Just your average cvs. I will say this one has the most staff I have ever seen. They had at least two people on the sales floor and then still had someone stationed as a cashier. Usually there is only ever one person floating around doing everything. This seems to be a busier pharmacy and maybe that's why. A lot of items were sold out but they were actively stocking as I was there. Also their handicap spots are plenty and super close to the building with no large curbs - honestly some of the best handicap spots I've come across. They also have a drive thru. It can be a bit hectic getting in and out of here as it's on the corner of York and county line , but overall it's a good CVS! read more

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE Pharmacy. These are people that are in charge or giving you the right medication, and yet they can't even get information in their system correct. I had a RX called in on April 10. It's now April 21, and I am still waiting. They never called the doctor, they never called the insurance company. They never told me it had to be preauthorized. I finally got all that straigtened out and was told it would be available to pick up on April 20. I drive there and give them my name and they tell me there is no prescription for pick-up. They then check their system and tell me that it needs preauthorization. My head was about to explode. I told them that it was preauthorized and that I had spoken with the insurance company 4 times earlier that day. The final straw was when they said, oh, wait that was done and then proceeeds to tell me that they don't have it in stock and they need to order it and it will be delivered tomorrow. I truly have no words. They are incompetent and clueless. It's obvious they have issues based on the negative reviews. read more

I've had so many problems with the pharmacy, but today I had an issue with the store manager. Was told clearance items are final sale, but there is no signage in store. The policy is not readily anvailable online either. I asked the manager how I was supposed to know and she gave me excuses and then became extremely irritable and told me I could return it "if I wanted to". I think this is the last straw. I'm pulling all my prescriptions! The people at Walgreens are so warm and friendly - everyone at CVS is mean except the one Indian pharmacist and an older gentleman that was there just to give vaccines. read more

Warminster CVS 7 York Rd is HORRIBLE! You can wait up to a half hour in line picking up your prescriptions, the guy they have at the window looks filthy dirty every time I go there, He wears a mask, his hands also looks dirty and he is RUDE! I wash my hands as soon as I get back home because the guy had his hands all over the bags. Inside the store is just as bad as far as the Pharmacy goes. The ladies at the front registers are very nice. Please tell your employees to come to work clean, and not coughing all over our prescriptions! read more

The pharmacist refused to help me get a necessary refill even after telling him that I was going through withdrawal symptoms from a non-narcotic medication. I showed him an email from my doctor at Kaiser, out of state, with my refill info and doctor's letter, but he refused to help me get any necessary or a temporary/small of amount of medication before the script went through from Kaiser-out of state which at this point won't be until tomorrow or Monday. In my opinion, depriving someone of necessary medication when they are going through a withdrawal reaction is unethical and should be illegal. read more

Continuing Issue: After ALWAYS waiting in line for 20+ minutes to pick up prescriptions, upon confirming a specific time (an hour+ prior to arrival) online or automated call (ONLY OPTIONS) that it's ready, we (all people in line witnessed) are told it's not ready and won't be until they text/call us. The pharmacists are very abrupt and unconcerned towards the customers, who live within different mileage, having to come back again, waiting endlessly for a call or text. This is unlawfully harsh, specifically towards senior citizens who have a hard time getting around or are on strict med schedules, as well as single parents with children on disability meds. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE so, there is NO WAY AROUND this horrific hours-of-waiting EVERY TIME. read more

The worst pharmacy. I usually go to Maple Glen but they are closed due to storm damage. My medication was due to be filled a certain day. Two days later I still hadn't heard from them so I attempted calling 4 separate times with no answer. I was headed on a trip and was hoping they could send it to another CVS if it wasn't filled. When I get there, I am told it's not ready but they will fill it in 5 minutes because I am running late for my trip. When it's finally ready, they tell me to get back in the long pharmacy line which takes 20+ minutes. No sense of urgency and the pharmacists were rude. Tried to call several times today to get a prescription transferred (my insurance is making me use cvs for some reason) they either hang up on you or put you on hold for 15-30 only to answer and say "call your doctor" and hang up! This is the reason I stopped using them years ago! I guess there is no need for customer service if insurance makes you go there anyway! read more

Open 24/7 which is great for picking up medicine when all others are closed. Fast friendly and efficient service.

This CVS is very busy and very unorganized. There are about 8 people working behind the pharmacy counter but you stand at the window being ignored. I made an online appt for a vaccination for 3:00. There was no line and no pharmacist back at the vaccination area. Finally after waiting, I got the vaccine at around 3:15. People working there are not very knowledgeable or smart. They speak to you like you're five years old. Rude. I would not recommend this location. read more

Watch when trying to have to many photos printed because I sent about 10 over on line to be made at CVS on 7 York's rd and only got 3 of the 10 back . This happened to me on a few occasions. When I question the women working behind the counter said that's all they received but I think someone didn't want to make them because they have the same people or person waiting on Customers too it's begins to be too much work. Also they messed up my web site connection to CVS photo which screwed up a lot of my pictures. In turn I started to go to Walgreens across the Street and never had an Issue . this is the worst CVS I have ever been to and I really hope I never have to use them again. I only went because they are 24 hours next time I will just wait until my regular pharmacy is open. the pharmacy staff are rude and when my prescriptions were picked up they didn't even tell inform that it wasn't run through my insurance, didn't tell the total just charged the card and I didn't find out until I looked at my credit card statement that I was charged without my insurance, when I called to have it run through my insurance it was the same male pharmacist who answered the phone and he was horribly rude and would not help me, he told me I had to come in even though all that would have been needed was my prescription insurance card number. read more

