Walgreens has really gone downhill with their customer service. Used to be my go to pharmacy for years, but now looking for another, maybe a local family owned one? The past several months have been real bad. Many times my meds have been out of stock and taken up to 5 days to get them. My doctor not pleased at all. There have been other issues as well. I'm 100% disabled veteran so it's hard fpr me to get out and bout. I've called regarding issues several times and told them I'd been on hold an hour. Their reply? "Sorry we are busy and have no help"? Maybe the pharmacy manager needs a wake up call. Maybe they are overloaded do to Ride Aid closure and the additional business? If so they nee to hire additional staffing heard pretty much the same thing from many friends. It used to be great, not now. Having to wait days for ones meds can be detrimental to ones health. I'm not into pharmacy shopping every month. Neither is my doctor. read more

Worst Walgreens ever. Took 50 minutes for 3 cars for prescriptions. Took over 10 minutes once at the window for someone to even come.

This review is only applicable for Miss Celena! I attempted to access the codes via my receipt but the site would not accept them no matter how many times I double and triple checked the numbers. So here I am on good ole Yelp. Miss Celena is a godsend to the pharmacy. She is ALWAYS cheerful and remembers my name. No one else in her position is as kind and customer-friendly as she. This is a pharmacy specific review. Pros: The staff is nice. Cons: 1. The pharmacist refused to fill my order till they could call me about an interaction for two medications I've been taking for several years, which took several days. During this time, I ran out of my medication and had horrible withdrawal symptoms (vomiting, upset stomach, mood swings, and had to call of work). I'm switching pharmacies. Shouldn't this be a priority? 2. Several times, there have been only one person working both the long inside lines and the drive-through lines. The lines are extremely long throughout the day. This is unacceptable. 3. In the short time I have been at this pharmacy, I have run out of my medications monthly. This never happened at the previous pharmacies I've been to. Avoid this pharmacy. read more

This is by far the worst pharmacy ever. Went to pick up a medication that should have been already filled because I received the voicmail with the robot voice telling me it was ready drove upto the drive thru pick up. There was four cars in front of me we waited for 1Hour! Later I called because I had a question about the medication was on hold for 42 min they then picked up the phone told me to hold then hung up on me. read more

Prices are gouged here. I paid 9.99 for 25 pills of store brand acid reducer and Walmart has them for 2 dollars and change. No wonder they'll be closing some stores. Shame on them for those wild prices. read more

Don't go , they all hate they're jobs . I've had meds dispensed with wrong mg . 3 times from 3 different Dr. pharmacist says she can't understand the orders . Been getting same meds for years . One med was one I can't stop and get all the time . We were going to be gone for a week . She refused to fill it . Took over 2 weeks to get meds . They are always trying to over charge us . COVID-19 phase Came here with my mother to use the restrooms since the ones at the restaurant and liquor store are closed thanks to COVID-19. Masks are worn by workers and required by customers. The store is clean. 2 diet Pepsi's were purchased to go with lunch! Nice service and good store! Recommended! read more

RX run extremely poor. This is not an employee issue as a corporate one. The Pharmist is running between the customer drop off giving shots and attempting to fill scripts. The phone is always stating that there are 'at least 3 caller" in front of your call. Dr Office spent 30 mins twice to clarify the scripts . They could not understand that we were not waiting on insurance, waiting for permission. We started calling on this these scripts Wed. Then early Thursday until 9 pm closing And then waited Friday morning 2 hours in their waiting area. We will be transferring all future scripts to Costco. They seem to want to do business with their customers. Walgreens appears to detest customers, attempting to send us off yet again as they still couldn't get the scripts out. The pharmacy is poorly run. Windows shut down for their convenience? Obviously not for thee customer. Don't waste your time with this company. There are a few others with simular practices. read more

I gave a 2 because although some are nice enough others are not. Outside the store is disgusting cobwebs growing everywhere. Like noone cleans outside the store. There Redbox I wouldn't touch either a ten foot pole. Cobwebs, dirt, and spiders. No thank you. Very poorly managed on outside. Should have a great appearance before walking in. Actually had second thoughts about it. Whomever is running this store. Needs to get a talking too. Gross shame on you. read more

The most inefficient understaffed and slow service. They don't answer phones and are rude. Unfortunately they are preferred by insurance and no other pharmacies around seem to be better. It just blows here in the valley. read more

This review is pharmacy specific... the staff is very kind and personable, but the speed of service to fill a prescription needs significant improvement; I don't expect light speed either... and I feel 4-6 hours is doable... but waiting over 24 hours to have an RX filled for respiratory issues and infection... is not okay. read more

just left this store, decided to cancel my transaction, due to the rudeness of the sales cashier, a fat, dark skin man with glasses. He's really rude and demanding, has horrible customer service. He asked for my rewards card, I entered it, and he says things like "do you want one or not?" What kind of rude crap is that. I work for a large corporation and I also do sales and customer service and I would never speak to any customer that way. I would always say something like, "sir, would you like to take advantage of our rewards program?" This fat, dark skin man needs to take some customer service classes. If I was his manager and heard him talk to customers in such a disrespectful and low class manner, I would fire him on the spot. read more

Although this location is a good change from the Walnut location, the drive thru for the Pharmacy is still equally, if not "more" long of a wait then the Walnut location. I even had to come back the next day for my meds because the wait in the drive thru was long "and not moving" mind you. Even when i went inside their was a line and no one at the register. What made we want to come to this location was the pharmacist. He was super helpful the time we called to ask about getting a refill for my prescription. Walnut was no help and were even rude to a point where i think my wife and i had enough with that pharmacy. I don't want to say it was the pharmacy for the reason we waited almost 20 minutes in the drive thru at 10:00am, i want to blame the lady in front of us who even happened to wait until the worker came back to the window to hand back her meds and eventually leave the drive thru lol. Will keep everyone updated on how overall this location is and how interacting with the pharmacy again is. I still think this spot is better than Walnut lol. read more

