOT return to MedEx.that's horrible! If my stuff was covered i wouldn't be doing this. I've brought soooooo much money an business to Emad only to be treated horrible when I left.!!​ Emad said he would have no problem with my new insurance..before I left Marcelo said he wouldn't transfer on Monday although Costco called an faxed friday Jan 23 Costco did request for my transfer yet MedEx said they never received anything . Pharmacy Techs and Pharmacists always strive to make sure their patients needs ALWAYS come first. I thought at the time that I changed pharmacies that I would miss the convenances of drive up and the distance to my residence that I had with the major brand, but the overall quality of Cherry Street Pharmacy far outweighs any small inconvenience. This is the best pharmacy by far. The pharmacists are extremely knowledgeable and always take the time to answer any questions you have. The staff is professional and friendly, and the pharmacy even offers free delivery. They take a number of different insurances as well. It's a small pharmacy but a very good one.

So if your not bowing to her your meds take hrs to be filled or she doesn't put them to be filled at her discretion.? So i took a prescription to be filled on 11-01-18 because my regular pharmacy was short on pain medications and the pharmacist said that it would be 4days till his shipment was to arrive so i should take the prescription to R&M to be filled since I have chronic & acute pain due to various injuries. When i took the prescription to R&M to be filled this employee Martha had my prescription in had smirking as she tossed it on the counter and smiled & said were not going to fill it because you moved your meds to express pharmacy! And smiled and said unless you move all your prescriptions back Here! She is the reason me and others have moved our meds to other pharmacy. Is this the way a business is supposed to treat a disabled customer. I thought a pharmacy was supposed to fill prescriptions not try to withhold meds and force the customer to transfer all their medications or else no meds! This pharmacy already gets all the business in corcoran since they take medi-cal & all state provided ins. I thought this was America not a country where they are allowed to force a person to give them business. So i went to Rite Aide pharmacy Now this is a real business. When i explained my situation and immediately they were sympathetic to my situation & my prescription was to be filled without a issue. They even gave me a great discount on them since I always pay for my prescription since my insurance doesn't cover them! So I believe that R&M has to be in some kind of ethics code violations by forcing people to fill all prescriptions with only them or they refuse to fill it! What gives them the right to use tactics that reminds me of mafia or Gestapo tactics! Well I will be fileing a complaint with the proper channels!