Used to be fabulous. Now its taking DAYS to fill rx, lines are miles long and a huge number of staff are completely incompetent. A death waiting to happen!!!!! I came to this CVS pharmacy, unfortunately to fill my daughters prescription because it was close to my work and convenient at the time . Huge mistake. My daughters insurance was no longer accepted where we normally go and I was told CVS was our new pharmacy.. not my choice at all. The Pharmacist " Michael " was not familiar with my daughters insurance and rudely attempted not to help me. He pushed the script toward me and told me he had no information.. and that basically there isn't anything he could do. I explained that my daughter has had this insurance for 18 years .. there is no prescription plan and that everything goes through her fathers social ( her sponsor) she is a military dependent and this is the way Tri care works. So after a little back and forth .. he finally asked someone else about it and was shown in the computer how to access the information needed to fill the prescription. He was rude.. dismissive and acted as if I was bothering him with all of this . So " Michael " ( the pharmacist) evidently had to learn something new today and was not a happy camper! The absolute last thing I wanted was to be told I needed to change pharmacies , which was a huge inconvenience in itself. Then to be met with this " Superior Attitude" idiot , just put the icing on the cake. CVS needs to let all of the Pharmacy personnel know when they are taking Different insurances .. and old cranky ones like " Michael " should get on board , work on his customer service skills and leave the attitude out of the work place !! ASK FOR CHRIS TO AVOID PROBLEMS I have used many pharmacies and there all pretty much the same, not good, not bad. Exept for Warminster CVS, ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! I have never experienced so many problems at one place before. I cringe everytime I need my script filled because of this. The only competent employee I have met is Chris, he is a life saver. Any other employee (that I have used) seems to have to no empathy for the customer. If not for Chris and being so close to my house, I would never return to CVS. read more

I had a horrible experience with this pharmacy and specifically with the pharmacist himself. I had forgotten to pick up a prescription earlier that day at my usual CVS in Jamison. By the time I remembered, the Jamison CVS had just closed so I called this 24 hour CVS in Warminster to have the prescription filled there. This particular prescription was for severe restless legs and without it I knew I would be up all night and unable to sleep. After being on hold I finally spoke to a female employee about transferring the prescription from the other CVS and was told that I couldn't do that because the pharmacy in CVS had labeled it 'in process.' That was fine but I explained that I needed at least one dose for that evening and I would be happy to pick up the full prescription as soon as it was ready the following morning. After some back and forth this female employee handed the phone to the male pharmacist who was incredibly rude and grilled me on why I hadn't picked up the prescription earlier that day. He made me feel like I had done something terrible and went on to lecture me about how it was unethical to give me a dose that evening. He treated me like some kind of drug addict. The truth was that we had lost a family member unexpectedly and had a funeral plus my husband's back had gone out and I had been preoccupied and honestly run off my feet all day taking care of my family. I didn't feel like I should have to explain all of this to this judgmental stranger however so I got off the call and instead rang the 24 pharmacy in Jenkintown. They were very kind and helpful. They gave me one night's dose and fulfilled the whole prescription which I was able to pick up the following day. I will steer clear of this CVS in Warminster, absolutely terrible experience! read more

I've been a customer here for years. Lately, The biggest problem I have is the last time I went, they were in such a rush I asked them, do you check for drug interactions with my medications before you fill them? The girl at the counter said we usually do!I said always do? It should be always. She went to the pharmacist and he checked only because I asked. When I stopped by this evening the pharmacist was so flustered she was complaining she didn't get breaks or lunch. I have been on the phone with corporate before to no avail. I agree with the previous posters that the pharmacy has gone down hill. I recently needed to fill amoxicillin for my infant's ear infection. It took 3 hours (even with a rush), and was still not ready when I arrived. Since it was not filled until after she went to bed we missed getting an early start on treating. I chose to use a bigger pharmacy with generous hours, but will likely be transferring to a smaller pharmacy with more customer service. Staff is usually friendly, but it is clear they are over worked. read more

This pharmacy has the worse customer service I have ever experienced. As a healthcare provider myself, I find that the staff in the actual pharmacy fall way short for providing great customer services. I have experienced the lack of concern and caring more than once with this pharmacy! For example, I called CVS pharmacy at this location around 8:20 pm on 12/05 as I had a drug interaction question that I wanted to discuss with a pharmacist. I was on hold for over 7 minutes never to hear a human voice even say something to the effect, "So sorry for the delay as we are very busy. Would you mind holding on a few more moments and I would be glad to assist you?" Instead I heard clicking noises which made me believe that someone was opening the line and placing me on hold again. After I hung up, I attempted to call again only to find myself on another 6 minute hold. Pitiful!! I had enough! I hung up, called Rite Aid down the street. Within 2 rings the pharmacist answered the phone and answered my question. When I thanked her, she cheerfully stated that is what she is there for. Now that is exceptional customer service! I will have all my prescriptions moved over to Rite Aid! read more