You haven't improved. I'm now a CVS customer but was unable to get a Covid appointment within in a few days so I made an appointment at Walgreens, now I know why they had openings, and showed up 10 min before to a line of 6 cars. Didn't think much of it since the last Covid test at CVS was a similar line but only took about 15 min to get thru at the Drive up. Walgreens, on the other hand, made me wait in line for 1 hour and 20 min. Totally unacceptable and once I arrived at the window I found out why. Very unorganized and unprepared for me to test. Really? I waited another 10-15 min for the attendant, who seemed surprised that I needed a Covid test, to gather/print my paperwork, transfer labels to a vial and to paperwork then instruct me. My appointment was for 11am and I left there at 12:40 barely making it before they closed for lunch. The Demaree Walgreens has only one line for Rx pick up and testing where CVS has a separate line for each. Who'd a thunk? read more

Worst PCR test for Hawaii trip. We took our test on Sunday for our flight on Wednesday in compliance with the 72 hrs requirement but we missed our flight cause we've been calling the Aegies labs but they haven't receive our test samples. It is best to take your test at the airport and schedule in advance they have the 1 hr, 3-5 hrs, and 24 hrs PCR test. read more

Scheduled a Covid booster shot online, filled out a paperwork so I would be ready when my time came up. Got there at 12:35 for a 12:45 appointment. Sat there for about 20 minutes waiting while 5 people were in the pharmacy office. Why offer online times when you don't honor them? Grateful for the free vaccination, but my time is important as anyone else. Not a good experience, I see I'm not the only one. read more

This store is by far the best. I have been using this pharmacy for well over 5 years. The staff knows me by name. Just recently SaveMart pharmacy went out of business and now Walgreens has those customers. I have gone in there to a long line with a bit of a wait. But the staff is doing the best they can. I have heard how these SaveMart customers are so rude to the staff. Coming from a pharmacy that probably filled 100 scripts a day to a pharmacy that fills hundreds of scripts a day. Have some patience and be understanding. The staff at Walgreens did not have anything to do with SaveMart pharmacy going out of business. So be respectful and nice!! read more

Pharmacy is worthless. Dropped off prescription early morning. Went to pick up, only to be told they didn't have the medication and had to order it. That it would not be available till the next day in the afternoon! It's an antibiotic! You could not call me to tell me that earlier???!!! Oh they claimed they did leave a message and there was not a single call on my phone! I got to the pharmacy at 1:20 pm. Lunch is from 1:30 to 2:00. Which i have no problem with, but the pharmacist walks out at 1:35 and tells me to be back at 2:10. So i asked why they don't post any hours. No answer. I googled this pharmacy and no lunch break hours posted. So i sit there and see people come and be surprised and asked if their closed. Sad that they can't even post their hours. Wish these big chains just take advantage of people. read more

Always a long line but my biggest concern is price gouging. My medication cost $157 there and $13.38 at Costco. Another man I saw there, who was in his late 80's or 90's had to leave because his medication increased in price from $1500 the month before to $1800. Very un professional at this walgreens. We were in the drive thru pharmacy waiting and nobody comes to the window to say "I'll be right with you" we were unsure if they seen us or not for quite a while, my husband finally pushed the button and then they said rudely "I'll be right with you" then they told us that the pharmacist were going to lunch...so it would be ready at 2:30.. this was about 11:30 in the morning. So here I am in pain from a back injury and have to wait. My husband went back to pick up my medicine at 3pm and still not ready...very disappointed with the service here. I'm from The Bay Area here and in town to attend a funeral . Boy was I relieved when I saw the Walgreen's as I headed to my hotel . I forgot my hairbrush so I went to Walgreen's to get one. Nice to know that Walgreen's is Walgreen's whether I'm in the Silicon Valley or The San Joaquin Valley. The young lady that check me out at the register was very nice and helpful in providing information when asked. read more

If I could give this store 0 stars I would, the pharmacy always has the longest wait and the rudest clueless people working (except the lady with the short red and blonde hair she's the only nice, competent, or helpful person in the place.) I've had the same insurance for over a year and every time I try to pick up a prescription they say they need my info again and then I have to wait all over again for the medicine. I tried to call someone back who had called me literally 1 minutes before and said to call them back immediately, a store member answered the phone said that person didn't work there (which is a flat out lie) and that the pharmacy was closed and refused to transfer me. We stopped using this Walgreens over a year ago because we always had issues with our prescriptions. We never got them by the estimated time if at all. I walked in this morning to pick up over the counter medicine and figured I would grab a few other things I needed while I was there. My son who had just got his shots was with me and quickly started feeling bad and popped a fever while we were shopping. So I quickly tried to grab up the few things I came for. I walked up and down isles trying to find ear drops or someone to help me as my son was crying and begging to leave. So I walked over to the pharmacy and had to wait while no one was around. When a woman finally walked up and ignored me to go to a computer I asked for help. Annoyed with me she told me the isle number (very rudely) to find the ear drops in. I asked her again where at in the isle, to avoid keeping my son there any longer than needed. Then horribly rude she told me the isle number again. Someone with good customer service would have seen that I had a small child who was crying and obviously not feeling good and walked over with me to help or at the very least tell me where about in the isle to find them. Not treat me like I was incompetent and not worth her time. I will never shop at this Walgreens again. The whole time I was in there I was only greeted by one employee. Even the woman at the register was grouchy and not happy to have a job. It's not worth the convenience when you can go to a Walmart or Target and receive good customer service and pay a lot less. read more
